We are looking for an experienced Video Editor who can create faceless YouTube Shorts that are better than our reference videos.

This is not a beginner position. Only apply if you can improve on the references through stronger hooks, better footage, faster pacing, dynamic captions, professional sound design, and constant visual movement.

Requirements

• Edit engaging vertical videos of 40–60 seconds
• Find clean, high-quality footage yourself
• Accurately match visuals to the script and voice-over
• Use movement, zooms, pop animations, captions, comparisons, and strategic SFX
• Avoid generic footage, static images, and visually inactive sections
• Deliver at least 3 videos daily
• Add 3-4 images every video
• Follow feedback and continuously improve results

You may use CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
