Canva Designer — Coaches' Course Workbook (Formatting & Layout) About the Job I'm building a workbook for a coaches' training course in Canva. The written content and illustrations are handled on my end — I need a detail-oriented Canva designer to take that content and turn it into a clean, consistent, professional-looking workbook. This is not a content-writing or illustration role. It's a formatting, layout, and design-polish role. What you'll be doing Applying templates, fonts, font sizes, and colors consistently across every page of the workbook Adding callout boxes throughout (tips, quotes, exercises, etc.) in a consistent style Moving content from a Word document into the Canva workbook for modules that still need it Reapplying formatting and shifting layout as I make content edits and revisions Getting page numbers and footer placement exactly right and consistent on every page Building a table of contents once the workbook is complete (with accurate page references) Must-haves Your own active Canva Pro account An active subscription to at least one AI tool (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI features, or similar) — please tell me which one(s) you use and how A strong eye for visual consistency — spacing, alignment, and repetition of style matter a lot on this project Comfortable working inside an existing template/brand system rather than designing from scratch Able to follow detailed instructions precisely and ask questions when something is unclear, rather than guessing Nice-to-haves Experience formatting workbooks, course materials, lead magnets, or ebooks in Canva Experience working with coaches, course creators, or the education/training space Comfortable using Canva's page-numbering, table-of-contents, and footer tools specifically (not just design features) How I'll evaluate applicants Because consistency and precision are the whole job here, I'm not hiring off a resume or portfolio alone. Every candidate who looks like a fit will be asked to complete a short, paid test task (a few pages of real workbook content, formatted to a style guide I'll provide) before we discuss the full project. This lets us both confirm the working style is a good match before committing to ongoing work. To apply, please include A link to 2–3 Canva projects you formatted yourself (workbooks, ebooks, or course materials preferred) — please note your actual role on each one Confirmation that you have your own Canva Pro account Which AI tool(s) you subscribe to and how you'd expect to use them on this project Your availability (hours/week) and typical turnaround time for a multi-page formatting pass One or two sentences on how you handle a project where the content keeps changing after formatting is done (this happens often on this project) Scope and expectations This starts as a small paid test project. If it goes well, it becomes an ongoing role with ongoing revisions as I build out the rest of the workbook. Please plan on working directly in a shared Canva file rather than a copy — version control matters here. Response time: I'd like same-day or next-business-day replies during active revision rounds. Rate $5/hour, approximately 10 hours/week to start

Hello, we’re looking to hire a full-time Junior Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our agency with the day-to-day tasks that keep our clients’ marketing running smoothly. We help ecommerce brands grow through paid ads, creative strategy, and better marketing systems. We do not expect you to already know everything. We’re open to someone who is still early in their career and may be a little raw. What matters much more to us is that you’re motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely willing to learn. You’ll work alongside our team and learn by doing. You’ll help with research, creative coordination, reporting, organization, and general marketing support. At first, you’ll receive more guidance. As you learn our systems and prove yourself, we’ll expect you to become more independent and take ownership of more tasks. For the right person, this can be an opportunity to learn ecommerce marketing from inside an agency and eventually grow into a more specialized marketing or creative role. We’re looking for someone with potential, not someone who already has everything figured out. WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DOES You’ll support the team across a mix of marketing and admin tasks. You won’t be expected to own client accounts or make major marketing decisions on day one. You’ll learn by helping the team, following instructions carefully, asking good questions, and gradually taking on more responsibility. Support the team with day-to-day marketing tasks across client accounts Research competitors, products, brands, and the Meta/Facebook Ad Library Organize creative assets, files, links, and documentation Help prepare creative briefs and gather product information Assist with pulling performance data and creating simple reports Coordinate tasks between designers, strategists, and other team members Keep project management tools and trackers up to date Upload, schedule, and organize ads and content Help with basic edits, formatting, and content organization Follow up on tasks and make sure things don’t get forgotten Handle general admin and marketing support when needed Take feedback from the team and apply it to your next task WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE We don’t expect perfection from day one. We do expect effort, improvement, and attention to detail. You complete tasks accurately and on time You follow instructions carefully Your files, assets, and trackers stay organized Your research is thorough and