Phone Appointment Setter

Confidential employer

We are looking for a reliable, fast-responding Phone Appointment Setter based in the Philippines to help us call inbound leads and book appointments. Overview of our company: We are a marketing agency based in the U.S. working with dentists, sleep clinics, and dental sleep practices. The majority of our clients provide medical assistance to people suffering with sleep apnea, snoring and insomnia. Our company provides lead generation and appointment setting services to our clients. The leads we get them are people suffering with those conditions. What separates our company from other marketing agencies is that we call, qualify, and schedule the leads we get for phone consultations with the clients. Overview of the role: Your role in the company will be as a phone appointment setter for our clients. Thus you are calling and texting potential patients, qualifying them, and scheduling them in for a phone appointment with the specific client. Training and scripts will be provided. Phone system and text system and text templates will be provided as well. This is a part-time role because you need to be available and “on call” during your shift, but there will likely not be a high volume of actual work. Most days will be less than an hour or two of actual calling. Feel free to work other jobs/roles, and/or do other things while working this role. As long as you handle all the responsibilities of the role. This role has three main components: 1. Speed-To-Lead: This is your main responsibility. Leads will come in throughout the day and your job is to call them within 4-5 minutes of them submitting the form. When a lead submits their information, you will receive an inbound notification through the GoHighLevel mobile app to know who to call, and you can call them through the same GoHighLevel phone system which we will give you full access to. 2. Schedule-To-Call: Leads will sometimes schedule their own times for a call through the lead form. Your job here is to manage your calendar, call the lead at the scheduled time, and book them in for the full appointment with our clients. 3. Lead List Calling: Leads will often not answer the phone on the first outreach. Your job is to manage and call a rolling list of leads that have either not booked appointments, or not told us "no" or some variation of that. There will be a cadence here where leads will filter out of the list overtime, so it will not be a never ending growing list. It will start small but should grow to about 50-100 leads across accounts in total. You only need to do this once per shift, so it should only take around 1 hour. You will call and text leads directly through the GoHighLevel/LeadConnector app, so you do not need your own phone number. You will need a smartphone, reliable internet, and the ability to keep app notifications on during your shift. You also must be organized with your schedule so that you can call the Scheduled-To-Call leads at the time the lead has scheduled for. Schedule: We are hiring for an 8 hour shift in primary U.S. business hours i.e. 9 AM–5 PM Central Standard Time in the U.S. Assuming U.S. Central Time, the time for the shift in the Philippines would be 10pm-6am Philippines time. I know this is likely not ideal for most, however it is the time we need since it is primary business hours in the U.S. As mentioned, most days, the actual calling time will be less than an hour or two per day. Your job is to stay available, call all scheduled leads at the time they scheduled for, monitor notifications for new leads, respond quickly when leads come in, call them, and book the appointment. Feel free to do other things when not on actual calls. Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will include: Monitoring GoHighLevel/LeadConnector notifications during your shift Calling new inbound leads within 5 minutes Speaking with leads in a professional and friendly way Booking appointments using our calendar system Updating lead status and notes inside GoHighLevel Following a simple call script and appointment-setting process Sending follow-up messages when needed Staying responsive and available during your scheduled shift Requirements: We are looking for someone who is: Fluent in English Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based leads Clear, professional, and easy to understand on the phone Able to communicate in a natural, conversational style that feels familiar to U.S. customers Reliable and highly responsive Able to call leads quickly after receiving notifications Comfortable using mobile apps like GoHighLevel or LeadConnector Organized and able to take basic notes after each call Available for one of the listed shifts Has a quiet work environment and stable internet connection Strong English speaking ability is very important for this role because you will be speaking directly with U.S. leads over the phone. Apps You Will Need: You must be willing to download and use: GoHighLevel mobile app LeadConnector mobile app Training will be provided if you have not used these before. Pay: Pay is $350 USD per month. This is ideal for someone who wants steady part-time work where they are available during their shift, but the actual call volume is expected to be light. How to Apply: A short summary of your appointment setting, phone sales, customer service, or VA experience. Confirmation that you can call leads within 5 minutes of receiving a notification. Confirmation that you can call the scheduled leads at the times they scheduled for (within your shift). Confirmation that you have a smartphone, stable internet, and a quiet place to take calls. Please attach a short voice recording introducing yourself so we can hear your English speaking ability and phone presence. In this voice recording, give an intro of yourself and why you think you are a good fit for the role. We are looking for someone reliable, professional, and fast to respond. If you are a strong communicator and can stay available during your shift, we would love to hear from you! Best, Max

