Ads Manger

I am looking for an experienced Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager to help grow my tax preparation business before and throughout the upcoming tax season.

My main goals are to:

• Recruit qualified Tax Partners/Tax Preparers
• Generate leads for new tax clients
• Increase brand awareness and social media engagement
• Build and launch effective Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Create targeted audiences, retargeting campaigns, and lead forms
• Monitor performance and improve campaigns based on results

The ideal candidate should have proven experience running Meta ads for tax, financial, or service-based businesses. You must understand lead generation, audience targeting, ad copy, creative strategy, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
