Hi, my name is James. I'm a Doctor of Osteopathy based in Melbourne, Australia, and I run two businesses I'd love your help with. I'm looking for someone to create social media content for both. I would really appreciate some help with creating consistent, high-quality educational and product content (reels, static posts, carousels, short-form video) across Instagram, Facebook , and TikTok for two related brands in the health and pain-relief space. Business 1: Bond Osteopathy Bond Osteopathy is my osteopathy clinic. I treat people for musculoskeletal issues - back pain, neck pain, joint and muscle complaints, posture, mobility, and injury recovery. What I want to post: Educational content about the human body, common musculoskeletal problems, and how osteopathy helps Reels demonstrating stretches, mobility drills, posture tips, and "why does X hurt" explainers. I will record the videos and then you can edit them for me. Static posts and carousels breaking down anatomy, conditions, and self-care advice in plain language Content that builds trust and positions me as a knowledgeable, approachable practitioner and drives local patient bookings Tone: professional but warm and accessible — no jargon that scares people off. Business 2: Knotty Body Knotty Body is a practitioner-formulated massage cream brand I founded. It's sold direct to consumers online (Shopify) and to allied health clinics. Because I'm an osteopath, the brand's whole positioning is "formulated by a hands-on practitioner who actually treats pain" — real credibility, not generic wellness fluff. What I want to post: Product education — what the cream is, how and when to use it, who it's for Reels and short video showing the product in use (application demos, massage routines, pairing with stretches) Static posts and carousels Lifestyle and brand-building content that makes the product feel premium and trustworthy Content that drives online sales and supports clinic/wholesale interest Tone: clean, premium, credible — health-led, not gimmicky. What I'm looking for in you Proven social media content creation (reels + static) Strong short-form video editing Reliable, consistent output and good communication Bonus: experience with health, wellness, fitness, or e-commerce brands Bonus: Canva and basic graphic design Ways of working I'll provide raw footage, product info, and direction; you turn it into finished, on-brand content Open to a content calendar/batching workflow Two distinct brands, so you'll need to switch between an educational clinical voice (Bond) and a premium product voice (Knotty Body) To apply: Please start your reply with the word "KNOTTY" so I know you've read this properly, and include 2–3 links to reels you personally edited. Let me know your availability and your rate. Looking forward to seeing your work! Thanks for your time James

Video Editor / Short Form Content (Full Time) Type: Full time Salary: $600/month retainer Hours: Flexible, built around output rather than a clock. We need overlap with MST Colorado USA or feedback and handoffs. I need someone who turns raw footage into content that actually gets watched. Long form recordings, talking head clips, screen recordings, phone footage, whatever I send you. You cut it, caption it, and make it ready to post. Most of the work is short form. Reels, TikToks, Shorts, ad creative. Some weeks it will be five clips. Some weeks it will be twenty. You need to be able to move fast without the quality dropping off. Taking long form youtueb videos and clipping. adding captions, getting ready for ads. Speed and efficienty and effective is the GOAL This is not a job where I send you a storyboard. I send you a raw file and a rough idea, and you come back with something I can post. What you will actually be doing Cutting long form recordings into short clips that stand on their own Captions, hooks, pacing, b roll, sound design, light motion graphics Ad creative for Meta. Multiple versions of the same concept for testing Thumbnails and cover frames Keeping files organized so nothing gets lost or re-edited twice Occasionally shooting simple screen recordings or assembling from stock Tools Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, Final Cut, whatever you are fastest in. I care about the output, not the software. After Effects is a plus. OPUS CLAUDE YOU NEED TO BE USING AI OR YOU WILL BE LET GO IMMEDIATELY You should also be comfortable with the AI tools that speed editing up. Auto captioning, transcription, clip finding, upscaling, voice cleanup. If you are still cutting captions by hand, you are too slow for this. AI is non-negotiable This is the most important part of the posting, so read it twice. Editing today does not look like editing five years ago. Auto captions, AI cut detection, transcript based editing, AI upscaling, voice cleanup, AI b-roll and stock search, even rough assembly, all of it should be part of how you work. We use tools like Claude and Opus for scripting, planning, and content decisions, so being comfortable working alongside AI tools day to day matters, not just inside your editing software. If you are still doing everything by hand the slow way, you will not keep up with the pace we need. Because AI is doing a lot of the heavy lifting now, I expect real output. Not fewer hours for the same result, more finished content in less time. That is the trade. You use the tools, you move faster, and the volume reflects it. Tell me exactly which AI tools you use and what each one does for you in your process. If your answer is vague or you skip this part, I will assume you are not actually using AI and this is not a fit. Who this works for You have a real eye for pacing and hooks, not just technical editing skill You watch short form content enough to know what is working right now You hit deadlines without being chased You take feedback without getting precious about the work You can hold a consistent style across dozens of pieces Who this does not work for You need every cut spelled out for you You are slow but "thorough" You disappear for two days when you hit a problem You only do one style and cannot adapt How to apply Do not send a generic application. I will skip it. Send me: 1. Three examples of short form work you edited. Links, not descriptions. 2. One long form video you cut down, plus the clips that came out of it if you have them. 3. What you edit in, and roughly how long a 60 second clip takes you start to finish using your current AI-assisted workflow. 4. Which AI tools you use at each stage of editing (captions, cutting, cleanup, etc.) and what each one does for you. 5. Your realistic weekly output using that workflow. How many finished short clips can you turn around per week at a quality you are proud of. 6. Start your message with the word ORANGE so I know you read this all the way through. If you also shoot, write hooks, or handle posting and scheduling, mention it. It changes what this role can grow into.

