Project Manager VA – Real Estate Media Operations | $2,000/Month | Full-Time

Confidential employer

Read this carefully. We only interview people who follow the instructions at the end. We are Virtual Xposure, a fast-growing real estate media company in Alberta, Canada. We shoot photos, videos, virtual tours, and more for real estate agents. Our growth exposed the weaknesses in our systems. That’s why this role exists. We’re looking for a top-tier Filipino Project Manager VA who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, keep clients happy, and improve our systems without being micromanaged. If you are the person who sees a messy process and cannot leave it alone until it’s clean and efficient, keep reading. Your Core Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from real estate agents: book shoots, answer questions, and confidently recommend upsells when it truly helps the client. Handle support tickets from start to finish so nothing is left hanging. Coordinate revisions between clients and our internal team (photographers, editors, etc.). Run daily operations across multiple tools and tasks at the same time without dropping balls. Own quality control so what we deliver looks professional and consistent. Improve systems and SOPs: find the holes in our bucket and fix them. Tools & Experience We Expect You must have: Fluent, clear English (spoken and written) for daily calls with North American clients. Real estate media operations experience (photography, video, virtual tours, floor plans, etc.). Experience with Aryeo, Spiro, or similar real estate media systems. Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or ---------- – we use Asana). Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar). Confident use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Stable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional setup for calls. Ability and willingness to work PH night shift (11 PM – 7 AM PH time), Monday–Friday. Nice to have (but not required): Hospitality / serving experience (you understand service and handling demanding people). Real estate photo editing experience. What You Get $2,000–$3,000 CAD/month depending on experience and skill. Performance-based bonuses tied to clear KPIs. Full-time, long-term role with a growing Canadian company. A seat at the table to improve systems, not just follow them. How to Apply (THIS IS YOUR FIRST TEST) Applications that miss any step will be ignored. 1. Subject / first line In the first line of your OnlineJobs.ph cover letter, write exactly: I am your next Real Estate Media PM from the Philippines. 2. Short video (3–5 minutes, Loom or unlisted YouTube) In your cover letter, include a link to a video where you: Introduce yourself and describe your real estate media operations experience. Show one process you fixed or improved in a previous role and what result it produced. Explain how you would handle this scenario: An agent calls, angry because their photos were delivered late and their listing goes live tomorrow morning. Walk us through what you say and do, step by step. 3. Answer these questions in your cover letter (numbered 1–4): 1. Which real estate media tools have you used (Aryeo, Spiro, others) and how? 2. Which project management tool have you used most, and what did you dislike about how your last company used it? 3. What is your current internet speed? (Attach or link a screenshot from speedtest.net.) 4. Are you able to work 11 PM – 7 AM PH time, Monday–Friday, full-time for at least 12 months? 4. Indie Game Marketing Operator — Video, Creators, and Community

