Remote – Philippines | Long-Term Position With Management Opportunity
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a smart, highly motivated, self-directed individual to join our company as an Operations Coordinator / Management Trainee.
This is NOT simply a traditional Virtual Assistant position.
The person we hire will initially learn and perform our day-to-day administrative and operational processes, but our goal is to develop the right candidate into a Lower Management / Team Leadership position within approximately 3–4 months.
We are specifically looking for someone who WANTS to become a manager and is comfortable eventually taking responsibility for processes, employees, client needs, and daily operations.
You should be the type of person who can learn a process, understand what needs to be accomplished, and eventually handle responsibilities without needing constant direction or supervision.

Reviewing information for accuracy
CRM administration
General administrative support

Providing basic CRM training to clients
Helping clients navigate the system

Although this is primarily an administrative/operations position, you must be comfortable assisting with call-center responsibilities when needed.
This may include:
Answering inbound calls
Speaking professionally with customers
Taking accurate messages
Documenting customer interactions
Providing basic customer assistance
MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Our intention is to develop the successful candidate into a Lower Management / Team Leadership position.
The expected development period is approximately 3–4 months, although advancement may occur sooner for an exceptional candidate.
During this period, you will gradually be trained to:
Coordinate daily operations
Monitor work performed by other team members
Identify and resolve problems
Perform quality-control checks
Communicate with clients
Help train and support other employees
Manage workflows and priorities
Follow up on incomplete work
Take greater ownership of day-to-day operations
Advancement is based on demonstrated competency—not simply time employed.
We are looking for someone who can eventually be given an objective and trusted to determine what needs to be done to accomplish it.
COMPENSATION & ADVANCEMENT
This position uses a tiered training and compensation structure.
Initial Training — $500 USD/month
You will begin by learning our company, systems, procedures, CRM, campaigns, and administrative processes.
Level 2 — $600 USD/month
Increase based on demonstrated ability to perform core responsibilities accurately with reduced supervision.
Level 3 — $700 USD/month
Increase based on demonstrated ability to independently handle assigned administrative, CRM, campaign, and client-support responsibilities.
Level 4 — $800 USD/month
Increase based on strong proficiency, independence, problem-solving ability, reliability, and demonstrated ownership of responsibilities.
Management Advancement — Up to $900–$1,000 (+) USD/month
Candidates who successfully demonstrate the ability to coordinate operations, supervise/support other employees, solve problems independently, and assume lower-management responsibilities may advance into the management position.
You do NOT necessarily have to wait 3–4 months for each increase.
The faster you demonstrate proficiency and the ability to work independently, the faster you may advance through the compensation levels.
