Position: Guest Relations Officer / Marketing
Department: Guest Relations / Marketing
Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month
Location: Goodluck Hotpot, Lower Ground Nustar Resort and Casino Cebu City

The Guest Relations Officer / Marketing serves as a key representative of Goodluck Hotpot, responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences while supporting marketing activities, promotions, customer engagement, and business development.

Requirements & Qualifications
Must be a Filipino citizen.
Female applicants preferred.
Minimum height of 5'5".
College graduate, preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in English or Chinese; additional language skills are an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Professional, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.
Friendly, confident, outgoing, and approachable personality.
Strong ability to communicate and interact with different types of guests.
Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Sales-driven and comfortable promoting products, services, and membership programs.
Basic computer and social media skills are an advantage.
Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, sales, marketing, front office, or customer service is preferred.
