Phone Closer - US Dental Patients - $1,200-$1,600/mo + Bonus - Night Shift - 10 Apply Points

Confidential employer

FULL-ARCH CALL CLOSER GnA Consulting · The Conversion Lab · Remote Salary. $1,200 to $1,600 per month, paid on the 1st and the 15th, every time. Plus $25 to $50 for every consultation that shows up and starts. Where you land in the band depends on what we hear in your recording, not on your resume. A closer who converts clears the top of it. Schedule. 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday. This is a night shift. Your whole schedule inverts. If that doesn't work for your household, please don't apply. Volume. You'll be on the phone for most of your shift, between new inquiries and follow-up with people who haven't scheduled yet. ---------- outbound per day... 15-20 connected calls of 7-8 minutes making an emotional connection with patients. ABOUT THE WORK We work with dental practices in the United States. You'll be the first human a patient talks to after they raise their hand about full-arch implant treatment. These are not small decisions. Most of the people you call have struggled with their teeth for years. They're embarrassed. They're scared of the procedure. They've been quoted a number that frightened them. Some have already been to another office and walked out. Your job is to understand the person behind the inquiry, find what's actually in the way, and help the ones who should move forward commit to showing up. This is not a call center seat and it is not a script. We train people in frameworks, not lines. You'll have to listen, think and lead the conversation in real time. WHAT YOU'LL DO Call people who've asked about full-arch implant treatment, and build trust on the first call Ask real discovery questions and find what's actually driving the inquiry Read emotional cues and change your approach when the person needs something different Handle fear, embarrassment and money without flinching and without pushing Talk about financing and monthly payments with confidence Book the consultation, then build enough commitment that they actually show Follow up by phone, text and email with the people who aren't ready yet Keep clean CRM notes. Every call, every time. Sit in weekly call reviews and role-play, and put the coaching into the next call WHAT WE'RE ACTUALLY HIRING FOR Three things, and we test all three before we ever get on a call with you. Empathy. You can connect with what somebody is going through. You don't say "I'm sorry to hear that" and move to the next question. Emotional intelligence. You know when to slow down, when to be quiet, when to reassure, and when to stop asking and start leading. Critical thinking. You can take everything a patient just gave you, work out what's really in the way, and d ---------- what to do next without a script telling you. WHAT SUCCESS SOUNDS LIKE You can take a call with someone who says any of these: "I can't afford this." "I've already been somewhere else." "I need to talk to my spouse." "I'm scared of going through the procedure." "I've been embarrassed about my teeth for years." and you know each one is a different conversation. WHAT WE REQUIRE Real time in a sales seat. You've handled objections and carried a number. High-ticket, healthcare or consultative selling is a plus. The instinct matters more than the industry. Near-native spoken English. Clear and neutral. You can command a call in English the way you could in your first language. We assess this from your recording, not your resume. A quiet workspace, a headset and a stable wired connection. Mobile data and pocket WiFi won't work for this role. Coachability. We record calls and review the hard ones together every week. If that sounds like a problem, this isn't the seat. Dental experience is preferred and not required. We'd rather train someone with exceptional communication, empathy and judgment than hire someone who knows dental words. THIS IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF You need to read a script word for word You get lost when a conversation doesn't follow the expected path Talking about money makes you uncomfortable You go passive the moment someone objects You think the job is done when the appointment is booked HOW TO APPLY Read all four steps. Applications that skip a step aren't reviewed. 1. Record one voice clip answering all three scenarios below. Use ---------- . It's free, needs no account, and works on a phone. Paste the link into your application. Respond exactly as you would if the patient were on the line right now. Don't tell us what you would say. Say it. Take a few seconds between each one. Scenario A. The patient says: "My son passed away two years ago." Scenario B. The patient says: "Another office wanted $79,000. I don't have that kind of money." Scenario C. The patient says: "I'm sick of these dentures. When can I come in?" One take. No script, and please don't use AI to write your answers. AI will give you good wording and lose your voice, and your voice is the entire thing we're listening for. There are no perfect answers here. 2. Answer this one question in writing. Be specific. Short or generic answers don't move forward. At your highest-volume phone job: how many dials a day, how many real conversations, and what did you do in the ten seconds right after someone hung up on you? 3. Use 10 Apply Points on this application. 4. Start your application with the words FULL ARCH so we know you read to the end. We reply to everyone who completes all four steps.

