Communicate calmly and professionally with clients, executive assistants, travelers, chauffeurs, affiliates, airports, FBOs, and hospitality partners. Lead active i ---------- within defined authority and escalate commercial, client, safety, policy, employment, or reputational issues to U.S. leadership. REQUIRED BACKGROUND At least four years of hands-on U.S. chauffeured, limousine, or executive-car operations experience. This is a firm requirement. Direct responsibility for reservations, live dispatch, trip monitoring, affiliate coordination, and service recovery for U.S. customers. Demonstrated experience coaching colleagues, auditing work, documenting procedures, and owning escalations. Limo Anywhere or comparable chauffeured-transportation platform experience; applicants must identify every system used. Generic BPO or call-center leadership and unrelated travel-sales experience do not meet the requirement. Advanced professional English, strong written communication and listening comprehension, sound operational judgment, discretion, and calm under pressure. A humble, hands-on leadership style and strong references from relevant U.S.-serving employers. REMOTE-WORK AND SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS Residence in Metro Manila and a strong record of accountable remote work. Private, quiet, professional home workspace; reliable primary internet; independent backup connection; and practical power continuity. Regular post-training schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. This generally corresponds to an 8:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m. Philippine Time shift beginning Wednesday-Sunday during U.S. daylight-saving time and a 9:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. shift during U.S. standard time. The nine-hour span includes an unpaid meal period and eight working hours, subject to final employer documentation. Reasonable schedule adjustments may occasionally be required for paid training, operational coverage, daylight-saving transitions, or business needs, with advance notice when practicable and in accordance with Philippine law and the employment agreement. Availability for weekends and applicable Philippine holidays that fall on the assigned schedule. Willingness to work a temporary paid training schedule with greater overlap with ICON's U.S. team. Exact training days and hours will be provided before acceptance. COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYMENT PHP 75, ---------- ,000 gross monthly base salary, based on directly relevant experience, leadership evidence, and demonstrated capability. Full-time Philippine employment through ICON's selected local employment partner, with statutory benefits, 13th-month pay, required schedule premiums, and compliant local payroll. ICON intends to provide employee HMO coverage, paid vacation and sick leave, and company-managed work equipment. Final benefit and leave details will be confirmed in the written offer. Paid training and a defined 30-60 day lead-track evaluation. No promotion, pay change, or country-management authority is guaranteed solely by hire into this role. SELECTION PROCESS The structured process includes application and resume review, leadership examples, short written scenarios, an unedited audio work sample, operating and leadership interviews, a paid fictional operating simulation for finalists, references, and background and identity verification. No real client information is used in the simulation. In your application, identify every U.S. chauffeured, limousine, or executive-car company or account you supported, with dates and exact reservation, dispatch, trip-monitoring, affiliate-management, and service-recovery responsibilities. Identify every system used, including your Limo Anywhere experience; state how many people you coached, trained, audited, or supervised; confirm the stated schedule; and briefly describe your primary internet, backup internet, and power-continuity plan. Part-Time Meta Ads Specialist — 8 to 12 Week Contract with room to grow

