Cold Caller/Texter

The job responsibilities include calling and texting homeowners to see if there is any interest in selling their house, having conversations with homeowners, gathering information, building rapport, and qualifying them as a potential prospect.

Skills required:
Strong command of the English language
Must have cold calling experience and/or sales experience minimum 1 year
Great communication skills
Real Estate Cold Calling experience
Real Estate Cold Texting experience

Work Hours: 12PM-8PM Pacific Time (PT) US
Full Time Employment
Starting Rate: $5.00 an hour