Confidential employer

Remote in the Philippines · Full time · Paid 30-day pilot · Long-term potential The role I am an indie game developer looking for a hands-on marketing operator who loves playing games and can turn real gameplay into strong short-form content, thoughtful creator outreach, useful player feedback, and an organized community presence. This is not a general administrative VA role and it is not a game-development position. You will work directly with me and use AI-assisted internal workflows, but the valuable part of the role is your human judgment: what is interesting, what is accurate, which creator is genuinely a fit, how a message should sound, and when something needs escalation. The role has three connected goals: 1. Find compelling gameplay ---------- nts and turn them into effective vertical videos. 2. Build respectful relationships with creators whose audiences fit each game. 3. Bring back organized evidence from players, communities, and campaign results so we can improve both the games and their marketing. The first engagement is a fully paid 30-day pilot. If the role proves useful and we work well together, my intention is to continue long term. What you will do Play unfinished and public game builds and understand what makes them fun. Capture clean gameplay footage and build an organized library of promising ---------- nts, reactions, mechanics, failures, and surprises. Edit short vertical videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels, including strong openings, readable gameplay, captions, pacing, and endings. Develop and test hooks, captions, formats, and calls to action, then document what the results suggest. Research YouTube and Twitch creators who genuinely fit each game. Draft concise, specific outreach and maintain respectful contact history. Support approved creator coverage with links, assets, and quick follow-up. Participate in approved community conversations using verified game facts. Turn playtests and player comments into clear evidence packets for developers. Maintain separate lightweight campaign records and scorecards for each of the 2-3 games we're working on at a time. Use AI for first drafts, transcripts, research assistance, and organization while personally checking and improving everything that reaches a human. During the pilot, public posts, creator messages, and important community replies are reviewed by the founder before they are sent. You may be a strong fit if you write warm, clear English and communicate reliably; genuinely play indie games and can explain why a ---------- nt is compelling; have edited effective short-form video, especially gameplay or screen content; can find and explain creator/audience fit instead of sorting by follower count; are comfortable testing unfinished software and documenting what happened; organize files, follow-ups, links, and evidence without being chased; know when AI output is generic, false, awkward, or inappropriate; and Experience with ---------- , YouTube, TikTok, ---------- , Steam, CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Canva, Notion, spreadsheets, or AI tools is helpful. You do not need to know every platform, program games, or create production art. What this role is not game programming; production art or animation; formal software QA or release certification; bulk cold email or automated social posting; follower, review, or engagement manipulation; a requirement to be online every hour; or a catch-all assistant role for unrelated studio administration. Compensation and working arrangement Compensation range: PHP 65,000 per month, based on demonstrated skill and ownership. An exceptional candidate with unusually strong creator-relations and editing evidence may be considered above this band. The 30-day pilot is paid at the agreed normal monthly rate, not a discounted trial rate. Finalists complete an identical paid 3–4 hour work sample for PHP 4,000. Remote and full time on a normal Philippine daytime schedule. Required core overlap is 8:30–10:30 a.m. Philippine Time on agreed workdays; the remainder of the workday is flexible. This corresponds to approximately 8:30–10:30 p.m. in New York during US daylight time and 7:30–9:30 p.m. during US standard time. For a continuing engagement, the package includes a 13th-month-equivalent payment, paid leave, and approved software and AI tools. Exact terms will be provided before an offer is accepted. Final employee-versus-contractor structure, statutory terms, payment method, leave, schedule, equipment, privacy, and IP terms will be stated clearly before an offer is accepted. How we evaluate the pilot We care about: good gameplay and editing judgment; useful hook experiments, not a posting quota; creator fit and relationship quality, not mass outreach; accuracy and game literacy; actionable player evidence; reliable organization and follow-through; appropriate AI and data handling; respect for approval and access boundaries; and founder time saved after necessary review and coaching. How to apply Apply through the OnlineJobs.ph application system and include: 1. a short introduction and your Philippine location/time zone; 2. links to two or three relevant examples of short-form editing, gaming content, creator/community work, or another project where your judgment is visible; 3. a short answer: What recent game ---------- nt would you turn into a 20-second video, and what would the opening three seconds show? 4. a short answer: Tell us about a time you rejected or substantially changed an AI-generated draft. What was wrong with it? 5. your role in each portfolio example; 6. your desired monthly compensation and normal availability; and 7. whether you have any existing employment, game, creator, agency, or client relationships that could create a conflict.

