About the Role

SENIOR GLOBAL TRAVEL COORDINATOR
Full-time | Permanently remote, Metro Manila
PHP 75, ---------- ,000 gross monthly base

ICON Global is a U.S.-based private-travel and ground-transportation company headquartered in Palm Beach County, Florida. We coordinate secure ground travel and related services across approximately 1,000 cities worldwide for discerning travelers, executive assistants, families, private-aviation partners, hotels, and other high-touch clients.

We seek a deeply experienced U.S. chauffeured-transportation operations professional in Metro Manila to join as Senior Global Travel Coordinator. You will perform the complete coordination role while helping ICON establish procedures, strengthen quality control, coach a second coordinator, and build a unified extension of our U.S. team.

This is a lead-track position, not an automatic management appointment. The selected person begins as a senior individual contributor. Broader Philippines Team Lead responsibility may be awarded after a 30-60 day evaluation of operating mastery, communication, judgment, coaching, process discipline, reliability, and trust.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own complex reservations, affiliate coordination, live dispatch, flight and trip monitoring, operational communication, and service recovery.
  • Validate reservation details, anticipate service risk, ensure complete handoffs, and maintain clear operating records.
  • Communicate calmly and professionally with clients, executive assistants, travelers, chauffeurs, affiliates, airports, FBOs, and hospitality partners.
  • Help document standard operating procedures, checklists, escalation rules, and quality measures.
  • Review work, identify patterns and errors, coach a fellow coordinator, and model accountability.
  • Lead active i ---------- within defined authority and escalate commercial, client, safety, policy, employment, or reputational issues to U.S. leadership.
  • Help evaluate future Philippines candidates and support onboarding after leadership authorization.
  • Remain hands-on. This is an operating role with lead responsibilities, not a purely administrative supervisor position.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

  • At least four years of hands-on U.S. chauffeured, limousine, or executive-car operations experience. This is a firm requirement.
  • Direct responsibility for reservations, live dispatch, trip monitoring, affiliate coordination, and service recovery for U.S. customers.
  • Prior experience as a team lead, supervisor, trainer, quality analyst, senior dispatcher, or recognized subject-matter expert.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching colleagues, auditing work, documenting procedures, and owning escalations.
  • Limo Anywhere or comparable chauffeured-transportation platform experience; applicants must identify every system used.
  • Generic BPO or call-center leadership and unrelated travel-sales experience do not meet the requirement.
  • Advanced professional English, strong written communication and listening comprehension, sound operational judgment, discretion, and calm under pressure.
  • A humble, hands-on leadership style and strong references from relevant U.S.-serving employers.

REMOTE-WORK AND SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

  • Residence in Metro Manila and a strong record of accountable remote work.
  • Private, quiet, professional home workspace; reliable primary internet; independent backup connection; and practical power continuity.
  • Regular post-training schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. This generally corresponds to an 8:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m. Philippine Time shift beginning Wednesday-Sunday during U.S. daylight-saving time and a 9:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. shift during U.S. standard time.
  • The nine-hour span includes an unpaid meal period and eight working hours, subject to final employer documentation.
  • Reasonable schedule adjustments may occasionally be required for paid training, operational coverage, daylight-saving transitions, or business needs, with advance notice when practicable and in accordance with Philippine law and the employment agreement.
  • Availability for weekends and applicable Philippine holidays that fall on the assigned schedule.
  • Willingness to work a temporary paid training schedule with greater overlap with ICON's U.S. team. Exact training days and hours will be provided before acceptance.

COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYMENT

  • PHP 75, ---------- ,000 gross monthly base salary, based on directly relevant experience, leadership evidence, and demonstrated capability.
  • Full-time Philippine employment through ICON's selected local employment partner, with statutory benefits, 13th-month pay, required schedule premiums, and compliant local payroll.
  • ICON intends to provide employee HMO coverage, paid vacation and sick leave, and company-managed work equipment. Final benefit and leave details will be confirmed in the written offer.
  • Paid training and a defined 30-60 day lead-track evaluation. No promotion, pay change, or country-management authority is guaranteed solely by hire into this role.

SELECTION PROCESS

The structured process includes application and resume review, leadership examples, short written scenarios, an unedited audio work sample, operating and leadership interviews, a paid fictional operating simulation for finalists, references, and background and identity verification. No real client information is used in the simulation.

In your application, identify every U.S. chauffeured, limousine, or executive-car company or account you supported, with dates and exact reservation, dispatch, trip-monitoring, affiliate-management, and service-recovery responsibilities. Identify every system used, including your Limo Anywhere experience; state how many people you coached, trained, audited, or supervised; confirm the stated schedule; and briefly describe your primary internet, backup internet, and power-continuity plan.

ICON Global evaluates applicants using job-related criteria and welcomes qualified candidates from all backgrounds.
