About Us We run AI-powered Instagram DM setters for 30+ online coaches with 20 full-time employees. The setters run through ManyChat, connect to n8n, store conversation history in Supabase, and book calls directly through Relevance.ai β no booking link, fully automated. Every single client we have came through a referral. The system works. We are bringing in someone to own the system and make it better, long-term. --- Compensation $10β$15/hr depending on experience. 20-30 hours per week. Long-term ongoing role, this not a one-off project. Hours are verified via screen recording software. We value trust and transparency, and we set that expectation from day one. --- Schedule and Availability Async-first. You manage your own time with enough overlap to collaborate on strategy and fixes. --- What You Will Own Prompt engineering: write, test, and iterate on AI setter prompts that mirror a skilled human setter β building rapport, handling objections, qualifying leads, and locking in booked calls Objection handling: anticipate and script AI responses to the most common objections (price, time, not sure if it is a fit) so the bot handles them naturally without losing the lead Performance: find and fix the exact conversation points where leads drop off, go cold, or disengage β and fix them n8n automation: build and improve workflows that handle message routing, classification, disqualification logic, and lead management Tracking: monitor booking rates per client, flag what is working and what is not, own the improvement loop Scaling: as we grow from 30 to 100+ clients, your work multiplies β you are building the foundation, not just patching You Are a Fit If You have real sales knowledge β you understand how appointment setting works, what objection handling is, and how conversations move from cold to booked You have built or managed AI DM setters where the actual goal was booked calls or revenue, not customer support or FAQ responses You understand the psychology of how online coaching clients buy β and you know how to write a bot that guides that process You have hands-on n8n experience and can build or fix automations yourself without being guided You can work with Claude, Relevance.ai, or similar LLM tools β not just prompt templates You are comfortable with screen-recorded hours tracking β we need honesty and transparency from the start You want to grow long-term, not just pick up a one-off project --- To Apply Send us: A Loom showing an AI DM setter you have built β walk through the conversation flow, the logic, and the actual calls booked. No results shown means no consideration. A setter prompt is booking calls but leads are unqualified and cancelling at 50%. Walk us through exactly how you would diagnose and fix it β from both a sales and a technical angle. Give us an example of a common objection a lead sends in DMs and show us how you would script the AI to handle it without losing the conversation. Describe a disqualification workflow you have built in n8n: what triggers it, what does it check, and what happens when a lead fails? --- Do not send me a generic chat gpt response, i have hired over 50 people from online jobs and you will not be accepted if you do not put effort into your application. If you have only built chatbots for customer support or FAQ responses and have never built one with the goal of booking sales calls or generating revenue, this role is not for you. If you are looking for a short-term contract, this role is not for you.

About Us We run AI-powered Instagram DM setters for 30+ online coaches with 20 full-time employees. The bots run through ManyChat, connect to n8n, and book sales calls automatically β no human setter involved. Every client we have came through a referral. The system works. We are bringing in someone who lives and breathes prompt engineering to make the conversations sharper and the booking rates higher. --- Compensation $10β$15/hr depending on experience. 20+ hours per week. Long-term ongoing role β not a one-off project. Hours are verified via screen recording software. We value trust and transparency, and we set that expectation from day one. --- Schedule and Availability Async-first. You manage your own time with enough overlap to collaborate on results and strategy. --- What You Will Own Prompt engineering: own every word the AI says β write, test, and iterate on conversation flows that build trust, handle objections, qualify leads, and book calls naturally Conversion optimisation: study where conversations drop off, go cold, or fail to convert, and rewrite the prompts until the numbers move Objection handling: script the AI to handle price, time, and fit objections without losing the lead β language that feels human, not scripted A/B testing: run structured prompt experiments across clients, track what changes booking rates, and document what works Tone and voice: each client has a different personality β you adapt the bot's language to match their brand while keeping the sales framework intact You Are a Fit If You have written prompts for AI chatbots where the goal was to book calls or generate sales β not customer support, not FAQs You understand how sales conversations work β what builds trust, what triggers objections, and what language moves someone from cold to booked You have tested and iterated on prompts based on real results β not just written them and moved on You can work with Claude, GPT, or similar LLMs at a deep level β you know how system prompts, context, and instruction structure affect output You are detail-obsessed β a single word change in a prompt can tank a booking rate and you know it You are comfortable with screen-recorded hours tracking β we need honesty and transparency from the start You want to grow long-term, not just pick up a one-off project --- To Apply Send us: A Loom walking through a sales chatbot prompt you have written β show the actual conversation flow, explain the decisions behind the language, and share any results (bookings, reply rates, conversion data). A bot is getting replies but nobody is booking calls. Walk us through exactly how you would diagnose the prompt and what you would change first. Write a short example prompt (3-5 lines) for how the AI should respond when a lead says "I need to think about it." What is the biggest mistake people make when writing prompts for sales chatbots? --- If you have only written prompts for customer support or general-purpose assistants, this role is not for you. If you are looking for a short-term contract, this role is not for you.