Executive & Operations Assistant to Founder Remote – Philippines | Part-Time Initially | Long-Term Opportunity About Northwest Floors Northwest Floors is an established flooring business based in Cheshire, UK. We supply and install LVT, carpets, laminate, engineered wood and other flooring products for residential and commercial customers. We are a growing business with a showroom, fitting teams, suppliers and a busy schedule of installations. I’m the owner of the business and I’m looking for an exceptional Executive & Operations Assistant who can become my right-hand person. This is much more than a traditional Virtual Assistant position. I’m looking for somebody who can gradually help me run and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the business, while also supporting me personally as the owner. My goal is to spend more of my time on sales, customers, relationships, marketing and growing Northwest Floors — and less time chasing people, coordinating jobs, answering routine email s, checking orders and remembering hundreds of small things. Your job will be to help make that happen. ⸻ The Person I’m Looking For The most important qualities I’m looking for are: Ownership, initiative, organisation and communication. I don’t want somebody who waits all day to be given tasks. I want somebody who notices things. If a fitter hasn’t confirmed tomorrow’s job, you notice. If a supplier hasn’t confirmed a delivery, you chase it. If a customer is waiting for an update, you make sure they receive one. If someone says they’ll send something tomorrow, you remember tomorrow so I don’t have to. If you spot something that could become a problem next week, you raise it before it becomes a problem. Ultimately, I want somebody who starts to think: “What can I take care of so Alex doesn’t need to?” ⸻ Your Responsibilities The position will develop as you learn the business and gain my trust. Initially, your responsibilities will include: Executive Assistance Managing and organising my email inbox Drafting and responding to email s on my behalf Identifying email s that genuinely require my attention Managing my business and personal calendar Organising appointments and meetings Helping protect my time and avoid unnecessary interruptions Turning my WhatsApp messages and voice notes into organised tasks Keeping track of things I’ve said I’ll do Chasing people on my behalf Helping with occasional personal administration, appointments, bookings and research Producing concise daily updates so I know what genuinely needs my attention The objective is for you to gradually become an external brain for me, making sure things don’t get forgotten. ⸻ Customer Communication You will become an important point of contact for our customers. This will include: Answering routine customer email s Communicating with customers through email , telephone and WhatsApp Confirming appointments and installation dates Keeping customers informed about their upcoming flooring installation Informing customers of fitter arrival times Following up outstanding quotations Chasing deposits where appropriate Gathering information required before installations Helping resolve routine questions Following up after installations Coordinating snagging or outstanding work Helping ensure final balances are collected You must be confident communicating in English and comfortable speaking directly with UK customers. Customer service is extremely important to us, so communication should always be professional, friendly and proactive. ⸻ Managing Flooring Projects A major part of this position will eventually be taking ownership of projects after the sale has been made and the customer has paid their deposit. I enjoy meeting customers, helping them choose their flooring and making the sale. What I want to move away from is having to personally manage every detail that happens afterwards. Once a project is handed over, you will help coordinate the journey through to completion. This will include: Checking the job information is complete Confirming fitting dates Liaising with fitters Liaising with Josh in our showroom Checking materials have been ordered Confirming supplier deliveries Making sure materials have arrived before they’re required Checking preparation requirements Ensuring fitters have the information they need Keeping the customer informed Coordinating access and other trades where required Monitoring jobs while they are taking place Recording changes or additional work Collecting completion information Collecting photographs from our fitters for our records and social media Coordinating snagging or return visits Making sure completed jobs are invoiced Following up outstanding balances I don’t expect you to understand all of this immediately. We will teach you. Over time, however, I want you to understand our processes well enough to take genuine ownership of them. ⸻ Working With Our Team & Fitters You’ll act as an important link between me, Josh, our fitters, customers and suppliers. Part of your job is making sure information gets to the right person and that agreed actions actually happen. For example, if Josh needs to order flooring for an upcoming installation, you may not necessarily place that particular order yourself. However, you may be responsible for making sure it has been ordered, checking the supplier has acknowledged it and confirming it