Confidential employer

Plain Media LLC is a web design and digital marketing agency in Salt Lake City, Utah. We build and rank websites for local service businesses - roofers, contractors, disposal companies, home service brands. We are hiring ONE senior web developer to help us build client sites. You'll work directly with one of our marketing consultants that has been working one-on-one with the client. You will never have to work with the client. You always work with somebody who understands web development and can get you the information that you need. What we typically do is we will build a couple of sections and blocks for the site. We will d ---------- on hosting, CMS or no CMS, and how we're building it. Then we'll design the home page, service page template, area service page template, amongst a couple other key pages, and land on copy direction after we've completed keyword research and finished URL mapping. We also will typically run a listings campaign for NAP consistency. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build fast, clean marketing sites in WordPress or a modern JS framework (React, Astro, Next) Plan site structure and URL mapping BEFORE a single page gets built Collaborate and write/optimize on-page copy: titles, metas, H1s, service pages, FAQs Handle local SEO fundamentals: service area pages, NAP consistency, schema markup, Google Business Profile alignment Do keyword research and turn it into a real page map Use CSS animation to guide attention, not to decorate Build content-heavy, skimmable pages that answer the questions real customers actually ask Set up tracking and security: GA4, Search Console, GTM, Meta Pixel, reCAPTCHA / Cloudflare Turnstile Integrate CRM, build lead magnets and email marketing integrations. Landing pages and detailed GTM MUST HAVE Senior-level front end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript WordPress AND at least one modern JS framework (React, Astro, or Next) Strong CSS animation skills On-page SEO and local SEO experience you can prove with live URLs Copywriting in excellent written English - headlines, service pages, CTAs that convert, PROPER HTML structure A real understanding of consumer psychology: why people hesitate, what makes them trust a local business, what makes them pick up the phone and how we design based on those emotions. This is the piece we care about most. Anyone can build a page. We need someone who knows why a page works and how to accomplish the sites goal. NICE TO HAVE Advanced technical SEO, schema, Core Web Vitals Ahrefs, Semrush, or BrightLocal experience CRM integration, landing pages, lead magnets Custom embeddable widgets and calculators A CMS setup that lets non-technical clients edit their own content RankMath SEO Pro experience ABOUT AI You are welcome to use AI to build. We use Claude Code on most of our projects. But AI only multiplies what you already know. If you do not have a foundational grasp of proper site structure and buyer psychology on your own, the output shows it immediately - and we will notice. We have a chief web developer that will monitor output and work closely with you to align on direction. THE DETAILS Part time, 35 hours per week, long term $8-$10 per hour depending on skill, PLUS per-project bonuses tied to results Paid on time, every time Hours and pay grow as our client load grows Bonuses Available Hiring bonuses available Build your own team and be apart of a fast growing business HOW TO APPLY - read carefully. Applications that skip these steps are deleted without reply. 1) Subject line: LOCAL RANK - [name your favorite CSS property] 2) Send 2-3 live URLs of local service business sites you built. For each one, tell me what you did and what it produced (rankings, calls, form fills). Did you work with a team and how long did it take? 3) Answer in 3-5 sentences: A homeowner lands on a roofing site the day after a hailstorm. What are the first three things that page must do to earn the call, and why? 4) Tell me your stack (WordPress or which framework) and which SEO tools you actually use week to week. 5) Tell me your available hours in US Mountain Time. Bonus if you have Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability. Thank YOU!