Confidential employer

Type: Part-time / contract, 8 weeks (with potential to extend) Hours: ~8 hours/week Location: Remote Start: ASAP About the role Sellout Success is a new events education business launching in Australia, teaching people how to plan, promote, sell out, and monetise live in-person events. We're running our first paid launch on a lean budget and need a Meta Ads specialist who can make every dollar count — this is a hands-on, get-it-right-from-day-one role, not a set-and-forget campaign. We're looking for someone to take a campaign strategy already in place and execute it properly: correct account setup, clean tracking, tight targeting, and active daily monitoring during a short, high-stakes launch window. Our funnel includes a few different pieces you'll be working with: Free Idea Tester — our lead-generation offer, designed to attract people with an existing audience, small business, or community who are looking for a new income stream Scholarship places — a small number of full-ride spots into our signature course, used as a launch hook Low-ticket Toolkit — an entry-level offer to convert engaged leads The Signature 8-Week Course — our core paid offer What you'll be doing (~8 hrs/week) Setup & tracking (heaviest in week 1): Meta Pixel + Conversions API (CAPI) setup and verification through our GoHighLevel platform, campaign structure build, audience/ad set configuration Campaign management: Launching and managing a small number of ad sets (lead magnet campaign + scholarship campaign + retargeting), running within a limited total ad spend Daily monitoring & optimisation: Checking performance, reallocating budget toward what's converting, pausing what isn't Reporting (~2 hrs/week meetings + written updates): Short weekly check-in with the founder, plus clear, plain-English performance summaries — cost per lead, cost per result, what's working, what needs to change Troubleshooting: Flagging and helping resolve any tracking/pixel/CAPI issues quickly, since we won't have time to lose in a short launch window What we need from you Proven, hands-on experience running Meta ads campaigns (not just certifications — we want to see results) Experience setting up Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI), ideally including troubleshooting event match quality Comfortable working inside GoHighLevel (GHL) — this is a must, as our funnels, landing pages, and tracking all run through it Experience with lead-generation campaigns for a course, coaching, or similar digital offer (bonus if you've worked with small/lean budgets and know how to make them work harder) Clear communicator who can explain what's happening and why in plain language — we want a strategic partner, not just someone who presses buttons Able to work AU business hours reasonably closely, or at least with solid overlap for the weekly check-in Good to know before you apply This is a lean-budget launch — total ad spend is limited, so we need someone who's realistic, resourceful, and honest about what's achievable rather than over-promising We have a short, fixed timeline for this first intake, so responsiveness and quick turnaround matter This is a new brand with no existing AU audience or ad account history — you'll be building from scratch, not optimising something established If this contract goes well, there's a second, larger AU intake to build toward together afterward To apply - Please tell us: A campaign you've run with a similarly slim budget and any results? Your experience with Meta Pixel/CAPI setup specifically Your experience with GoHighLevel Your availability over the next 8 - 12 weeks We're moving quickly on this one — early applications will get priority.

