Job Description:

We are a US-based national engineering firm serving contractors, engineering firms, and construction companies across all 50 states. We are growing fast and hiring a full-time outbound sales rep to open doors with new clients.

What you will do:

>Cold call US-based contractors, engineering firms, and general contractors. High volume, every day.
>Book qualified meetings and demos for our team.
>Follow up relentlessly by phone and email until you get a yes or a hard no.
>Log every call, contact, and note in our CRM (Zoho).
>Own your pipeline and your numbers.

What we are looking for:

>A killer on the phone. You love the game, you are not afraid of rejection, and you keep dialing.
>Proven outbound experience with real volume: 60+ dials a day in a past role.
>Clear, neutral English accent. You will be speaking with American clients all day.
>Reliable home office setup (with backup): fast internet, quiet space, quality headset.
>Coachable, competitive, and hungry to earn.

What you do NOT need:

>Engineering or construction knowledge. We will teach you everything about our industry and services. If you can sell, we want to talk.
