Transcriber

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transcriber to accurately convert audio recordings into written text. In this role, you will listen to conversations between AI systems and customers in a drive-thru setting and ensure that all spoken content is transcribed clearly and precisely. The ideal candidate has strong listening skills and can understand fast-paced dialogue, unclear audio, and background noise while maintaining high accuracy.

Tasks:

Listen to recorded audio conversations and transcribe them into written format

Ensure transcripts are accurate, complete, and reflect the exact wording

Capture tone, context, and nuances of each conversation

Review and proofread transcripts for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors

Meet daily or weekly productivity and quality targets

Manage workload independently and submit tasks on time

Qualifications:

Excellent listening and comprehension skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to understand different accents and speech patterns

Good command of written English (spelling, grammar, punctuation)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Basic computer skills and familiarity with transcription tools (preferred but not required)
