Amazon / E# Amazon FBA / E-Commerce Sourcing Specialist – Experienced Applicants Only
Position: Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Sourcing Specialist
Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week
Starting Pay: $3.00–$4.00 USD per hour, based on verified experience and demonstrated ability
Work Location: Remote
Monitoring: Screen sharing and activity monitoring are required while working
We are hiring an experienced Amazon FBA and e-commerce Sourcing Specialist. This is a performance-based position. Your job is to consistently find qualified, profitable products that our company can purchase and resell.
This is not an entry-level training position. We are not looking for applicants who have only watched Amazon courses or YouTube videos. You must already know how to source independently and correctly analyze products using Keepa and SellerAmp.
Important: Read Before Applying
Your performance will be evaluated immediately.
If you cannot demonstrate that you know how to source during your first week, your employment may be terminated. If your leads consistently contain incorrect matches, bad calculations, unacceptable risks, or products that do not meet our criteria, you will not remain on the team.
All verified hours worked will be paid. However, dishonesty—including falsifying experience, submitting copied leads, manipulating time records, working multiple jobs during our scheduled hours, or misrepresenting your work—will result in immediate termination.
We monitor day-to-day activity. You must be willing to share your screen while working and use our approved time-tracking and communication systems.
Responsibilities
- Source profitable Amazon FBA products through online arbitrage and e-commerce websites
- Use manual sourcing, reverse sourcing, storefront stalking, Keepa Product Finder, and other established sourcing methods
- Verify exact product matches, including size, quantity, variation, model number, and UPC
- Analyze Keepa charts, Buy Box history, sales-rank movement, offer count, pricing stability, and Amazon’s presence
- Calculate accurate profit and ROI using SellerAmp
- Evaluate IP complaints, brand restrictions, hazmat concerns, meltable products, expiration dates, and other risks
- Confirm that retailers and suppliers are legitimate
- Submit complete leads using our required format
- Correct mistakes and respond to feedback promptly
- Maintain consistent productivity throughout the workday
- Protect all company information, leads, supplier lists, and sourcing methods
Minimum Lead Criteria
Unless otherwise instructed, leads should generally meet the following:
- Minimum selling price: $19.99
- Minimum estimated profit: $3.00
- Minimum ROI: 40%
- Minimum estimated sales: 50 units per month
- Stable selling price and Buy Box history
- Exact product match
- Legitimate retailer or supplier
- No unacceptable IP, variation, expiration, hazmat, or authenticity risks
Meeting the minimum numbers does not automatically make a product a good lead. You must also use judgment when evaluating competition, price stability, Amazon’s presence, offer count, inventory depth, and the likelihood that the product will remain profitable.
Performance Expectations
- Approximately one properly researched lead per working hour
- Leads must be accurate, complete, and realistically purchasable
- Consistent improvement after receiving feedback
- Ability to explain why a product is or is not a good purchase
- Ability to work independently without needing basic sourcing training
The first two weeks are an evaluation period. Candidates who cannot consistently find qualified leads, repeatedly submit inaccurate work, or require training in basic sourcing will be released.
Required Experience
- Previous hands-on Amazon FBA online-arbitrage sourcing experience
- Strong working knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp
- Ability to read Keepa charts without assistance
- Understanding of Amazon fees, profit, ROI, sales estimates, and Buy Box behavior
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Willingness to share your screen and have work activity monitored
- Ability to follow detailed sourcing criteria and accept direct feedback
Do Not Apply If
- You have never independently sourced profitable Amazon FBA products
- Your experience consists mainly of courses, videos, or unpaid practice
- You need training on the basics of Keepa or SellerAmp
- You submit leads sourced by another VA, group, or paid lead list
- You plan to work another job during our scheduled hours
- You are unwilling to share your screen or use time-tracking software
- You exaggerate your experience or use AI-generated answers to hide a lack of knowledge
