Senior email marketer / list manager

We're looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to manage our different email list, someone with a scientific mindset, sharp instincts for campaign optimization, and real depth in deliverability, segmentation, and performance data.

This is not an entry-level role.

AS Publishing is an international publisher in the Biz Opp / Extra Income / Manifestation market.

Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and review broadcast and segmented campaigns

Build and maintain automations (welcome flows, nurture sequences, post-purchase, re-engagement)

Manage advanced segmentation and tag structures

Upload templates and adjust copy, links, and CTAs

Review campaigns to ensure zero errors (links, tags, formatting)

Monitor open rate, click rate, conversions, and revenue per send

Maintain database hygiene and optimize deliverability

Build new list from scratch including domain warm up

Keep automation flows organized and scalable

Stay current on deliverability best practices, ESP compliance, and inbox placement strategies

Produce regular performance reports and share insights with the team

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager in Direct Response

Ability to build campaigns and automations from scratch

Strong understanding of segmentation, tagging, and list management

Solid grasp of email marketing KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, CVR, EPC)

Experience working in direct response or performance-driven environments

Strong organizational skills and comfort with spreadsheets

Fluent in English

Full-time availability with exclusivity

Analytical skills and ability to interpret email performance data and metrics

Compensation & Terms:

Monthly base salary: $2,000–$2,500 USD
Variable performance bonus
Contract type: Independent contractor (not a formal employment contract)
Location: Remote / Home Office (Able to work on EST time)
