ACCOUNTANT STRONG QUICKBOOKS

We are hiring several QuickBooks ONLINE (QBO) accountant bookkeepers. Applicants should follow the following submission rules to apply:
1) Take the 18 question Self Assessment rating
2) Record a less than 60 second video

The Work:

We have an ongoing need for QuickBooks Online (QBO):
Below are the top 18 areas we evaluate. We would like to start with your evaluation of yourself. Please rate/score each of the 18 areas above.

It is best to give an honest assessment of yourself. We do NOT expect you to be expert in all 18 areas. It is better for you to be honest with us. If you have give us an honest assessment of your skills, and your work demonstrates this, you will receive a $500 bonus after 3 months of work. So it is best to be honest with yourself and us about your skill level.

Please grade yourself with this scale:

• 3 points for expert;
• 2 points for familiar;
• 1 point for not familiar but willing to learn;
• 0 point for not familiar and prefer to not learn.

The Self-Assessment:
1) Establish/cleanup Chart of Accounts in QBO? (score 0 - 3)
2) Connect bank and credit card feeds? (score 0 - 3)
3) Clear the bank feed by correctly categorizing transfers, capital, revenues and expenses? (score 0 - 3)
4) Import csv transactions? (score 0 - 3)
5) Reconcile QBO books vs bank statements? (score 0 - 3)
6) Create reports including customized management reports? (score 0 - 3)
7) Set up bank rules? (score 0 - 3)
8) Use of QBO "Spreadsheet Link"? (score 0 - 3)
9) Set up PROJECTS in QBO? (score 0 - 3)
10) Set up BUDGETS in QBO? (score 0 - 3)
11) Use of Excel? (score 0 - 3)
12) Use of Google Sheets? (score 0 -3)4
13) Use of Slack? (score 0 - 3)
14) Use of Sharepoint? (score 0 - 3)
15) Use of ---------- for Payables (Score 0 -3)
16) How many accounting classes have you taken: (one point for each class):

The Compensation:
Our goal is to pay QuickBooks staff an hourly rate of $12/hour after they have had six months to prove their efficiency, accuracy and work ethic. The starting rate will range from $5/hour to $10/hr based on actual performance in the above 18 areas above.
