We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with basic to intermediate experience in e-commerce email marketing, particularly using Klaviyo, to help manage email flows and create weekly newsletters for an online store.

What You’ll Do
Manage, update, and maintain automated email flows in Klaviyo.
Build and send weekly e-commerce newsletters featuring products, promotions, and offers.
Create and edit email content, subject lines, and calls to action.
Manage email campaigns and customer segments.
Test email s to ensure links, images, formatting, and mobile layouts work correctly.
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click rates, conversions, and revenue.
Identify opportunities to improve email engagement and sales.

What We’re Looking For
Intermediate, hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
Previous experience managing email marketing for an e-commerce brand or Shopify store.
Experience working with automated email flows and regular newsletters.
Understanding of email segmentation, campaign performance, and promotional email strategies.
Good written English and attention to detail.
Ability to manage recurring tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Work Details
Rate: $6 USD per hour
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week to start
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Flexible, with agreed deadlines
Position: Part-time, with potential for long-term collaboration