About the Role We're preparing to launch an online product / app β and want an experienced tester to run a thorough pre-launch audit, not a first-pass checklist. We're looking for someone with a real track record: 5+ years of hands-on QA/usability work, comfortable owning the whole testing process with minimal oversight, and able to flag the kind of issues a junior tester wouldn't catch (confusing flows, edge cases, things that would embarrass us in front of a customer). This is a two-part engagement: a technical QA audit and a usability testing pass, both delivered by the same senior person (or a small team you lead). Part 1: Technical QA Audit Full functional pass across the website and app: every link, form, button, and flow β cross-browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and cross-device (desktop, mobile, tablet) Regression-test critical paths: signup/login, checkout/payment (if applicable), core app workflows Log every defect with severity, reproduction steps, screenshots/recordings, and environment details in a tracker (Jira, Trello, or your preferred tool) Flag structural or business-logic issues, not just surface bugs β the "this technically works but will confuse or cost us customers" category Part 2: Usability Testing & Review Design and run a usability test using an established tool (Lyssna, Maze, UserTesting, or your own preferred platform) Recruit or source participants who reasonably match our target customer β we want real signal, not internal opinions Deliver a clear findings report: where people hesitated or got confused, what they misread, first-click/task-completion data, and concrete, prioritized recommendations What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional QA and/or usability testing experience, ideally on SaaS, eCommerce, or web app products A track record you can point to β platforms tested, scale of projects, or client outcomes Direct experience with at least one usability testing platform (Lyssna/UsabilityHub, Maze, UserTesting, or similar) Strong written English β your reports need to stand on their own without a lot of back-and-forth Able to work independently, prioritize issues by real business impact (not just raw bug count), and push back if something looks wrong Please include: A brief summary of your QA/usability background β years of experience, platforms/industries you've worked in Specific usability testing tools you've used A short example of a past finding or bug report you're proud of (redacted if confidential) Your rate and availability

ON-SITE IN CEBU CITY METRO, EVERY WORKING DAY β Operations / Production Manager, Small Video Editing Team (Cebu-based, must already know local editors) We are a US-based media company that produces long-form YouTube content at scale. We are opening a small, dedicated editing office in Cebu City and we are looking for ONE strong manager to run it. This is primarily a people-and-operations role, with hands-on editing as a backup skill β not a full-time editing job. WHAT YOU WILL DO Recruit and build a team of 3-5 video editors here in Cebu City Manage the daily workflow: assign work, hold deadlines, keep quality consistent Train the team to our style and standards (we provide the system and the scripts) Judge editing quality and catch issues before they ship Step in and edit yourself when someone is out sick, or when something urgent needs to get done β not a daily requirement Manage the workspace, the equipment and attendance Report once a day to our team abroad β you are our person on the ground THE 3-WEEK TARGET What we mean by this: 3 weeks from your start date to having the office running with 3 editors actively working in it. That covers choosing the building, getting equipment set up, recruiting editors, and onboarding them β not 3 weeks until you personally walk through the door. That said, quality matters more than hitting the number exactly. We would rather have week 4 with three good editors than week 3 with two good ones and one warm body rushed in to hit a deadline. The last two hires especially are judged on fit and quality, not just speed. This is exactly why an existing network of editors in Cebu is a real advantage β recruiting from a cold start while also setting up an office in 3 weeks is genuinely difficult. WHAT WE NEED ON-SITE IN CEBU CITY, EVERY WORKING DAY. This is not remote and not hybrid β if you cannot commit to being physically present every working day, please do not apply Experience as a team lead, lead editor, or someone who has supervised editors, managed workflow, or done QA/review on a team's output β tell us what that looked like Basic-to-solid hands-on video editing ability β enough to judge quality and step in when needed. You do NOT need to be a world-class editor or edit every day. Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred. Tell us what software you use and share a portfolio/reel Based in Cebu City, or ready to relocate before starting Excellent English, written and spoken Comfortable with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana or similar) NBI clearance and at least 2 references we can actually call NICE TO HAVE Recruiting or hiring experience Experience with YouTube content Experience working inside a seat-lease / BPO facility WHAT WE OFFER PHP 55,000 - 70,000 per month depending on experience Full-time, long-term, on-site in Cebu You build your own team and grow with the office as it expands HOW TO APPLY Put the word CEBU at the top of your reply so we know you read this ad. Then send: 1. A short note about a team or workflow you led, supervised, or did QA on, and how many people were involved 2. Your CV and a portfolio or reel showing your own long-form YouTube editing work 3. Your answer to this question: how would you recruit 4 good video editors in Cebu within 3 weeks? Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a small paid test/trial task before a final decision. Applications without the word CEBU at the top will not be reviewed.

Automation Specialist The role You own every connection between our systems: SalesKick, GoHighLevel, Hyros, ---------- , Whop and the pages we build in Lovable. Leads, bookings, reschedules, cancellations, call outcomes and sales all have to move between those tools. Right now nobody is watching whether they do. Three things are needed from you: keep the automations we have running, fix them when they break, and build the ones we do not have yet. The full list is below. The software stack we use GoHighLevel. -Workflows, triggers, pipelines, tags, custom fields, calendars, snapshots, email s. SalesKick - Where calls get booked. Bookings, reschedules, cancellations and no shows all start here. Hyros - Attribution and tracking, in both directions with GHL. ---------- - Setter dialling lists, fed from GHL pipeline stages. Lovable - Funnel and landing pages, and the webhooks that fire out of them. Zapier - The glue between everything that has no native integration. Stripe - Purchases, upsells and refunds flowing into the CRM. Whop - Payment Processor What you will actually do Run a daily check that every critical automation fired as expected, and log it. You tell us it broke, we never tell you. Watch webhook failures and Zapier error queues. Catch, fix, replay, then fix the cause so it does not happen twice. Confirm every SalesKick booking lands in GHL with the right owner, tags and pipeline stage. Keep the sales team calendars honest. Availability open where it should be open, blocked where it should be blocked, no double bookings, no ghost holds left behind by a cancelled call. A prospect must never see a slot that is not real, and a closer must never lose a slot that is. Connect it Build webhook triggers from SalesKick for reschedules and cancellations, so a moved call updates the pipeline stage, the dialler list and the calendar without anyone touching it. Push call and sale data from GHL into Hyros, and pull attribution back onto the contact record so source travels with the lead. Wire Lovable pages and Stripe purchases into GHL with the correct tags, custom fields and pipeline stage. Sync pipeline stages to ---------- lists so setters always call the right people in the right order, with no manual admin. Build it Build new automations from a written spec. Speed to lead, no show recovery, rebooking, abandoned checkout, buyer nurture. Improve tracking until every lead carries its source from first click through to cash collected. Document every automation you build. What fires it, what it does, where it can fail, how to test it. Report it One page every week. What broke, what you fixed, what you built, what is at risk next. Raise numbers that do not reconcile before anyone else spots them. Who you are Required, and you will be asked to prove each one: Two years or more building inside GoHighLevel. Workflows, triggers, custom fields, pipelines, calendars, snapshots. Genuinely comfortable with webhooks and APIs. You can read JSON, fire a test payload in Postman, and work out what an error log is telling you. Zapier past the template level. Filters, paths, formatter, webhooks, error handling. Experience with a call tracking or attribution platform. Hyros preferred, others considered. Written English clear enough to report a failure precisely and ask a precise question. Able to work 9am to 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday, which is a late shift in the Philippines. Your own machine, stable internet, and a backup for both power and connection. Counts strongly in your favour: Hyros specifically. Lovable, or another AI build tool, plus enough JavaScript to read what it produced. Claude or similar used as a real working tool. Tell us what you built with it. Stripe webhooks, Supabase edge functions, or anything else where you