useful You ask questions when you’re genuinely stuck instead of guessing You learn from feedback and avoid repeating the same mistakes You double-check your work before submitting it You communicate clearly and keep the team updated You become more independent as you learn Over time, you start taking ownership of recurring tasks WHAT WE CARE MOST ABOUT Motivation - You genuinely want to learn, improve, and become good at what you do. Attention to detail - You notice small things. Names, numbers, offers, spelling, links, and formatting matter. Willingness to learn - You don’t need to know everything, but you need to be teachable and willing to figure things out. Reliability - If you say you’ll do something, we should be able to trust that it gets done. Organization - You keep tasks, files, and information organized and easy to find. Resourcefulness - Before immediately asking someone else, you’re willing to research, use Google or AI, and try to find an answer. Communication - You respond during working hours and tell us early if you’re stuck or falling behind. Ownership - Even as a junior, you care about whether the work is actually done correctly. Interest in marketing - You don’t need deep marketing knowledge yet, but you should genuinely want to learn how ecommerce brands grow online. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous agency experience is not required. You also don’t need years of marketing experience. We’re happy to consider someone early in their career if they show strong potential. Relevant experience could include: Marketing Ecommerce Social media Content creation Virtual assistance Admin support Data entry Customer service Digital marketing Personal projects or self-taught marketing experience You may already know some of these tools, or simply be willing to learn them: Google Sheets Notion Canva Meta Ads Library Meta Ads Manager ChatGPT Claude Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools Other research, organization, and AI tools You do not need experience with every tool listed above. If you’ve never used some of them before, that’s completely fine. We care more about how quickly you can learn. Bonus if you have: Some experience with ecommerce or marketing Familiarity with Meta/Facebook ads Basic spreadsheet or reporting experience Experience organizing content or creative assets Experience working remotely with a team WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR This role is probably not a fit if you: Don’t pay attention to details Regularly miss deadlines Need to be reminded repeatedly about the same tasks Don’t like researching or figuring things out Get defensive when receiving feedback Repeat the same mistakes without improving Have no interest in ecommerce or marketing Aren’t comfortable learning new tools Only want a short-term freelance job Want a role where you can do the same simple tasks forever without taking on more responsibility We are happy to teach someone who doesn’t know something yet. We are much less concerned with what you know today than how quickly you learn once you’re shown. SCHEDULE Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Remote. You should be able to communicate consistently during working hours and work well with an international team. COMPENSATION 30,000 PHP/month There is room to grow over time as your skills, reliability, and responsibilities increase. QUESTIONS 1. What experience do you have with marketing, ecommerce, admin support, virtual assistance, or similar work? It’s okay if your experience is limited. 2. How do you stay organized when you have several tasks to complete? 3. Tell us about something you taught yourself recently. What did you do when you didn’t know how to do it? 4. What tools are you currently comfortable using? Rate your experience with each from 1 to 10. 5. Tell us about a time you made a mistake at work or school. What did you do after you noticed it? IMPORTANT To apply, start your application message with the word Detail on the first line. Applications that do not follow this instruction will not be reviewed. TRIAL TASK Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete 1 small paid trial task. The task will help us understand how you research, organize information, follow instructions, and pay attention to details. We aren’t expecting expert-level marketing knowledge. We want to see how you think, how carefully you work, and how willing you are to figure things out. The task won’t be long or time-consuming. GROWTH PATH First 30 days Learn our systems, tools, and processes Understand how our team works Learn the basics of ecommerce marketing Complete simple recurring tasks accurately Keep files and trackers organized Get comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback Become reliable with day-to-day support After 60 to 90 days Complete more tasks without step-by-step guidance Take ownership of recurring responsibilities Handle research and basic reporting more independently Understand our clients and their marketing better Start supporting more parts of the marketing process Identify areas where you’re especially strong Longer term For someone who keeps learning and performing well, the path could look like: Junior Marketing VA → Marketing VA → Marketing Specialist → Creative Strategist / Media Buyer The exact path depends on your strengths and what you become good at. We don’t promise promotions or specific timelines. Growth comes with increased skill, reliability, ownership, and responsibility. If you’re early in your career but motivated, curious, detail-oriented, and hungry to learn, we’d love to hear from you. You don’t need to come in knowing everything. You do need to come in ready to learn.

