AI Shorts Scriptwriter - Emotional Stories

We run faceless AI-storytelling YouTube Shorts channels. We create short, emotional, first-person stories with AI voiceover and AI visuals. High volume, long-term, fast-growing team.We are looking for a full-time Scriptwriter who lives and breathes YouTube Shorts and TikTok storytelling.Your Responsibilities:

Write 3-5 original scripts per day for YouTube Shorts
Script length: 120-220 words per script (35-70 seconds spoken)
Write in simple, fluent English. Short sentences. Written for AI voiceover.
Every script must have:

Hook in sentence 1 – person + danger / conflict, no intro
Fast setup in 10 seconds – who, where, what is at stake
3-4 escalation beats
Twist / payoff at the end

Write in first-person past tense: "I", "My brother", "My dog"
No academic writing, no long descriptions, no fluff
Revise scripts based on feedback within 24 hours
Style reference: emotional first-person stories, karma stories, shocking twists, like viral AI story channels. We will send you 3 example videos + winning scripts.Requirements – Must Have:

Excellent written English – fluent, natural, simple
Proven experience writing for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Reels – show proof
Deep understanding of hooks, open loops, retention, and twist endings
Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, long-term
Fast communicator on Slack / Discord / Skype
Able to follow strict templates and deadlines
