Part-Time Digital Virtual Assistant /Marketing & Social Media Assistant – Remote

We are seeking a creative, organized, and reliable assistant to support a growing wellness/ and hypnotherapy business with ongoing marketing and digital tasks. This is a part-time, remote opportunity for someone who wants consistent work and long-term collaboration.

Hours: 10-15 hours/week

???? Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• SEO (on-page optimization, basic keyword research, meta descriptions)

• Creating and scheduling engaging social media content (Instagram & Facebook . Most of the content is provided by us, where you will transform it into content.

• Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories, and YouTube and TikTok

• Setting up and managing Facebook and Instagram ads

• Managing client mailings in Mailchimp (newsletters, promos, list segmentation)

• Responding to client inquiries via DMs and comments in a warm, professional tone

• Directing prospects to our online booking page

• Collaborating on monthly planning and content strategy

• Setting up mailchimp and digital marketing campaigns

• Billing and or issuance of receipts

• Posting of payment receipts into bookkeeping software

• Documenting of internal administrative processes as you complete them

• Eventually - google ads

• Setting up social media platforms to make them business account friendly

• Basic analytic skills from ms excel and creating data reports

???? Requirements:

• Solid experience with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Rush, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Slack

• Basic understanding of SEO (google ect..)

• Strong written English and friendly communication skills, French language a plus

• Video editing skills (for YouTube and social media)

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback

• Reliable internet and at least 1–2 hours availability during North American hours

• Rapid response time (24 hours or less)

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in the wellness and health industry

• Familiarity with tools like setmore, canvas, caput, YouTube, YouTube ads, mailchimp, slack

• Ability to create basic reports on engagement or campaign performance

• Fluency in French an Asset
