Marketing Bootcamp Trainee - Learn, Earn, and Become a Mentor

Want to build real digital marketing skills through actual execution, not just videos and theory?

We are looking for motivated people in the Philippines to join our free, fully remote Digital Marketing Bootcamp.

You will learn digital and affiliate marketing by researching opportunities, creating content, testing strategies, tracking results, and improving your performance. Your first challenge is to use what you learn to generate $100 in earnings.

Your progression

Join the bootcamp → Learn and execute → Earn your first $100 → Receive an additional $100 from us → Graduate → Become a Bootcamp Mentor

When you complete the program requirements and reach at least $100 in earnings:

We will give you an additional $100
You will graduate from the bootcamp
You will be offered a Bootcamp Mentor role
You can earn $100 for every student you help successfully graduate

This is a results-based opportunity. The initial bootcamp is free training, not a salaried position, and earnings are not guaranteed. Your results will depend on your execution and performance.

What you may learn

Depending on your assigned bootcamp, you may work with:

Digital and affiliate marketing
TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Organic marketing and content creation
Offer and competitor research
Audience research
Hooks, angles, and marketing concepts
Campaign testing
Conversion tracking
Performance analysis
What you will do

During the bootcamp, you will:

Complete the required training
Attend scheduled calls and activities
Research offers, competitors, and audiences
Create content or execute marketing tests
Track your activity, results, and earnings
Learn from unsuccessful attempts
Improve your approach and test again
Complete assignments on time
Communicate when you are blocked
Stay active throughout the program

This is not passive training. You will be expected to apply what you learn and produce real work.

You do not need to be an experienced affiliate marketer. We are open to people with transferable marketing skills who are willing to learn quickly.

Basic requirements
Must be based in the Philippines
Must have reliable internet
Must have a personal work computer
Your computer must not be shared as your primary work device
Must be available for required bootcamp sessions
Must be able to complete assignments independently
Must communicate and provide updates consistently
Some exposure to marketing, content, advertising, e-commerce, or online business is preferred
Become a paid Bootcamp Mentor

After graduating, you will be offered the opportunity to mentor new trainees through the same program.

As a mentor, you will help students:

Understand the bootcamp process
Stay accountable
Complete assignments
Work through blockers
Apply the marketing strategies being taught
Track and improve their results
Reach the $100 graduation milestone

Your role is to guide students, not do the work for them.

Mentor compensation

You earn $100 for every student you mentor who successfully graduates and reaches at least $100 in earnings.

1 successful graduate = $100
5 successful graduates = $500
10 successful graduates = $1,000

The more students you successfully help graduate, the more you can earn.