Senior Final Cut Pro Editor for Fast Growing Travel Channel

Confidential employer

Phil's Guide to the World! is a popular (160k subs) travel channel that specializes in immersion into countries most people wouldn't go to like Iran, Syria and Afghanistan. My slogan is "I Talk to Strangers” and I have titles like ---------- The Media: I Went to Iran". I am seeking an experienced FINAL CUT PRO editor that's interested in this type of content to join me as I spread positivity about the world. My videos involve my real-life interactions with locals. As such there's a good amount of dialogue editing and less showing of "tourist attractions". This means that b-roll and music are very important in keeping the fast pace of my videos. I'm publishing one 20-35 minute video per week, so turnaround time is crucial. This is a long-term opportunity to grow with me as my channel continues to gain serious ---------- ntum! I have 50+ videos worth of footage already shot and I’m looking for someone to collaborate with rather than to just “take over”. Ideal Candidate My ideal editor knows how to use raw footage from several sources (phone, drone, GoPro, Insta360) and combine them to craft coherent and upbeat travel stories. I will provide outlines and expect you to improve the pacing and story beats by trimming unnecessary footage, using b-roll to mask jump cuts and stock footage to enhance the story. The right candidate will also know when to use, and when not to use music, and have an ear for what type of music enhances each scene. Many special effects are not necessary, but I am also hoping to improve my graphics and if you are an experienced thumbnail designer, that's a huge bonus! I'm seeking a hard working and passionate INDIVIDUAL, not an agency, to join me as I build out a team to take my channel (and message) to the next level! Please watch some of my existing videos ( ---------- ) to understand my style and let me know how you might be able to enhance it Job Requirements -FINAL CUT PRO: Please NO CapCut, Davinci or Premier Pro editors -At least three years of consistent editing of casual, vlog-style content -Focus on storytelling and pacing -Capability to confidently trim unnecessary footage and hide jump cuts using b-roll. -MUSIC: keen ear for music that enhances and does not distract from the storyline. -Ability to deliver 20-35 minute edits from 2-3 hours of raw footage within a ONCE PER WEEK timeline -Strong communication skills to collaborate closely with me. Again, I'm not looking for an agency, rather an individual to personally edit my videos and help us grow my channel. If you are interested, please apply with links to your relevant vlog/travel style videos. After watching some of my videos, let me know why you are specifically excited about editing my style of content and how you think you might be able to enhance it. Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing from you Cheers, Phil

TikTok Content Poster — Daily, Apple Devices Only (Fixed Morning Shift)

Confidential employer

About the Role: We're a performance marketing operation that posts short-form video content to TikTok every day. We're hiring a reliable Content Poster to run our daily posting and light in-app tasks on Apple devices. The work is simple and repetitive once you learn it — we give you complete step-by-step guides and training videos. You don't need marketing experience. What we need is someone reliable, accurate, quick to respond, available every workday during a set shift, and equipped with Apple devices. Job Type: Full-Time (6 hours/day, 5 days/week) Pay: $4.00/hour — ~$120/week to start, grows with volume and devices Schedule: Fixed 6-hour daily shift in the morning/midday US-Eastern window. Device Requirement: This role runs on Apple devices — iPhone or iPad, iOS only. You must own at least one iPhone or iPad. The more Apple devices you have, the better — extra iOS devices are a real advantage and can mean more work and higher pay. Android devices do not work for our system. Please only apply if you have Apple devices. --- Your Daily Shift — how the 6 hours work Your shift follows the same simple pattern every day: 1. First ~2 hours — Posting. You post the day's batch of short videos and photo posts to a set of TikTok accounts from our list, then copy a short tracking code from each post into a shared Google Sheet. You finish this early in your shift so everything's ready for the rest of the day. 2. Remaining ~4 hours — In-app tasks. During this window you complete quick, guided in-app actions on the posts as they go live (simple steps we walk you through), and update their status in the sheet. This part is on-call within the window — you stay available and handle each post as it comes up. By the end of your shift, the day's posts are all handled. Clear start, clear finish. Full training and written steps provided for everything. --- What You'll Do: Post short-form content to TikTok accounts from our queue (on iOS) Copy a tracking code from each post into our Google Sheet, accurately Complete quick guided in-app tasks on posts during the daily window Update post status in the sheet and keep it accurate Respond quickly in our chat and report anything broken or unclear Everything you need arrives as a link in our system. You never source or create content — you post what's given and follow the steps. --- What We're Looking For: Must have: At least one Apple device (iPhone or iPad, iOS). More is better. No Android. Stable, reliable internet Commitment to a fixed 6-hour daily shift, 5 days a week, in the US-Eastern morning/midday window — time-tracked, online the whole shift Careful attention to detail — a mistyped code means wasted work Fast, active communication during your shift — you're reachable and responsive the whole time Ability to follow written instructions exactly, without improvising --- Nice to have: Multiple Apple devices Experience posting on TikTok Comfort with Google Sheets Prior VA or social-media-operations experience --- Pay & Hours: Base Salary is $4.00/hour, 6 hours/day, 5 days/week = ~$120/week Time-tracked with monitoring software (periodic screenshots + activity), standard for this type of role Pay and hours grow with volume and with how many Apple devices you can run Reliable performers get raises quickly. We want to start immediately and keep the right person long-term. --- How to Apply: Reply with the following, in this order. Applications that skip these steps or don't follow them exactly will not be considered: 1. Start your message with the word "APPLE" 2. List every Apple device you own (for example: "iPhone 13, iPad Air") — required 3. Your time zone, and confirm you can commit to a fixed 6-hour daily shift in the US-Eastern morning/midday window 4. One sentence on any TikTok or Google Sheets experience (it's okay if you have none — reliability matters more) If you don't list your Apple devices, we'll know the listing wasn't read. We respond fast to applicants who follow these steps and show they're dependable.