Confidential employer

ABOUT THE BUSINESS I am Mike Thompson, owner of SelfCare Sustained LLC, a health-coaching and wellness-education business based in Georgia, USA. I am a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach, newspaper wellness columnist, author, speaker and water-fitness instructor. SelfCare Sustained primarily serves men 50+ while also providing selected coaching programs and wellness education for adults 50+. We help people improve their nutrition, movement, sleep, stress recovery and overall Deep Health. I already have articles, coaching frameworks, videos, program materials and a GoHighLevel account. I need a dependable implementation assistant who can organize the technology, build a coherent lead-generation system and keep it operating. This is not a position for someone to invent my health opinions or business strategy. I will provide the coaching direction and approve the content. Your job is to turn approved plans and content into functioning systems. THE PRIMARY MISSION Your first major assignment will be to build and maintain one complete lead pathway: Deep Health Scorecard landing page → form → tags → GoHighLevel pipeline → five -email nurture sequence → appointment calendar → follow-up The system must work correctly from beginning to end and be simple enough for me to understand and use. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. GoHighLevel implementation Audit and organize my existing GoHighLevel account Build and maintain landing pages, forms, tags, pipelines and calendars Create and troubleshoot email and SMS workflows Load approved email copy and schedule campaigns Test every automation before launch Identify broken links, missed triggers, duplicate workflows and delivery problems Keep the system organized and documented Provide simple screen-recorded explanations of completed work 2. Website and lead-generation support Connect landing pages, forms and calls to action Make basic website updates Check mobile display, links and forms Help build the Deep Health Scorecard lead flow Later, help create a program waitlist Track where leads come from and where they stop in the process 3. Content implementation I will normally record one 8–12-minute teaching video each week. You will: Create approximately three short, captioned clips using CapCut or a similar tool Load and schedule approved social-media content Format approved articles, email s and posts Create simple, on-brand graphics when needed Never invent or publish my health opinions without my approval 4. Lead and inquiry follow-up Send approved responses to routine inquiries Update contact records and pipeline stages Make sure interested people receive timely follow-up Refer all medical, medication, marital, grieving, crisis-related, angry or otherwise sensitive messages directly to me Never diagnose, prescribe, promise a cure or suggest that health coaching replaces medical care 5. Daily communication At the end of every working day, send this three-bullet report: DONE TODAY: STUCK ON: NEED FROM MIKE: Dependable communication is essential. If you encounter a problem, report it promptly, document what you tried and continue with another useful task whenever possible. Going silent is not acceptable. Honest, timely communication is always better than pretending everything is fine. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Please apply only if you have personally built and troubleshot systems inside GoHighLevel. You should be able to demonstrate experience with several of the following: GoHighLevel funnels and landing pages Forms, tags and pipelines Calendars and appointment workflows Email and SMS automations Workflow testing and troubleshooting Domain or website connections Contact management CapCut or similar short-video editing Canva Google Drive, Docs and Sheets Loom or another screen-recording tool You do not need to know every tool perfectly. However, you must be able to learn independently, communicate honestly and show which GoHighLevel systems you have personally built. THE PERSON I AM LOOKING FOR You are: Dependable and consistent Honest when you make a mistake or do not know something Comfortable asking clear, organized questions Able to troubleshoot before requesting help Careful with private business and client information Able to follow written instructions Willing to document your work Interested in a stable, long-term role Respectful of a health-coaching business grounded in integrity, service, excellence and faith-informed purpose Comfortable working within ethical, evidence-informed coaching boundaries SCHEDULE, COMMUNICATION AND HEALTHY WORKING HOURS This is initially a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week. My time zone is U.S. Eastern Time. Important schedule information: I am normally unavailable from 7:00–11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on weekdays. I am generally available to answer questions and review work between 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Preferred live Zoom windows are 5:00–7:00 a.m. or 5:00–7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. I do not expect you to work overnight or remain available throughout my entire workday. I do not want you sacrificing adequate sleep or damaging your health to maintain this position. Much of the work can be completed independently during hours that are healthy and sustainable for you. We will agree in writing on one dependable daily overlap or reporting window. In your application, state the specific Eastern Time window you can consistently maintain without disrupting your normal sleep schedule. Reliable communication matters more than working the same hours I work. PAY AND TRIAL PROCESS Starting compensation is $400–$600 USD per month for approximately 20 hours per week, depending on demonstrated GoHighLevel experience and ability. The selection process will be: 1. Written application 2. Approximately 15-minute Zoom interview for selected candidates 3. The same paid three-hour skills test for three finalists 4. Payment of $35 USD for the test, paid regardless of whether you are selected 5. The selected candidate begins a 30-day working trial 6. Performance and compensation review after 30 days 7. Opportunity for a stable, long-term role and increased responsibility if the relationship is successful Approximately 10% of the role may include paid training in my coaching philosophy, audience, marketing approach, content standards and business systems. PAID SKILLS TEST Finalists will receive identical instructions and source material. The test will involve building a small GoHighLevel workflow with dummy contacts. It may include: Creating a form Applying a tag Moving the contact into a pipeline Sending a confirmation email Creating an owner notification Testing the complete workflow Recording a short walkthrough Submitting the daily three-bullet report APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Begin your application with these exact words: DEEP HEALTH GHL Applications that do not begin with those words may not be reviewed. Please answer all three questions in your own words: 1. Describe one GoHighLevel system you personally built. What was the funnel or workflow, what broke, and how did you find and fix the problem? 2. What specific overlap or reporting window can you commit to every working day? State the hours in U.S. Eastern Time. Please propose a schedule that allows you to maintain normal, healthy sleep. 3. Finish this sentence honestly: “The last time a client stopped hearing from me, it was because…” Also include: Your current internet speed Your backup plan for power or internet interruptions A link to a short screen recording showing a GoHighLevel system you personally built, if available Your desired monthly compensation for 20 hours per week Your earliest available starting date Whether you currently work for other clients and during what hours The normal working schedule you would prefer for this position Please do not submit a generic cover letter. I am more interested in specific, honest answers than polished marketing language. If you are technically capable, communicate reliably and want to help build a meaningful health-coaching business for the long term, I look forward to hearing from you. Apparel Graphic Designer (Hand Illustration) for US Coastal Lifestyle Brand. Paid Test Project, Then Ongoing Work.