VSL/AI Ads Editor

Confidential employer

DTC brand doing ~$50k/month in revenue Role: Video Editor / AI Video Producer Type: Read this part first We are not looking for someone to "make our videos look nice." We are looking for someone who understands that a video's job is to hold attention and make people buy — and who can build that video end to end, including sourcing or generating every frame of footage inside it. If you need a folder of assets handed to you before you can start editing, this role isn't for you. If you can take a script and a product and come back with a finished, conversion-ready asset, keep reading. Who we are We're a direct response DTC brand currently doing around $200k/month, almost entirely on the back of paid media and creative. Creative is our growth lever. Not the site, not the offer tweaks, not the email flows — the video. That means the editor seat is one of the highest-leverage roles in the company. When a video wins here, it wins loudly and you'll see it in the numbers within days. We're scaling, and we want to stop stitching together freelancers per project. We want one highly skilled person who becomes part of the team, learns our angles and our customer inside out, and gets sharper with every batch we ship. How this role starts (please read carefully) This does not begin as a full-time position, and that's deliberate. We start every editor on a lighter workload — a smaller number of videos per week — for the first stretch. Not because we're testing whether you can hold a job, but because we want to see how you fit: how you take feedback, how you handle a script we hand you, how you communicate when something's unclear, and whether the work holds up once the novelty wears off. It also gives you time to learn our customer, our angles, and what a "winning" video looks like in our account specifically. From there it scales. As the fit proves out and your creatives start performing, the volume goes up, the pay goes up, and the arrangement moves toward a secure, permanent full-time seat — with a defined monthly retainer rather than per-project work. To be clear about what we're offering: Phase 1 — Fit: Lower volume, paid per project or at a smaller retainer. Heavy feedback from us. We're both figuring out if this works. Phase 2 — Ramp: Volume increases, you take on the VSLs and the AI cartoon projects with less hand-holding, pay increases accordingly. Phase 3 — In-house: Full-time, secure retainer, you own the creative pipeline and have real input on direction. Room to grow into a creative lead as we bring on more editors. We're not looking for someone to fill a gap for three months. We're looking for the person who's still here in two years running our creative. The slow start is how we get there without either of us wasting the other's time. If you need immediate full-time income from day one, this probably isn't the right fit right now — and that's fine, just be upfront about it. What you'll actually be making 1. Long-form VSLs (Video Sales Letters) -The core of the role. 2–7+ minute sales videos built off scripts we provide. You'll be responsible for: -Pacing the entire video so retention doesn't collapse — pattern interrupts, cuts, zooms, motion, sound design, text emphasis, visual proof -Sourcing your own b-roll. Stock libraries, licensed footage, UGC-style clips, screen recordings, archival, whatever the script calls for. You find it. You don't ask us to send it. In some cases we will also provide clips and we have a bunch of softwares that you can use to make this process easier aswell. -Generating AI video to fill the gaps stock can't cover — visualizing mechanisms, metaphors, before/after states, scenarios that don't exist as footage. -Building the visual language for a section, not just laying clips over a voiceover -Kinetic text, callouts, subtitles, on-screen proof elements, testimonial treatments -Sound design and music that carries emotional beats without burying the VO 2. AI cartoon / animated videos (short form AND long form) -We're producing a growing volume of fully AI-generated animated content — story-driven ads, explainer content, character-led narratives. You'll take a script and: -Build a consistent character and world (this is the hard part — character consistency across dozens of shots is a real skill and we'll be testing for it) -Generate the shots yourself using AI image + video tools -Handle lip sync, voiceover, and audio -Cut it into a video that actually flows as a story rather than a slideshow of AI clips -Deliver in both short form (15–60s, vertical) and long form formats 3. Short form paid ads: -Hook-first ads for Meta / TikTok. High volume, fast iteration. Multiple hook variants of the same body. You'll be cutting these constantly, and you'll be expected to have opinions about which hooks are worth testing. What we need you to be good at Non-negotiable: -Editing that converts, not just editing that looks good. You understand hooks, retention curves, pattern interrupts, why the first 3 seconds determine everything, and how to build toward a CTA. If you've never thought about a video in terms of watch time or CPA, you're not ready for this seat. -Sourcing your own footage. Independently. You know where to find good b-roll, -Generating AI video yourself. Not "willing to learn" — actually doing it now. You know how to prompt, how to iterate when a generation is wrong, how to maintain consistency, and how to upscale and clean up output so it doesn't look like AI slop. -Strong technical craft — clean cuts, deliberate pacing, proper audio levels, colour that matches across mixed sources, subtitles that don't look like an afterthought. -Speed. We ship a lot. Quality at volume is the whole game. -Ownership. You get a script and a brief and come back with a finished asset. You flag problems early. You don't go quiet for four days. Tools — you should be fluent in most of these or their equivalents: -Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. -AI video: Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Hailuo, Seedance — or whatever you've found works better -AI image: Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, Ideogram -Voice: ElevenLabs or similar -Upscaling /cleanup: Topaz, Magnific -Bonus: Descript, Adobe Podcast, motion graphics templating, basic scripting/automation for batching -Removing text from video: Vmake Nice to have: -You've written or restructured direct response scripts before -You've worked on offers in health and wellness niche -You can take a competitor's winning ad, break down why it works, and build a better version -You track what's new in AI video weekly because you find it genuinely interesting Who this is NOT for -Editors who only work from supplied assets -People who see AI tools as a threat or a gimmick -"Cinematic" editors who make beautiful videos that don't sell -Anyone who needs to be chased for updates -Agencies or people who'll pass the work to a junior. We want the person doing the work. What you get -A real seat on a growing team. We start light on purpose, but the destination is a secure full-time role — and if it works, we build our creative operation around you. -Direct feedback loop on your work. You'll see spend, retention data, and CPA on the creatives you cut. Most editors never get this — it's the fastest way to get genuinely good. -Budget for tools and subscriptions. We're not going to bottleneck you over a $50/mo AI credit plan. -Performance bonuses when your creative becomes a winner. -Room to grow into a creative lead role as we scale and bring on more editors under you. -Fast decisions. Small team. No layers of approval. How to apply: Please follow this exactly — it's the first filter. -Send your portfolio. We want to see, specifically: -At least one long-form VSL or long-form sales video you cut -At least one AI-generated video you produced yourself (cartoon/animated preferred) -Short form paid ads if you have them -For 2–3 of those videos, tell us in one or two lines each: what the goal was, what you did to hold attention, and any performance numbers you're allowed to share (spend, ROAS, retention, CTR — whatever you have). -Tell us your AI stack. Which tools you use for what, and one problem you've solved with them that most people get wrong. -Your rate and your realistic capacity — how many long-form videos and how many short form ads per week. -Turnaround time on a typical 10-minute VSL, assuming script and VO are provided. -Confirm you're okay with the ramp-up structure — starting at lower volume and building toward full-time. One line is enough.