will arrive in time. The same applies to our fitters. You will help confirm their schedules, make sure they have job information and follow up when information is outstanding. The aim is that I no longer need to be the person remembering and chasing everything. ⸻ Stock Control & Forward Planning You will also help manage our regularly used stock and installation materials. I don’t simply want someone who counts stock. I want somebody who looks ahead. You will regularly review our confirmed jobs for approximately the next 4–6 weeks and make sure we are likely to have enough materials available. This will include monitoring items such as: Smoothing compounds Primers Flooring adhesives DPM products Underlays Plywood Flooring accessories Other regularly used installation materials You will: Carry out regular stock checks Maintain accurate stock records Understand what stock has already been allocated to specific jobs Look at upcoming jobs and estimate likely requirements Check supplier lead times Identify potential shortages early Liaise with Josh and our fitters about requirements Recommend or arrange replenishment Flag unusual stock usage or discrepancies Help prevent unnecessary over-ordering Produce a simple forward stock forecast The objective is: We should know what we’re going to need before we need it. I don’t want us discovering on the morning of an installation that we’ve run out of an important product. ⸻ Learning About Flooring You do not need previous flooring experience to apply. However, you must genuinely want to learn about the industry. I don’t want somebody who is still saying “I don’t really understand flooring” a year after joining us. We will dedicate a minimum of one paid hour every week specifically to flooring education and product knowledge. This could include learning about: LVT Carpet Laminate Engineered wood Different installation methods Subfloors Moisture Smoothing compounds DPMs Plywood preparation Adhesives Underlays Measuring and wastage Common installation problems Our major manufacturers and product ranges I can also arrange for you to speak directly with our suppliers and manufacturers and participate in product training so that you can learn from people within the industry. You will be encouraged to ask questions. The purpose isn’t to turn you into a flooring installer. It’s to give you enough understanding that when a customer, fitter or supplier discusses a flooring issue, you understand what they’re talking about. The more you learn, the more decisions you’ll eventually be able to make independently. ⸻ Administration & Financial Organisation As the position develops, you will also help us keep our administration organised. This may include: Matching supplier invoices against orders Checking purchase information Assisting with QuickBooks administration Monitoring outstanding customer balances Checking deposits have been received Maintaining job records Keeping CRM information accurate Checking paperwork is complete Helping with basic reporting You don’t need to be an accountant. The important thing is being accurate, organised and comfortable working with numbers and systems. ⸻ How I Want Problems Handled Things inevitably go wrong in a flooring business. Deliveries get delayed. Customers change dates. Fitters become unavailable. Unexpected preparation is discovered. I don’t expect you to magically solve everything. But I also don’t want every problem simply forwarded to me with: “Alex, what should I do?” I want you to investigate first. Ideally, you come to me with: “This has happened. I’ve looked into it. We have option A or option B. I recommend option B because of X. Are you happy for me to proceed?” As your knowledge and experience grow, there will be more situations where you won’t need to ask me at all. That’s how I want this position to develop. ⸻ Communication With Me I don’t want 30 interruptions every day. Part of your job will be understanding what genuinely requires my attention. I’d like us to develop a simple system where I receive a concise update containing things such as: HANDLED Things you’ve dealt with that I don’t need to worry about. WAITING Things we’re waiting for somebody else to provide. NEEDS ALEX Decisions or actions that genuinely require me. HEADS-UP Something you’ve spotted

LAUNCH BUDGET COORDINATOR, SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY LAUNCHES Remote. US business hours. PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE POST BEFORE APPLYING. There are instructions at the bottom, and how you follow them is the first thing we look at. ABOUT US We run full-service, hands-off management for short-term rental owners across the US. Part of that is launching a property: an owner hands us an empty house and we furnish it, wire it, stock it, style it, photograph it and open it to guests. The owner pays one all-in launch budget for that. Furniture, tech, accessories, and the services that install them. This seat owns the record of every dollar in that budget. It is reconciliation work: vendor invoices against what we committed to, card charges against the plan, receipts filed the day they exist, spreadsheets that have to tie. We automate everything software can do. What software cannot do is notice that a vendor invoice and a card statement disagree by $16.48, d ---------- that the $16.48 matters, and go find out why. Right now