have debugged a payload rather than just connected an app. Whop and ---------- . This role is wrong for you if you wait to be told something is broken, if you need a ticket before you act, or if you would rather report a problem than fix it. How we will judge the first 90 days Day 30. Know what we have. A single document listing every automation, webhook, Zap, form and tracking script across GoHighLevel, SalesKick, Hyros, ---------- , Whop, Lovable and Zapier. For each one: what fires it, what it does, where it sends data, whether it is live or dead, and when it last ran. Daily health check running and logged from week two. Day 60. Make it reliable, and make it repeatable for clients. Sales team calendars accurate with no manual fixes. A GoHighLevel snapshot we can deploy into a new client sub-account, with the standard automations and tracking already in it. One client build delivered end to end from that snapshot, documented well enough that the next one is faster. Day 90. Data Verification. 90% or better agreement between GoHighLevel, Hyros and the dashboard on leads, calls booked, calls shown and cash collected. Measured weekly by reconciling the same week across all three, with any gap over 10% explained in writing. Client onboarding down to a repeatable day of work: snapshot deployed, webhooks connected, tracking verified. No silent failure running longer than 24 hours before you catch it. Hours and pay Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time. $1,200 to $1,500 per month depending on experience, paid monthly. Reviewed at 90 days. How to apply Apply here: ---------- The form is the only way to apply to this role. Anything sent by email or DM instead will not be read.

If that goes well, this can become an ongoing part-time position. Compensation Please tell me: 1. Your hourly rate 2. How many hours per week you're available 3. What editing software you use 4. How many short-form videos you could reasonably complete in an hour 5. Please include 3 examples of short-form videos you've edited I'm more interested in quality, judgment, reliability, and speed than the lowest possible hourly rate. To Apply Please answer these questions: 1. What makes a talking-head video engaging without over-editing it? 2. What editing software do you use? 3. How would you approach editing a 60-second educational video? 4. How quickly could you normally return a finished short? 5. Are you comfortable using AI tools to help with captions, titles, descriptions, and content organization? 6. What hours are you normally available? Got it β pulling task #10 (call list research) and the cold-calling bonus line entirely since neither involves anything phone-related in scope, per your request. Here's the corrected version: ``` PART-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT β MARKETING & OUTREACH SUPPORT ABOUT ME AND MY BUSINESS I'm a Florida-based entrepreneur, coach, podcast host, and author running several small businesses at once β including a relationship-pattern coaching brand, a podcast production and launch service, a business consulting practice, and an esthetics/threading education business. I wear a lot of hats, and I'm looking for a dependable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to take repetitive but important tasks off my plate so I can focus on content creation, coaching, and the relationship-building calls only I can make. This is real, ongoing work β not a one-off project. If we're a good fit, I'd love this to grow into a long-term working relationship where you learn my businesses well enough that I can hand off more and more over time. THE ROLE You'll be supporting outreach, social media scheduling, data entry, and light booking coordination across multiple brands. Every task comes with clear templates, brand guidelines, and instructions β you won't be guessing what to say or how something should look. My goal is to set you up to succeed, not throw you into the deep end. This role is ideal for someone who is: Organized and doesn't let details fall through the cracks Comfortable juggling tasks across several different "brands" or business identities Able to follow instructions closely, especially around tone and language guidelines Trustworthy with sensitive topics (some of my content touches on relationship coaching and mental-health-adjacent subjects, so discretion matters) Excited about steady, ongoing part-time work with room to grow HOURS & PAY Part-time to start: 10β15 hours/week Pay: tell me your rates Schedule: Flexible day-to-day, but some tasks are daily and time-sensitive (see below) β reliability matters more than exact hours This role has real room to grow. As I build trust in your work, I'll hand off more hours and more responsibility over time WHAT YOU'LL DO This role covers nine main areas of ongoing work. None of these require creative writing, business decision-making, or phone