Google & Meta Ads Specialist - Local Lead Generation

Confidential employer

Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist – Local Lead Generation We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist who can take ownership of our paid advertising campaigns from strategy and campaign setup to creative development, testing, optimization, and reporting. Our primary goal is to generate high-quality local leads and customers by targeting specific geographic areas. Conduct A/B testing on: Ad copy Headlines Images and graphics Videos Audiences Offers Landing pages Calls-to-action Campaign structures Monitor campaign performance and make regular adjustments to improve results. Optimize campaigns for lower cost per lead (CPL), higher conversion rates, and better ROI. Identify underperforming ads, audiences, keywords, and campaigns and take corrective action. Manage budgets and allocate spending toward the best-performing campaigns. Set up and monitor conversion tracking and ensure campaigns are measuring the right actions. Analyze Google Ads and Meta Ads data and provide clear performance reports. Continuously test new strategies, audiences, creatives, and offers. Keep up with changes and best practices in Google Ads and Meta advertising. Work with our team to understand our services, target customers, locations, and business goals. Ability to understand campaign data and turn it into actionable improvements. Good English communication skills. Able to work independently and take ownership of campaigns. Reliable, organized, and responsive. Important: We Are Looking for a Results-Oriented Person We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to push the "Boost" button or launch basic campaigns. We want someone who understands the complete paid advertising process: Research → Strategy → Campaign Setup → Creative → Launch → Testing → Optimization → Conversion Tracking → Analysis → Scaling You should be comfortable looking at campaign data and answering questions such as: Why is the cost per lead increasing? Which audience is converting best? Which ad creative is producing the best results? Which keywords are wasting budget? What should we test next? How can we improve conversion rates? Which campaigns should we scale or pause? Bonus Skills The following are a major plus: Experience with local service businesses. Experience generating leads for businesses targeting specific cities or geographic areas. Landing page optimization experience. Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Basic video editing skills for Meta ads. Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking. Experience with call tracking and lead attribution. Experience with Google Business Profile/local marketing. You should constantly be asking: "How can we get more qualified leads while spending the same amount—or less—money?" We value people who test, analyze, learn, and improve rather than simply maintaining existing campaigns. We are looking for someone who can become a long-term member of our team and take ownership of our paid advertising performance.

