About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, Certified GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert with a deep understanding of AI-driven lead automation and conversational phone AI. If you have hands-on experience building conversion-focused funnels and automated communication ecosystems for home service businesses (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.), we want to talk to you.

You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our complete CRM pipeline, multi-channel lead nurtures, AI voice/SMS conversational bots, and revenue-driving campaign engines.

Key Responsibilities
GHL Architecture & Optimization: Design, build, and manage complex GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, snapshots, calendars, and custom fields tailored for home service operations.

AI & Voice AI Integration: Set up, train, and maintain AI conversational engines (e.g., Bland AI, Vapi, Retell, Air AI, or native GHL AI) for inbound lead response, after-hours booking, and outbound re-engagement calls.

Multi-Channel Lead Nurturing: Create high-converting SMS, MMS, and email automation campaigns designed to re-engage past leads, confirm service appointments, and follow up on quotes.

Database Reactivation: Launch targeted text/email reactivation campaigns to convert old leads and existing customer databases into booked service calls.

System Integrations: Connect GHL with field service software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, etc.) via Zapier, Make, or native APIs to ensure seamless dispatching and lead flow.

Performance Tracking: Monitor deliverability, campaign response rates, call conversion rates, and ROI to continuously iterate and improve messaging.

Required Qualifications
Certification: Official GoHighLevel (GHL) Certification (or proven expert-level proficiency).

AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience setting up AI webchat, SMS AI bots, and conversational Phone/Voice AI calling agents.

Home Services Background: Direct experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service companies (understanding service seasonality, emergency dispatching, and homeowner buyer behavior).

Campaign & Content Mastery: Strong copywriting skills for high-converting SMS/email scripts, appointment reminders, and quote follow-ups.

Technical Savvy: Expert knowledge of webhooks, API integrations (Zapier/Make), domain/A2P 10DLC compliance, and DNS setups.

Bonus Points If You Have
Experience integrating GHL with ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro.

Understanding of paid local ads (Google Local Services Ads, Facebook Ads) and how they route into GHL.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for custom funnel styling inside GHL.
