₱10,000 Referral Bonus – Help Us Find a Secluded Rural Rental Home in Luzon

Hello!!

My wife and I are looking for a long-term rental home somewhere in rural Luzon, generally within about 3–4 hours by road from Metro Manila.

We are not looking for a subdivision house, city property, or normal residential neighborhood.

We are looking for something genuinely secluded — a simple but comfortable home surrounded by farmland, trees, mountains, open land, or similar rural surroundings.

Privacy matters more to us than luxury.

We have already searched the normal online channels, including Facebook Marketplace, Airbnb, and real-estate contacts. The kind of property we want rarely seems to appear publicly.

So this posting is different....What I’m really looking for is word of mouth.

I’m looking for people who are willing to ask around within their own personal networks — family, friends, hometown contacts, neighbors, former coworkers, provincial contacts, friends of friends, etc.

The property does not need to already be advertised for rent. It could be an unused but livable family home, farmhouse, rest house, retirement property, caretaker house, or another private property where the owner might consider a long-term tenant if approached.

If a property you introduce ultimately results in my wife and me signing a lease, I will pay you a ₱10,000 one-time referral bonus.

There is no hourly work, no required number of leads, and no need to spend time scraping property websites.

This is really about personal connections and uncovering properties that may never appear online.