Senior Video Editor & Marketing Implementation Manager

Confidential employer

Read this first If you're primarily a virtual assistant who also knows some basic editing, this isn't the position for you. We're looking for the person whose portfolio makes us say "holy smokes, this person can edit" — attached to someone who is organized, resourceful, coachable, understands branding, priorities, and treats deadlines as fixed, not aspirational or optional. The boss is the brain: strategy, campaigns, message, positioning, filming, selling, relationships. This seat is the implementation engine with some collaboration mixed in: it takes what the boss (and her AI systems) create and gets it all the way across the finish line — edited, on-brand, distributed, verified, done on time. You're not inventing the marketing strategy. You're executing it at a level that makes it look better than the raw material deserved. Please keep going! #1: Video editing (non-negotiable, required day one) This is the hiring gate. Not "I know CapCut." Not someone who can technically cut clips together. Premiere Pro proficiency required for long-form: listing films, VSLs, YouTube, interviews, podcasts, complex campaign pieces. CapCut is fine for fast, simple short-form only. You must possess a real command of pacing, storytelling, hooks, B-roll selection, sound design, audio cleanup, color correction, motion graphics, captions, transitions, and retention editing. Have an understanding of how long-form editing differs from short-form. You should be able to coach the boss on production while filming: "your mic is clipping," "leave three seconds before that sentence," "we need B-roll here." There is a real weekly volume expectation: at minimum 15 sub-one-minute shorts, 5 reels, and 1 long-form video (broken down and repurposed) every active campaign week, at professional quality, without falling behind. We are creating several marketing systems in a row so a higher level video editing, posting, repurposing, and retargeting will be a big priority for quite some time. Our marketing IS digital. #2: Brand execution + creative judgment The brand is the box. Creativity happens inside the box. The boss is creating an AI Agent - Branding Bianca - to handle most of the canva type assets, but an understanding of brand guidelines, and logos is important. You'll be given approved fonts, colors, logos, end cards, thumbnail styles, and a brand guide. We shouldn't have to explain six months in why something doesn't look like it belongs to us. At the same time, we don't want someone who can only duplicate a template — we want someone who looks at the brand and thinks "I understand this visual language, here's a fresh way to execute this idea that's still unmistakably ours." Different campaigns get different creative nuances (more feminine, more fun, more military/veteran, more luxury-editorial) without ever becoming a different brand. You need to be able to work inside that distinction. The Brand look must stay consistent and strong so as not to confuse the viewers. #3: Execution discipline (weighted almost as heavily as the editing) A brilliant editor who can't hit a deadline just produces beautiful unfinished campaigns. We don’t need the staff to be the thing that is slowing the business and the marketing down. Instructions aren't suggestions. If the process says A → B → C → test → verify → report done, that's what happens. "Coachable" doesn't mean waiting to be taught every technique. If you're told something isn't good enough yet, you are expected to ask questions if the explanation is not clear for you, go study strong examples, review what the program says, , figure out the gap, and come back better. Video trainings are available in house for all the marketing systems, tactics and tools that we are to use. Being resourceful is good and expected. Collaboration is good, let’s mastermind on it til we figure it out together, you have your eye and expertise and I have mine. Ask questions. Immediately, if something is blocking the work. You will never be penalized for asking. You will be penalized for silently guessing and delivering the wrong thing. #4: Technical capacity and real work infrastructure This is a professional video-production job, so bring professional infrastructure: A computer that can smoothly edit and export long-form 4K/HD Premiere Pro projects without taking half a day to render. Reliable high-speed internet, plus an actual backup plan (a real second location, not a promise). We will ask for your computer specs (processor, RAM, GPU, storage) and internet speed with your application, and the paid trial will confirm whether the setup actually holds up under real deadlines. #5: What's handled by prescribed process, not independent judgment These are execution/SOP skills, not strategy skills. You don't need to arrive as an expert in anything but video editing for business marketing — you need to be technically capable and highly coachable, and you follow our system exactly, not one you learned somewhere else. Content repurposing & distribution: turning approved long-form source content into the required derivative assets and pushing them to designated platforms, following our prescribed workflow. Paid advertising (Meta): executing Facebook /Meta campaigns according to our established advertising system — Housing Special Ad Category compliance, audiences, budgets, placements, creative variations, controlled A/B testing (one variable at a time, documented), saving and updating audiences, targeting and retargeting, monitoring, reporting. This is implementation, not independent media strategy. GoHighLevel type CRM: funnels, forms, tags, workflows, pipelines, landing pages, automations, troubleshooting. Prior GHL experience is a strong plus but not required — strong technical learning ability is required. The standard for "done" here is specific: built it, tested it, submitted a test lead, confirmed the contact appeared, confirmed the tag fired, confirmed the workflow fired, confirmed the email /text arrived, confirmed Sherri got her notification, updated the task status. That's what DONE means. Email marketing: building attractive, responsive branded email s and getting bulk sends to actually land — lists/segments, workflow testing, deliverability basics, troubleshooting bounces, reporting. This will be specifically tested; "I can make a pretty email " isn't the bar but style and branding are still important #6. Who you are You have a portfolio that proves elite editing, not a résumé that claims it. Deadline-driven — if I say Friday, it's done Friday. I will be reasonable. I expect respect on deadlines and quality output. You are coachable without being passive, or passive aggressive. You take direction and ask great questions to gain understanding. We are all just here trying to figure it out. You are resourceful and attentive.. You are organized enough to consistently run a real weekly production schedule on your own and report on it clearly. You are comfortable with technology generally — workflows, forms, tags, pipelines, bulk email issues, not afraid to troubleshoot. Prior real estate marketing experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Executive Assistant

