Legal Software Data Entry

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to help test and improve a new legal practice management software application being developed for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

This is a flexible, part-time rol.e that would suit someone with experience working in a law firm, particularly someone familiar with legal practice management software and trust accounting.

What You'll Be Doing

Testing legal software by entering sample data and working through everyday legal processes.

Identifying bugs, errors, and areas where the software could be improved.

Documenting issues clearly so our development team can investigate and resolve them.

Suggesting improvements to make the software easier and more practical for law firms to use.

Helping ensure the software works as expected in real-world legal environments.

What We're Looking For

Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.

Good written communication skills and the ability to clearly document findings.

Confidence using computers and learning new software.

Ability to work independently and provide constructive feedback.

Experience with legal practice management software in Australia or New Zealand would be a significant advantage.

Knowledge of legal trust accounting would be highly desirable.

Previous software testing exp.erience is not essential. We are particularly interested in someone who understands how law firms operate and can help us build better software.

Hours & Location

Approximately 4–5 hours per week.

Fully remote, work from home.

Flexible working hours.