calls from you β I provide the templates, scripts, and guidelines, and your job is to execute them consistently and well. 1. Individual Outreach Email s Copy and paste provided email templates and send them individually to each contact on a list I provide. This is not a mass blast β each email goes out one at a time, personalized with the recipient's name/business where the template calls for it. 2. Social Media Scheduling Schedule content across Facebook , Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn for multiple business accounts, using the scheduling tool Postiz. For some posts, I'll give you the finished image and caption β you just schedule it. For others, you'll need to either build a simple graphic (using my Canva brand templates) or find an appropriate stock photo, then schedule the post. 3. Contact List Building & Updating Build and maintain organized contact lists β things like salons, schools, podcast guests, and business leads β from sources I point you to (directories, spreadsheets, public records data, etc). 4. Tracker & Data Entry Keep my outreach tracker, guest tracker, and mileage log updated and accurate. Update lead status as things progress: New, Contacted, Interested, or Declined. 5. Podcast Support Upload and schedule podcast episodes to Buzzsprout once I hand off the finished audio files. Episodes go live on a consistent weekly schedule β every Wednesday. You'll also post pre-written show notes and episode descriptions, always ending with my standard call-to-action footer. 6. Confirmation & Follow-Up Email s Send confirmation and reminder email s to workshop registrants or podcast guests using templates I provide. This also includes scheduled follow-up sequences (like a "day 3 reminder" email ) sent at set intervals. 7. Inbox & Calendar Support Keep an eye on my inbox and DMs across platforms β you don't need to respond to everything, but you'll flag or forward anything that needs my personal attention. You'll also help manage my calendar bookings through Calendly and send reminders to scheduled calls. 8. Research & Compiling Pull publicly available contact information (names, email s, phone numbers) from webpages I specify, and organize that data cleanly into spreadsheets. 9. Speaking & Class Booking Outreach (if comfortable with outreach) Reach out to schools, shelters, and other organizations to pitch me for speaking engagements and classes, using one-sheets and templates I provide. You'll send the initial outreach and answer basic questions β once an organization shows genuine interest, you'll loop me in directly so I can handle scheduling and fees personally. WHAT I'LL PROVIDE YOU Ready-to-use templates for every type of email , DM, and pitch Full brand assets β logos, color palettes, and Canva templates for each business Login access to the tools you'll need: Facebook , Postiz, Calendly, email , and Buzzsprout Clear, written guidance on what you can handle on your own versus what needs to come back to me TOOLS YOU'LL BE USING Postiz (social media scheduling) Canva (using pre-built brand templates) Calendly (calendar/booking management) Buzzsprout (podcast hosting/publishing) Google Sheets or Excel (trackers and data entry) IDEAL CANDIDATE Strong written English β outreach email s need to read naturally when copy/pasted, not stiff or robotic Comfortable with Canva (using provided templates), basic spreadsheets, and willing to learn Postiz and Calendly if you haven't used them before Highly detail-oriented and consistent β daily tasks like social posting and podcast uploads can't be skipped or batched late Discreet and professional β some of my content touches on relationship coaching and sensitive personal topics, so confidentiality matters Prior VA experience in outreach, scheduling, or admin support is preferred but not required if you're a fast learner HOW TO APPLY Please include: 1. A short intro about your VA experience and what kind of work you've done before 2. Examples of past outreach, scheduling, or admin work, if you have any to share 3. Your available hours and time zone 4. Your expected hourly rate 5. Anything else you think makes you a good fit for this kind of ongoing, detail-heavy support role A NOTE ON HOW I WORK I believe in giving clear instructions and setting people up to succeed β you shouldn't have to guess what I want. In return, I'm looking for someone who takes ownership of the tasks on their plate and communicates proactively if something's unclear or a deadline's at risk. All outreach and content must follow gender-neutral language guidelines, and must never name specific tools, platforms, or vendors when communicating with prospective clients β I'll walk you through the full brand guidelines after you're hired. I'm excited to build a long-term working relationship with the right person. If this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to hear from you!