Confidential employer

Executive Assistant to our Head of Brand & Customer Reports to: Head of Brand & Customer, Exec Team Member We're looking for an Executive Assistant who thinks like an operator, not someone who just keeps things administered. If you're early in your career but have already proven you can run point on something real — coordinating a team, managing client relationships, keeping a fast-moving project from falling apart — read on, even if “assistant” has never quite captured what you actually did in your last role. Company Manukora — the world's best Mānuka honey & functional wellness brand and leading Mānuka brand in the USA. About Manukora Manukora is a New Zealand-based Manuka honey brand on a mission to bring the world's most authentic, ethically sourced honey to people who care about what they put in their bodies. We sell direct-to-consumer, on Amazon, and through retail partners across the US, GCC, and UK. We're a fast-growing team that moves with urgency, values real relationships, and sets the bar — not just meets it. Learn more: ---------- ---------- on Instagram About the opportunity This is not a calendar-and-inbox job, even though the calendar and inbox are part of it. It's the chance to become the right hand of a senior brand and marketing leader at one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the US — and to build your own career alongside hers. We're looking for someone sharp and driven, still early in their career, who already has an operator's instinct: you think in systems, you move fast, and you take complete ownership of whatever lands in front of you. You don't need years of experience running a business — you need to have already shown, in whatever you've done, that people can hand you something real and trust it'll get done right. Some of our strongest people came into roles like this from client success, coordination, operations support, or fast-paced generalist roles — not necessarily from a traditional EA background. We care far more about your judgment and your instinct for ownership than we do about your job title so far. The scope is deliberately broad and the ceiling is high: project coordination, meeting preparation, marketing operations, communications, travel, and the systems that hold it all together. The better you anticipate, the more you will own. For the right person, this is a launchpad, not a ceiling. What you'll own Project & team coordination. Keeping projects, deadlines, and follow-ups on track across the team so the executive is freed from chasing and project-managing others. You are the person who knows the status of everything and makes sure nothing stalls. Meeting readiness & agenda-setting. Not just a tidy calendar, but real preparation — because you have full context on what's going on, you help set agendas, build briefing notes, and ensure the executive walks into every meeting fully prepared. Marketing & production operations. Coordinating production, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, vetting talent, and running outreach and organisation for marketing activities. You will engage with the work, not just administer it. Systems & process building. Turning recurring work into documented, repeatable systems — for the inbox, travel, projects and reporting — so problems get solved once rather than managed forever. Where a tool or an AI workflow can do the job, you build it. Communications on her behalf. As trust is built, you draft and send replies that are an accurate representation of her voice, and proactively reach out to people on her behalf to keep things moving. The trust foundation: inbox, calendar and travel. Everything above depends on this being flawless, because this is where trust gets built first. Nothing missed, lost, mis-filed, or a ---------- archived or sent to spam. Inbox tightly triaged with a clear understanding of who the key contacts are and how each should be handled. Drafts prepared in anticipation of responses. Calendar planned and protected 2–4+ weeks ahead, with detailed context built into every entry (interview notes, meeting agendas, dial-in details, prep links). Trips documented and planned end-to-end, with accommodation options presented and preferences learned and refined over time. Personal administration handled without it ever needing to be asked for. Who you are A fast learner who increases the executive's bandwidth from day one — not someone who needs to ask questions on everything. You take full ownership and run with ambiguity. You make sound calls, bring recommendations rather than open- ended problems, and only escalate when you genuinely should. You anticipate needs, spot risks early, and prepare before being asked. You are exceptionally organised and pride yourself on it, with a very high level of comprehension and an instinct for systems that prevent problems recurring. You communicate with precision and structure — clear, concise, and proactive. You're hungry and driven — building a long-term career alongside a senior leader genuinely excites you, not just as a line on a resume. Experience A couple of years of real, hands-on exposure to a fast-paced business — that could be client success, operations or project coordination, account management, a startup generalist role, or executive support. We're open on the path: what matters is evidence of real responsibility, not the title. A demonstrable track record of owning outcomes rather than tasks: making decisions, coordinating other people, and being trusted with things that mattered. Evidence of building or improving how something runs — a process, a system, a workflow — not just executing an existing one. Excellent written English and communication. Comfortable with AI tools and structured workflow tools (Notion or similar). A bachelor's degree, or an equivalent track record that speaks for itself. How to Apply: Send an email directly to ---------- Subject Line: Executive Assistant to Head of Brand - [Your Full Name] Please include the following in your email : Your updated Resume/CV (or LinkedIn profile link).