Confidential employer

I run ATEOTD, a coastal lifestyle apparel brand in the US. Think of brands like Vuori, Faherty, and Quicksilver: quiet, premium, restrained. Small placements, limited ink colors, nothing loud. The brand has a second layer. Our phrases come from scripture, but they are chosen so that a stranger with no faith background would read them as simply well written. We never print verse citations on garments. If a design feels "churchy," it has failed. If it feels like a great vintage surf graphic that happens to carry weight, it has succeeded. I am hiring one illustrator, starting with a single paid test design. If the work is strong, this becomes ongoing per-design work. I only run one design at a time, and I am honest with you up front: I am picky. What I offer in return is clear briefs, fast decisions, and steady work if we fit. The Work Hand-illustrated graphic tees. Surf, and minimal coastal styles. Designs print DTG on garment-dyed tees, so: Maximum 2 to 3 ink colors per design No fine details below roughly 1.5mm (they will not print reliably) Designs must work on muted garment colors (dusty blue, khaki, seafoam) Hard Requirements No AI-generated artwork. None. Not as a base, not "cleaned up," not for reference compositing. Original illustration only. I will ask to see process work (sketches, WIP screenshots) and I check. Editable source files. Layered Adobe Illustrator files (vector, with both outlined and live-text versions where type is used), plus print-ready PNG at 300 DPI on transparent background. You must be comfortable working from written briefs in English. Sample Brief (this is the actual test design) Phrase: "Let the sea roar" Direction: A contained emblem in the retro surf style: an ocean scene built from flat, layered organic shapes inside an arch frame. A breaking wave as the focal point, a low sun, and a simple horizon. Four flat ink colors maximum, drawn from a muted coastal palette (dusty blue, sage, ochre, cream). No gradients, no outlines doing heavy lifting, no fine detail. The phrase is part of the lockup, either arced along the inside of the frame or set beneath the scene like a badge, never floating as a caption. A slight handmade quality at the edges is welcome; sterile vector perfection is not. Back print, roughly 10 to 12 inches tall Three links to hand-illustrated apparel or print work you made (not a full portfolio dump, your three best) Two or three sentences on your illustration process, including what tools you draw in Confirmation that you understand and agree to the no-AI rule How many days you would need for the test design Applications that skip these steps will not get a reply.

This is not a script-reading job — you'll be trained on our services, our ideal client, and our objection handling, and you'll be measured on real booked revenue, not just call volume. What You'll Do: -Make outbound cold calls daily to real estate agents in our two active markets — Richmond, VA and Northern Virginia (NOVA) to introduce Priceless Productions RE's services -Qualify leads and identify agents actively listing or about to list properties -Book photography/video/media appointments directly into our scheduling system ( ---------- / HD PhotoHub) -Follow up consistently with warm leads who don't convert on the first call -Log every call outcome accurately in our CRM, including which market the booking belongs to (no exceptions — data quality is part of the job) -Hit weekly/monthly call volume and booking targets -Report daily/weekly activity and results to management What Success Looks Like (KPIs): -Calls per day: 80–100 -Appointments/bookings per week: 3–5 to start, with targets increasing as you ramp up and build rapport with our agent network -Show-up/completion rate on booked jobs CRM logging accuracy: 100% of calls logged same-day, tagged by market (Richmond or NOVA) Who We're Looking For: We want outgoing, ambitious, competitive people who genuinely enjoy sales, not someone looking for a quiet data-entry job. If you like the challenge of turning a "no" into a "yes" and want your paycheck to reflect your effort, this is for you. Requirements: Proven cold calling or outbound sales experience (real estate industry experience a strong plus) Excellent spoken English with a neutral, professional phone presence Comfortable handling rejection and staying persistent without getting discouraged Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet work environment, and a working headset Experience with CRM tools ( ---------- experience a plus, but trainable) Self-motivated — able to work independently and hit targets without micromanagement Available for full-time hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday Compensation Details: Base pay: $4.00/hour, paid weekly Commission: 1% of the total value of every booked sale that results from your outbound calls, paid once the job is completed/invoiced Example: Our average job is $400–$500, so every booking earns you an extra $4–$5 on top of your hourly rate — with no cap on how many you can book. Book 5 jobs in a week and that's an extra $20–25 added straight to your paycheck. Performance review at 30/60/90 days with opportunity for base pay increase based on results How to Apply Please apply with: A short voice recording (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself in English Your cold calling / sales experience, specifically any real estate or service-based industry experience Your available start date Applications without a voice sample will not be considered.
