Paid Meta Ads Specialist | $1,800/Month + Bonuses

We are looking for an experienced Meta Paid Ads Specialist to manage and scale Facebook & Instagram Ads for our real estate business.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns
• Optimize CPL, CPQL, CAC, and ROAS
• Test audiences, creatives, copy, and campaigns
• Monitor lead quality and campaign performance
• Provide regular performance reports

Requirements

• Proven experience with Meta Ads
• Experience managing $2,000+/day strongly preferred
• Real estate/high-ticket lead generation experience is a plus
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented
• Good English communication

Compensation

$1,800 USD/month + performance bonuses
