Graphic Designer - Apparel/Clothing

We are looking for a creative and culturally aware Graphic Designer to help bring our apparel brand to life. You’ll translate six distinct female personas into compelling graphics, typography, prints, and garment designs that feel authentic, premium, and relevant to today’s audience.

This is a part-time, remote role requiring 8–12 hours per week, ideal for a designer with strong visual instincts, a passion for fashion, and a genuine understanding of UK Gen Z culture.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop original graphics, typography, prints, and artwork for apparel
• Translate brand concepts and fictional personas into wearable designs
• Create campaign and social media visuals aligned with the brand identity
• Explore creative concepts, references, trends, and visual directions
• Contribute ideas during creative discussions and brainstorming sessions
• Ensure designs maintain a premium, contemporary, and cohesive aesthetic
• Adapt creative concepts across different garments and marketing materials
• Stay informed on UK Gen Z culture, fashion, internet trends, and visual language

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, apparel, streetwear, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling
• Excellent creative judgment and attention to visual detail
• Strong awareness of UK Gen Z culture, trends, humor, and internet culture
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
• Ability to work independently and develop concepts from broad creative direction
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original and visually compelling work
• Passion for fashion, culture, and creative experimentation
• Comfortable working in a flexible, collaborative, and fast-moving creative environment