that work sits with our founder, and that is the whole reason this seat exists. We are growing, this is the first seat of its kind here, and it will not be the last one. WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS Every case below is real. The amounts are changed, for the same reason we explain further down. Nineteen furniture lines on a live property are flagged as ordered. There is no order number behind any of them, no charge on any card, and no confirmation from the vendor. Either they were bought and nobody wrote it down, or somebody typed a word into the wrong cell. The difference is $4,318.62. If you place that order and it was already placed, the owner pays for the same furniture twice, and nobody finds out for a month. That is the job. Here is more of it, in the same week. Two lines carry the same item name and two different product links, so the house is getting either four sofas or two, a $2,144.75 question, and the owner is reading it as one line. A vendor invoice hit the card as $9,340.55 on one day and another $812.07 a week later, because that vendor captures payment as items ship. The record held only the first number, so the property looked $812.07 cheaper than it was. A tax column on a delivery showed $22.50 per mattress and nothing on the other sixty items. That is not tax. It is a state recycling fee that is legitimately owed, and two people here have already gotten it wrong. A four-figure order shipped to one property's address and belonged to a different property's plan. The ship-to address is never the answer. The item list is. One plan column read $10,462.31 against an order total of $10,462.08. A twenty-three cent gap between two numbers computed from completely different inputs made the row look reconciled while the real figure underneath it sat $1,384.90 low. Every one of those is solvable. None of them is solvable by someone who is willing to let it go. So the honest description of this role: it is detective work on money. Most days it is a spreadsheet, a vendor invoice, a receipt and a browser. It is quiet and it is deliberate. The person who is great at it is the person who genuinely cannot leave a number alone when it does not tie, who would rather spend forty minutes finding the missing $16.48 than type over the cell and move on, and who gets a small amount of satisfaction when the last line finally closes at zero. Your job in one sentence: keep the record true enough that the close-out number is right the first time. By the time that number goes to an owner there is very little left for anyone to check, because you kept the record true for the three months leading up to it. We read it before it goes anywhere, and it goes out over our name, not yours. This is not task-based VA work. Nobody is going to send you a list each morning telling you which rows to price or which invoice to open. You run a weekly rhythm and you can read your own dashboard, so you already know. If that reads as tedious to you, we would genuinely rather you skip this one. If it reads as a puzzle, keep going. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Your instrument is one Google Sheet per property, our launch budget tracker. It is the single record of what the property is buying, what it committed to, what actually got charged, and what is left. Every property in flight has one and you run all of them. You grow into this in two phases. Phase one is keeping the record true on properties that are already running. Phase two is owning a property's budget from the day the tracker opens to the day it closes. PHASE ONE, KEEPING THE RECORD TRUE Price every row on the plan that has no price. Find the item, confirm the variant, the size and the pack quantity, and put a real number on it. Load the Amazon and Wayfair carts against the plan. This is more mechanical than it sounds and it has real traps. Our Amazon cart holds a hard 50 lines, and line 51 silently pushes the oldest line out into Saved for later, so a 152 row accessories list is four separate orders and you d ---------- the batches up front. Re-adding an item that is already in the cart raises its quantity instead of warning you. You verify by item code and quantity, never by the badge in the corner. Tag every order back onto the plan rows it paid for, so nothing is bought that the sheet does not know about. Log every card charge as its own row, with the invoice's true order total rather than the first posting that showed up, and file the receipt the day it exists. A charge with no receipt cannot be cleanly billed back, which means a missing receipt is money the company cannot recover that month. Reconcile every vendor invoice against what we actually committed to, line by line, and produce the defect list. What was charged, what was ordered, what is missing, what does not agree, and which of those is a real problem versus a coi ---------- . Run the flag pass every Friday. Filter the exception column and clear everything that is not clean. Some of our checks run from scripts on our side and we run them against your sheet, so your pass has to be clean before it reaches them. Chase our designer for the receipts, the property attributions and the open answers that nobody else is going to chase. The buying happens in person, in other states, on a company card, and store receipts print department codes instead of product names, so only the person