Company: Conek Location: Remote (Philippines) Hours: Mon–Fri, US Eastern business hours with responsibility for West Coast window coverage Compensation: $1,500 USD/month base + up to $1,000/month performance bonus Reports to: COO What Conek does We run patient acquisition for chiropractic and physical therapy clinics across the US. Ads, lead generation, appointment booking, and show confirmation all under one roof. Here's what makes us different: our clients pay per patient who actually walks through the door. Not per lead. Not per booking. Per show. That means our call center isn't a support function. It's the business. If our agents don't book and confirm, we don't get paid. We're scaling from 15 to 50+ active clients. The call center has to scale with it, and we need someone to own that. The role You'll run a distributed team of appointment setters (English and Spanish-speaking) who call warm leads and book them into clinic appointments. You own the number that matters: show rate. This is not a babysitting job. You will be hiring, training, coaching, correcting, and firing. You'll be listening to calls daily, rebuilding scripts that aren't converting, and holding people to standards most managers are too uncomfortable to enforce. What you'll own Team performance. Daily dial cadence across three US timezone windows. Agent-level scorecards. Weekly one-on-ones that actually change behavior. Quality assurance. Call reviews every single day. You'll catch the agent who's freelancing off-script before the client does. Client offer accuracy. Every clinic has different pricing, inclusions, X-ray costs, deposit requirements, and doctor availability. You are the last line of defense making sure agents say what the doctor was actually sold — not a generic script. Deposit collection. Getting money over the phone is what separates a show from a no-show. You'll own execution of our deposit SOP. Hiring and onboarding. Screening, interviewing, and ramping new agents to productive within two weeks. Escalations. When a client says "your agents told my patient the wrong price," it comes to you first, and you have a root-cause answer within the hour. How you'll be measured Show rate on booked appointments Booked appointments per agent per shift Deposit collection rate Speed-to-lead on new inquiries Agent ramp time and 90-day retention Who this is for You've managed 8+ outbound or appointment-setting agents and have the numbers to prove what you did to their performance. Your written English is genuinely excellent. Not "good for a non-native speaker" — excellent. You'll be writing scripts, SOPs, and client-facing updates. You're comfortable being the person who says "that call was bad, here's exactly why, do it again." You think in systems. When something breaks twice, you build a process instead of fixing it a third time. You want to build something, not maintain something. Who this is not for Anyone who needs a fully-written playbook handed to them before they can start. Anyone who's uncomfortable with direct feedback in either direction. Anyone looking for a quiet, stable, predictable role. This is a company in the middle of tripling. Requirements 3+ years managing outbound calling, appointment setting, or inside sales teams Hands-on experience with CRM and dialer systems (GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus) Fluent professional English; conversational Spanish is a significant advantage Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, backup power/connection Available for US Eastern hours How to apply Do not send a generic CV and cover letter. It will not be read. Send an email to [your hiring email ] with the subject line "Call Center Manager — [Your Name]" containing: Your CV. A short answer (200 words max) to this: One of your agents has the highest booking rate on the team but the lowest show rate. What do you do, and in what order? A 90-second unlisted video (Loom or YouTube) introducing yourself and telling us about a time you turned around an underperforming agent — what you actually did, and what the numbers were before and after. Applications missing any of the three will be discarded.

