Confidential employer
FULL-ARCH CALL CLOSER
GnA Consulting · The Conversion Lab · Remote
Salary. $1,200 to $1,600 per month, paid on the 1st and the 15th, every time. Plus $25 to $50 for every consultation that shows up and starts. Where you land in the band depends on what we hear in your recording, not on your resume. A closer who converts clears the top of it.
Schedule. 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday. This is a night shift. Your whole schedule inverts. If that doesn't work for your household, please don't apply.
Volume. You'll be on the phone for most of your shift, between new inquiries and follow-up with people who haven't scheduled yet. ---------- outbound per day... 15-20 connected calls of 7-8 minutes making an emotional connection with patients.
ABOUT THE WORK
We work with dental practices in the United States. You'll be the first human a patient talks to after they raise their hand about full-arch implant treatment.
These are not small decisions. Most of the people you call have struggled with their teeth for years. They're embarrassed. They're scared of the procedure. They've been quoted a number that frightened them. Some have already been to another office and walked out.
Your job is to understand the person behind the inquiry, find what's actually in the way, and help the ones who should move forward commit to showing up.
This is not a call center seat and it is not a script. We train people in frameworks, not lines. You'll have to listen, think and lead the conversation in real time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call people who've asked about full-arch implant treatment, and build trust on the first call
- Ask real discovery questions and find what's actually driving the inquiry
- Read emotional cues and change your approach when the person needs something different
- Handle fear, embarrassment and money without flinching and without pushing
- Talk about financing and monthly payments with confidence
- Book the consultation, then build enough commitment that they actually show
- Follow up by phone, text and email with the people who aren't ready yet
- Keep clean CRM notes. Every call, every time.
- Sit in weekly call reviews and role-play, and put the coaching into the next call
WHAT WE'RE ACTUALLY HIRING FOR
Three things, and we test all three before we ever get on a call with you.
Empathy. You can connect with what somebody is going through. You don't say "I'm sorry to hear that" and move to the next question.
Emotional intelligence. You know when to slow down, when to be quiet, when to reassure, and when to stop asking and start leading.
Critical thinking. You can take everything a patient just gave you, work out what's really in the way, and d ---------- what to do next without a script telling you.
WHAT SUCCESS SOUNDS LIKE
You can take a call with someone who says any of these:
"I can't afford this."
"I've already been somewhere else."
"I need to talk to my spouse."
"I'm scared of going through the procedure."
"I've been embarrassed about my teeth for years."
and you know each one is a different conversation.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Real time in a sales seat. You've handled objections and carried a number. High-ticket, healthcare or consultative selling is a plus. The instinct matters more than the industry.
- Near-native spoken English. Clear and neutral. You can command a call in English the way you could in your first language. We assess this from your recording, not your resume.
- A quiet workspace, a headset and a stable wired connection. Mobile data and pocket WiFi won't work for this role.
- Coachability. We record calls and review the hard ones together every week. If that sounds like a problem, this isn't the seat.
Dental experience is preferred and not required. We'd rather train someone with exceptional communication, empathy and judgment than hire someone who knows dental words.
THIS IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF
- You need to read a script word for word
- You get lost when a conversation doesn't follow the expected path
- Talking about money makes you uncomfortable
- You go passive the moment someone objects
- You think the job is done when the appointment is booked
HOW TO APPLY
Read all four steps. Applications that skip a step aren't reviewed.
1. Record one voice clip answering all three scenarios below.
Use ---------- . It's free, needs no account, and works on a phone. Paste the link into your application.
Respond exactly as you would if the patient were on the line right now. Don't tell us what you would say. Say it. Take a few seconds between each one.
Scenario A. The patient says: "My son passed away two years ago."
Scenario B. The patient says: "Another office wanted $79,000. I don't have that kind of money."
Scenario C. The patient says: "I'm sick of these dentures. When can I come in?"
One take. No script, and please don't use AI to write your answers. AI will give you good wording and lose your voice, and your voice is the entire thing we're listening for. There are no perfect answers here.
2. Answer this one question in writing. Be specific. Short or generic answers don't move forward.
At your highest-volume phone job: how many dials a day, how many real conversations, and what did you do in the ten seconds right after someone hung up on you?
3. Use 10 Apply Points on this application.
4. Start your application with the words FULL ARCH so we know you read to the end.
We reply to everyone who completes all four steps.
