About the Role

We run several fast-growing YouTube channels about motorcycles and cars, and we are expanding. We are looking for one full-time scriptwriter to own our scripts.

This is not a "write me 4,000 words" job. We can get words from anywhere. We need someone who understands why a viewer stays or leaves, who researches properly, and who will not put a wrong model year or an invented price on screen.

You will be a good fit if:

  • You genuinely know motorcycles and cars. Not "I can research it", you actually care.
  • You understand structure: hooks, open loops, pacing, where to pay off a promise.
  • You verify facts. Specs, model years, prices. Every time.
  • You write for our audience, who are largely riders and drivers aged 55+ making a real purchase decision. Not for a 25-year-old sportbike fan.

Using AI is completely fine, and we expect it. What we care about is what you do after the AI gives you a draft: the research, the fact-checking, the structural rewrite, and knowing what to cut. If AI does the thinking for you, this job will not work out for either of us.

The role:

  • Up to 100 scripts per month, 2,000 to 5,000 words each
  • $1,000 per month for full-time availability, paid weekly through a one-month paid trial
  • After the trial, a bonus on top of the base tied to how our videos actually perform on audience retention, not to how many scripts you produce
  • 40 to 45 hours per week, long-term. We would like this to last years.

To apply, do this one thing. Applications without it are not read.

Watch this video: ----------

Tell us the exact timestamp where you think most viewers stop watching, and why you think they leave. Two or three sentences is plenty. Be specific.

That is it. No sample script yet, and no CV needed at this stage.
