AI Video Content Creator (TikTok Shop) – Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to produce AI-generated TikTok Shop product videos. The role focuses on creating short-form bottom-of-the-funnel (BOFU) content designed to drive product purchases through TikTok Shop.

The objective of this project is to test and scale high-converting product videos using AI tools while maintaining strict quality and platform compliance standards.

This position begins with a 30-day evaluation period. Strong performers may transition into a long-term or full-time role as production scales.

Work Schedule

Workdays: Monday – Friday
No work on weekends.

Daily production requirements will gradually increase over time. The required number of videos for each weekday will be listed in the Content Tracker. You are responsible for completing the assigned video count for each day.

Payment Structure

$1 per approved video
Payments are issued weekly (every Friday).

Only approved videos are paid.

A video may require revision if:

• Product label text is distorted or unreadable
• Video is under 15 seconds
• Spelling errors are present
• Product is not clearly visible
• Instructions were not followed
• Poor AI generation quality

If revisions are required, they must be corrected before approval.

Required Tools

The following tools will be used for production:

Veo 3 – AI video generation (account provided)
CapCut – Video editing and final export (account provided)
ElevenLabs – AI voice generation (used in later stages)

No additional video generation tools should be used unless approved.

Video Requirements

Each video must:

• Be 15–20 seconds minimum
• Clearly show the product
• Include readable product label text
• Include movement such as hand interaction, zoom, or camera shifts
• Look natural and not robotic
• Be exported in vertical 9:16 format for TikTok

Videos must focus on product visibility, benefit framing without exaggerated claims, and clear call-to-action.

Examples of acceptable call-to-action styles include:

The following must be avoided:

Medical claims
Unrealistic promises
Before-and-after transformations
Fake testimonials

Creative Variation Requirements

To prevent content suppression or account restrictions, videos must include variation. This may include changes in:

Opening hook
Camera angle
Background setting
Hand movement
Text overlay style

Videos must not be repetitive or identical.

Production Workflow

Daily workflow includes:

Review the Content Tracker
Follow the assigned product and format instructions
Generate the video in Veo 3
Edit the video in CapCut
Add subtitles if required
Export the final version
Upload the video to the designated Google Drive folder
Mark the task as Completed in the tracker

Files must be organized properly by date or number.

Daily Feedback Process

To maintain quality and improve performance, we will conduct daily feedback sessions.

Each workday we will either:

Have a short call (10–30 minutes)
or provide feedback through WhatsApp

During these sessions we may review:

Video quality
Product visibility
Hook effectiveness
Call-to-action clarity
Creative variation
Editing improvements

Feedback must be applied to future videos.

Reference Style

The videos you create should follow a style similar to the following TikTok accounts:

Production Scaling

The long-term production goal is up to 28 videos per weekday.

Production volume will increase gradually as performance, workflow efficiency, and reliability improve.

The early phase focuses on:

Testing creative variations
Building consistency

Compliance and Account Safety

All content must follow TikTok Shop policies and creator compliance rules.

Before starting work, applicants must read the TikTok Shop Creator Compliance guidelines:

If content created by the VA causes a platform violation, warning, or account restriction, the following process will apply:

The VA will be notified immediately.
Content production will be temporarily suspended while the issue is reviewed.
During the suspension period, the VA will not produce new videos until a solution or new account is prepared.

The suspension period may last at least one week.

Repeated violations, negligence, or failure to follow compliance guidelines may result in:

Extended suspension
Reduction in assigned work
Termination of the working relationship

These policies exist to protect the accounts and ensure long-term sustainability of the project.

Evaluation Period

This project begins with a 30-day evaluation period.

During this time we evaluate:

Content quality
Consistency
Reliability
Speed of execution
Overall performance

Strong performers may transition into a long-term role with increased production opportunities.

Future incentives may include:

Higher pay per video (up to $2 per video)
Commission from product sales generated by your videos
Performance bonuses for videos reaching high view counts ($100–$500)

Applicants using Windows computers, Android devices, or other non-Apple systems will be automatically disqualified.
