Pick the Class is a Korea-based education company providing one-on-one online English lessons to Korean children.

JOB

• Teach 30- or 60-minute online English lessons using our curriculum
• Provide brief lesson feedback
• Work mainly in the afternoon and evening, Philippine Time
• Maintain a consistent weekly schedule
• Conduct 1–2 unpaid promotional trial lessons per week; performance is considered for incentives and tutor-level promotion
• Occasional in-person lessons in Cebu may be arranged in advance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must reside in Cebu City or Lapu-Lapu City
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation
• ESL, teaching or experience with children is preferred
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable teaching young learners
• Desktop PC or laptop, headset, webcam and stable internet are required

PAY

• Up to ₱25,000 per month with a full regular schedule
• Paid at ₱180–₱250 per hour depending on tutor level, performance and incentives
• Assigned hours will increase as student enrollment grows