Short-Form TikTok Editor (Spark Creator)

Confidential employer

SALARY: PHP 90,000–120,000/month (~$1,600–$2,100 USD) — with performance bonuses and raises as you prove out. Hours: Full-time, structured daily schedule Read this part first - Most editing jobs on here are churn-and-burn: vague briefs, no system, a client who disappears, and you're treated as disposable. This is the opposite. I'm building a small, elite team around a paid TikTok ad operation that's already working. I run on documented systems, clear SOPs, and clean structure. I pay top-of-market because I'm hiring one person for this seat and I want the best editor sitting in it, long-term. If you're genuinely elite at native, organic-style TikTok editing — the kind that looks like a real person filmed it, not a brand ad — and you want a stable seat where there's a real path to grow with the company: keep reading. The mission - We produce high-volume, native-style TikTok content we call Sparks — short videos engineered to stop the scroll and pull a real reaction in the first second. Not corporate. Not YouTube-style. Not polished brand ads. Raw, fast, native-to-the-FYP content that looks organic and converts. You'll work from briefs, hooks, references, and a documented Spark SOP. You're not inventing 50 videos from scratch — you're running a proven creative system at speed: core builds, hook swaps, variations, recuts. The system is mapped. Your job is to execute it at elite quality and volume, every single day, and to make each Spark feel native and alive. What you'll do - Produce 30–50 Sparks/day off our documented system — core builds plus rapid variations (new hooks, new openers, recuts) Nail a specific native-FYP style from our reference library — casual, organic, scroll-stopping Work fluently with slideshows, text-on-screen, native captions, trending audio, and quick-cut footage Follow our naming, formatting, and delivery system precisely (clean operators win here) Hit daily output targets without the quality ever dropping Take feedback fast, iterate faster, and bring your own instincts for what makes a video hit Who I'm looking for (non-negotiable) - Proven native-style short-form work — TikTok / Reels / Shorts in the casual, organic look (not brand promos). Your portfolio is the proof. Genuine speed with quality — you can produce volume without it ever looking mass-produced CapCut fluency (Premiere a plus) — fast, clean, precise Deep feel for TikTok pacing: 1-second hooks, fast cuts, native text styling, trend awareness Reliable daily availability and sharp, consistent communication Stable internet + a machine that handles daily video work without choking What makes you stand out - Experience editing for paid ads / performance marketing, not just organic creators A real instinct for why a video stops the scroll vs. gets skipped Fluency in US-audience TikTok trends, humor, and rhythm Why this seat is worth it - Top-of-market pay (?90k–?120k), with bonuses tied to winning Sparks and raises as you prove out. Stability — this is a long-term core seat, not a one-off gig. I want you here for years. Real systems — documented SOPs, clean briefs, reference libraries. You'll never be guessing. Growth path — as trust builds, this seat can grow into a lead creative role as the team expands Respect — your work is the engine of the business, and you'll be treated that way How to apply (follow exactly — anything that skips a step is deleted) - This is a competitive seat. I read every application that follows the steps, and I ignore every one that doesn't. Do all four: Put the word SCROLL at the very top of your application, so I know you read this in full. Send 3 examples of native-style TikTok / Reels / Shorts videos you personally edited. They must be the casual, organic-looking style — not corporate or brand promos. Make sure the links actually work. In 2–3 sentences, answer: What makes a TikTok hook stop someone from scrolling in the first 1 second? In one line, tell me the single best Spark/video you ever edited and why it worked (numbers if you have them — views, retention, conversions). Strong applicants who show real native work and a sharp answer to #3 move to a paid test edit (a real Spark from a real brief). Nail the test and you're in. I'm hiring one person for this. Make me certain it's you.