who was standing there can say which room a $340 receipt belongs to. Nobody else will chase that, and after you start, nobody else has to. This is the one genuinely persistent, human thread in the job and it is a large part of its value. PHASE TWO, OWNING THE BUDGET END TO END Open a tracker for a new property from our template and type the house into the quantity calculator: bedrooms, beds by size, baths, sleeps, TVs, floors. Half the quantities in the plan calculate themselves off those numbers, so this is not data entry, it is the foundation. Every count comes from a written source, and when two written sources disagree you flag it instead of picking a winner. Take the designer's spec in when it changes and surface what it moved: what got more expensive, what got cheaper, and which rows quietly disappeared. Never hand-merge two lists. Watch the envelope. The plan has a cap, and the week you first see that the plan is going to cross it, you say so out loud. Weeks early, not at the end. Warning early is the entire point of the number. Compute what owner money may be sent to pay down the company card, name the specific charges it covers, and evidence every one with a receipt. Then record the settlement against every row it paid. A row you forget to mark as settled asks for the same money again next month. Produce the close-out: the reconciliation that says whether the owner is owed a refund or owes a true-up, and the drafted invoice or refund figure behind it. HELPING BUILD THE SYSTEM We have a written playbook for this seat and we are still finishing the SOPs behind it. You will help write them, in your own words, out of the work you actually did. Write down why a sheet looks the way it does, so the next person does not have to re-derive it. As we add properties this becomes more than one seat, and the person who runs it well is the person who trains the next one. WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO, AND THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SECTION IN THIS POST You own the record. You never own the movement. Nothing you do debits a bank, releases a wire, pays a card, or reaches an owner's inbox. Not once, not in an emergency, not on a deadline. You never fire a charge. Every single payment, card or eCheck or wire, is approved personally by our founder, on that specific charge, every time. There is no batch approval and there is no standing permission. You never move money out of any bank or merchant account. You compute what should be paid and you evidence it. He releases it. You do not place the orders. You build the cart, you verify it line by line, you hand it over with the batch, the total, the shipping address and the property reference it needs, and somebody else presses the button. You are not the property owner's contact. Not the approval schedule, not an invoice, not a refund figure, not an email with a number in it. You draft. We send. Always. You never add, edit or verify a vendor's bank details or payee information. Nobody in this seat does. That is the wall against invoice fraud, and urgency is the exact pretext it exists to defeat. You have no banking, no payment gateway and no accounting system access, on purpose. If you ever find that you somehow can reach one, you do not act, you report it. Read that as protection, not as distrust. The seat that keeps the record of the money is deliberately not the seat that moves it, because a record that can move money is not a record, it is an opinion. That separation is what makes your close-out number worth something, and it means that when

We run several fast-growing YouTube channels about motorcycles and cars, and we are expanding. We are looking for one full-time scriptwriter to own our scripts. This is not a "write me 4,000 words" job. We can get words from anywhere. We need someone who understands why a viewer stays or leaves, who researches properly, and who will not put a wrong model year or an invented price on screen. You will be a good fit if: You genuinely know motorcycles and cars. Not "I can research it", you actually care. You understand structure: hooks, open loops, pacing, where to pay off a promise. You verify facts. Specs, model years, prices. Every time. You write for our audience, who are largely riders and drivers aged 55+ making a real purchase decision. Not for a 25-year-old sportbike fan. Using AI is completely fine, and we expect it. What we care about is what you do after the AI gives you a draft: the research, the fact-checking, the structural rewrite, and knowing what to cut. If AI does the thinking for you, this job will not work out for either of us. The role: Up to 100 scripts per month, 2,000 to 5,000 words each $1,000 per month for full-time availability, paid weekly through a one-month paid trial After the trial, a bonus on top of the base tied to how our videos actually perform on audience retention, not to how many scripts you produce 40 to 45 hours per week, long-term. We would like this to last years. Example videos: ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- To apply, do this one thing. Applications without it are not read. Watch this video: ---------- Tell us the exact timestamp where you think most viewers stop watching, and why you think they leave. Two or three sentences is plenty. Be specific. That is it. No sample script yet, and no CV needed at this stage.
