AI Avatar Video Editor / Content Creator (Work From Home) — $300 to Start | BLESSA Agency

We're hiring an experienced video editor or AI content creator for a long term, full time role producing AI avatar short form videos. This is not an entry level position, we're looking for someone who already knows their way around CapCut and AI content tools.

Position

Starting pay is $300 for your first month. Once your content and edits are consistently excellent, pay increases to $400/month. This is a flexible, full time role: as long as you deliver 9 videos a day (63 videos a week), the schedule is yours to manage. Most editors find this takes about 8 hours a day. Payment is sent biweekly via Wise or PayPal only.

Job Description

You'll take a script and a reference video we provide, break the reference video down scene by scene, recreate each scene using one of our 3 AI avatars, animate it, and edit the finished clips into a polished short form video.

Daily output is 9 videos a day: 3 sets of 2 growth videos and 1 sales video. Videos run 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Full workflow, scripts, references, and tools are provided. You bring the editing eye and keep everything consistent.

Tools We Provide

• Google Docs and Drive for scripts, references, and delivery
• Nano Banana
• Flow (Veo 3) for animation
• CapCut for final edit
• Full written and video training covering the entire workflow

Requirements

• Must provide a Drive link or other link with examples of previous work to be considered, no exceptions
• Prior experience editing video and/or creating AI generated content (CapCut experience required, AI tool experience preferred)
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Able to consistently deliver 9 videos a day (63 a week), roughly 8 hours of focused work, on your own schedule
• Able to keep an avatar visually consistent (same look, same outfit) across an entire video
• Fluent English speaker
• Honest, reliable, and responsive to feedback

What Makes This Different

This isn't high volume, low effort content. Every video needs to look realistic, avatar consistency has to hold up scene to scene, and edits need to be clean, no visible AI artifacts, no dead air, tight captions, and a small AI disclosure tag on every video. We want someone who takes pride in that level of polish.

Bonuses

• Sales videos: $50 bonus for any sales video that reaches 100k views, no cap on how many you can earn
• Growth videos: no bonus, these are volume and awareness plays