Accounting Lead

Confidential employer

Read this entire posting before applying for a WORKING Accounting Lead with 7+ years experience. Please know that this IS a working seat and not a "delegate to my team" seat at all. If this happens you will be released immediately. Hours are in CST within the 8-4 time window Also, if you skip to the apply button, you will be rejected automatically. I am done wasting time and money on VAs who overpromise and underdeliver. This posting is intentionally blunt so only qualified, serious candidates apply. If you do not meet ALL of the requirements below, do not apply — you will not be considered, and applications that ignore this will be deleted without a response. Non-Negotiable Requirements — ALL of these are deal-breakers if not met: 1 -Speak and write English clearly. If you have a thick accent or are not fluent in written and spoken English, do not apply. This is an immediate disqualifier. 2 - Be an actual, hands-on expert in bookkeeping, payroll, and HR administration. I use QuickBooks Online, Cin7 Core for inventory/COGS, QBO for AP, and payroll. If you claim experience with these tools and then have to Google how to do basic tasks once hired, this is an immediate disqualifier. You will be tested before hire — see below. 3 - Explain things simply. I am not an accountant. If I ask you a question and you can't break it down in plain language I understand right away, do not apply. I need someone who translates the technical into the simple, not someone who talks over my head. 4 - Follow instructions exactly. I have had VAs guess at what I wanted, get "creative," do work I never asked for, and then expect to be paid for it. This happens ONCE and we're done. I am open to your suggestions on better ways to do things — but only with my approval BEFORE you act. Suggest, don't assume. 5 - Do not pad your hours. I know roughly how long tasks take, and I am generous about it. If I see 15-minute tasks billed as multi-hour tasks, my generosity disappears immediately and so does the job. 6 - Show up on time, every time. I understand life happens — tell me in advance and I will be understanding. Chronic lateness or last-minute excuses (storms, internet outages, etc., without advance notice) will end this immediately. One strike. 7 - We pay via Payoneer ONLY. No exceptions. If you don't have a Payoneer account or can't set one up, do not apply. This is nonnegotiable — no PayPal, no Wise, no bank transfer, no other method. 8 - We track time using Timeproof. Mandatory, no exceptions. If you are not willing to use Timeproof for every hour billed, do not apply. This is not up for discussion. Have a MAC better learn how to add Timeproof...not excuses that it does NOT work on a MAC...been there and done that..It WILL work. 9 - Meetings are professional — no children visible or audible on camera. These are leadership meetings. My team does not bring kids into the office, and I expect the same from you. Have children asleep, at school, or with another caregiver during our scheduled meeting times. If a child is on camera or heard in the background, the meeting will end. 10 - If I call you during paid hours, you answer. Period. No exceptions, no "I saw it but was busy." If you're on the clock, you're reachable. I expect chat messages to be answered within 4 minutes. What You'll Be Doing: Full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online — transaction coding, reconciliations, AP/AR Inventory and COGS tracking and reconciliation in Cin7 Core and all monthly reporting to CFO. Vendor bill capture, approval routing, and payment processing through QBO Bill Pay or QBO Payroll HR administrative support — onboarding documentation, recordkeeping, basic compliance tasks Monthly financial reporting to ownership Application Instructions — Read Carefully: To prove you read this far, start your application with the word LEDGER in the subject line. Applications without it will not be opened. Confirm in your application that you have a Payoneer account, are willing to use Timeproof for every hour worked, can keep meetings child-free, and will answer calls during paid hours. If you don't confirm all four, your application will be skipped. Include your specific hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Cin7 Core, — not "familiar with," actual experience. Include your available start date and your hourly rate expectation. Be prepared to complete a short paid skills test before any offer is made. This is a long-term, part-time position for the right person, with room to grow. If you meet every requirement above and can prove it, I want to hear from you. If you don't, please save us both the time.