HR Generalist – US & California Employment Practices (Full-Time, US Company)

Confidential employer

Job Title: HR Generalist – US & California Employment Practices (Full-Time, US Company) Salary: $800–$1,300/month USD (depending on experience) + 13th month pay + HMO after 90 days + internet allowance Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, minimum 4 hours overlap with US Pacific Time We're a US-based healthcare and housing organization with a California presence, on a mission to help our clients thrive. We're hiring an experienced HR generalist to run our people operations end-to-end — and the make-or-break requirement is real working familiarity with US employment practices, especially California's. If you've supported US clients on CA wage-and-hour rules, leaves, and compliant onboarding, you're exactly who we're looking for. What you'll do: ? Own onboarding and offboarding for US employees and international contractors (offer letters, I-9/W-4 coordination, handbook acknowledgments, exits) ? Keep our employee handbook and policies current with California requirements (wage & hour, meal/rest breaks, overtime, paid sick leave, CFRA and other leaves) ? Track compliance calendar items: CA harassment-prevention training deadlines, minimum wage updates, required postings and notices, workers' comp renewals ? Administer payroll inputs and benefits through our HRIS (Gusto, Rippling, or similar) and coordinate with our CPA/CFO ? Support recruiting: post roles, screen candidates, schedule interviews, run reference checks ? Maintain personnel files and HR documentation to audit-ready standard What we're looking for: ? 3+ years HR generalist experience, with at least 1 year supporting US clients or a US-facing BPO/shared-services HR team ? Demonstrated working knowledge of California employment law basics — you don't need to be a lawyer, but you must know what triggers CA rules and when to escalate (final legal signoff stays with our US counsel/CFO) ? Experience with a US payroll/HRIS platform (Gusto, Rippling, ADP, Paychex, or similar) ? Excellent written English and airtight confidentiality habits ? Bonus: HR certification (aPHR/PHR, SHRM-CP), experience with EOR platforms, or CA-specific compliance training How to apply: Apply directly through this job post with your resume, expected salary, and a short note (3–4 sentences) describing the most complex US or California HR compliance situation you've handled. IMPORTANT: make "Golden Gate" the first words of your application so we know you read the full post. Shortlisted candidates complete a paid test ($40): a short scenario exercise on CA onboarding compliance.

Call Center Manager – Healthcare Accounts (Build From Scratch, Full-Time, US Company)

Confidential employer

Job Title: Call Center Manager – Healthcare Accounts (Build From Scratch, Full-Time, US Company) Salary: $1,500–$2,200/month USD (depending on experience) + 13th month pay + HMO after 90 days + internet allowance + performance bonus Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week; significant US-hours overlap required during the setup phase (we'll agree on a sustainable schedule) We're a US-based organization providing quality healthcare and housing to help our clients thrive. We're standing up a new remote call center team supporting our healthcare operations, and we're hiring the person who will build it: recruit the agents, set up the systems, write the playbook, and then run it day to day. This is a builder role first and a manager role second — if you've launched or scaled a healthcare account before, you know exactly what this job is. What you'll do: ? Build the team: define staffing plan, recruit, interview, and hire agents (initial team of 5, growing to 10–15) ? Set up operations: select and configure the phone system/dialer, CRM, ticketing, QA scorecards, and workforce scheduling ? Write the playbook: call scripts, SOPs, escalation paths, and training curriculum — including HIPAA-aware handling of patient information ? Run daily administration: scheduling, attendance, coaching, QA reviews, and performance management ? Own the numbers: report weekly on KPIs (answer rate, AHT, CSAT, abandonment, schedule adherence) with improvement plans ? Coordinate with our US leadership on volume forecasting, hours of coverage, and compliance requirements What we're looking for: ? 5+ years BPO/call center experience with at least 2 years as a team leader or operations manager on a US healthcare account (patient scheduling, member services, insurance verification, provider support, or similar) ? Proven hiring experience — you've recruited and onboarded agents yourself, not just inherited a team ? Hands-on setup experience with call center platforms (RingCentral, Five9, Genesys, Dialpad, or similar) and CRMs ? Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements for handling protected health information (certification a plus — we'll sponsor training) ? Excellent English and calm, structured leadership under pressure How to apply: Apply directly through this job post with your resume, expected salary, the size of the largest team you've hired and managed, and 3–4 sentences on a healthcare account you supported and what you owned. IMPORTANT: make "Stethoscope" the first word of your application so we know you read the full post.