Freelance Interior Designer – Airbnb / Serviced Accommodation About Us Valstays is a growing UK serviced accommodation management company. We manage Airbnb and short-let properties on behalf of landlords and help take properties from empty or partially furnished homes to fully furnished, guest-ready accommodation. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented remote Interior Designer to work with us on a long-term freelance basis. This is not a full-time position. You will be paid per project completed, with approximately 3–5 projects available on average per month The Role: For each new property, you will be responsible for creating a complete furnishing and shopping list using an existing Valstays Google Sheets template. We will provide you with: Photos and videos of the property Room measurements and/or floor plans A total furnishing budget in GBP Our existing Google Sheets template Any furniture already inside the property that we're keeping A design brief and, where applicable, a feature colour/colour scheme Valstays SOPs explaining how we expect our properties to be furnished Your job is to turn this information into a complete, cohesive furnishing package that is ready for our team to order. Your Responsibilities: You will source suitable furniture, furnishings and décor for each room while remaining within the agreed budget. This can include: Beds and mattresses Bedside tables Sofas Dining furniture Coffee and side tables TVs and TV units Desks and chairs Mirrors Rugs Artwork Lamps and lighting Curtains Cushions and throws Plants and decorative accessories Kitchen items Other furnishings required to make the property guest-ready You will add the product, price, quantity and direct purchasing link to our existing Google Sheets template. Everything selected throughout the property should complement each other and follow a consistent design style. Where You'll Source Products The majority of products will need to be available for delivery within the UK. You'll primarily source from websites such as: Amazon UK Wayfair Debenhams Dunelm Ufurnish and other reputable UK retailers. You should also be comfortable finding better alternatives from other reliable suppliers when appropriate. Designing for Airbnb This is extremely important. You're not designing someone's personal home. You're designing properties that need to perform commercially as short-term accommodation. Our properties need to: Look fantastic in professional Airbnb photography Have a clear and consistent design theme Stand out against competing properties Feel premium without unnecessarily overspending Use durable furniture suitable for frequent guest use Be practical and comfortable Appeal to a broad range of guests We want someone who understands how to make a property look considerably more expensive than the actual furnishing budget. Budget Management Every project will have a different budget. You must be confident designing within strict budgets and keeping track of the total cost throughout the project. For example, you may be given: "4-bedroom house – £7,500 total budget – grey property with navy feature walls." You would then design the complete furnishing package around those requirements without exceeding the agreed budget. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has: Professional interior design experience A strong eye for colour, proportion and styling Excellent furniture and décor sourcing skills Experience working with budgets Strong attention to detail Experience using Google Sheets or Excel The ability to interpret room measurements and floor plans Good written English Reliable communication The ability to meet agreed deadlines Experience designing residential or hospitality properties Experience designing Airbnb, serviced accommodation, hotels or other short-term rental properties would be a major advantage. Ongoing Work We're not looking for someone for a single project. We're looking to build a long-term relationship with the right designer as Valstays continues to grow. Initially, we'll provide more guidance around our preferred designs and styles. As you become familiar with the Valstays style and our SOPs, we'd like you to become increasingly independent with each project. Our ideal working relationship is eventually being able to send you a property, floor plan, budget and colour scheme and have you return a complete, well-designed furnishing package ready for our team to order. How to Apply Please send us: A short introduction about yourself and your interior design experience. Your interior design portfolio, ideally including residential, Airbnb, serviced accommodation or hospitality projects. Examples of any mood boards, furniture schedules or shopping lists you've previously created. Your proposed price per project. Your typical turnaround time for a furnishing project. How many projects you could comfortably complete for us each month. Details of your experience sourcing furniture and décor online. Please start your application with the words "VALSTAYS DESIGN" so we know you've read the full job description. Shortlisted applicants may be given a small paid test project before we begin working together. We look forward to hearing from you!
