We run an online service business that helps people recover and manage Instagram accounts. Our customers order through an app, and a lot of our operation runs on AI assistants that talk to customers, answer questions and move orders along. The AI does a lot - but it cannot be left alone. That is the job. WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING 1) WATCHING OVER OUR AI ASSISTANTS (about half your time) We have several AI assistants that message customers directly - one handles sales conversations, one handles order updates, one handles support tickets, and others. All of them are in your scope. Your job is to be the human checking their work: Read what the AI said to customers and spot anything wrong: a made-up answer, a promise we cannot keep, the wrong price, a rude or robotic reply, or the same message sent over and over Flag it, pause that assistant yourself if it is doing damage (you will have the controls - we would rather you stop it at 10pm than wait for us), and tell us what happened Notice patterns, not just one-off mistakes ("it keeps doing X with this type of customer") Step in and reply as a human when the AI is out of its depth You do not need to be technical and you will not be programming. You need to be the person who reads something that sounds confident and thinks "hang on, that's not right." 2) CUSTOMER SUPPORT TICKETS (about a third of your time) Answer customer questions and complaints in our support system Chase customers for information we need to finish their order Keep tickets moving so nothing sits ignored for days 3) SERVICE DELIVERY (the rest) Complete customer orders by hand on our phones, following a written step-by-step guide It is roughly 10-15 minutes per order once you know it Tell the customer when it is done, or ask for what is missing BEING HONEST ABOUT THE WORK A lot of it is repetitive. Reading AI conversations and completing the same order checklist. Some people find that steady and satisfying; others are bored in a month and quit. Please know yourself. It is screen-heavy and detail-heavy. Accuracy matters far more than speed. The hours are long and it is 6 days a week. Please only apply if that genuinely suits you. You will find mistakes, including ours. We want someone who says "this is wrong" rather than someone who goes along with it. What it is not: no cold calling, no sales targets, no content creation, no coding. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Good written English. You message customers directly. It does not need to be perfect, but it must be clear, warm and typo-light. Judgement. The core skill is spotting when something is wrong even though it sounds convincing. Careful and consistent. One wrong tap can cost a customer their appeal. Comfortable with phones, two-factor authentication and backup codes. Not technical - just not nervous about it. A reliable setup. Stable internet and power for your whole shift, and a quiet place to work. Completely trustworthy. You will have access to customer account details. This is monitored and logged, you will sign a confidentiality agreement, and you will start on a paid trial. Nice to have (not required): customer support, content moderation, social media management, quality assurance, or any experience working alongside AI tools. THE DETAILS Pay: $4 per hour, paid hourly (about $1,040/month at 60 hours a week). Paid on time, every time. Hours: about 10 hours a day, 6 days a week (roughly 60 hours a week). Our customers are in Europe, so the working window is roughly 2:00pm - 11:00pm Philippine time. Trial: 1-2 week PAID trial on real work before we commit long-term. Long-term and stable. We want someone for years, not weeks. Real authority: you can pause an AI assistant yourself when it is doing damage. We trust the person doing the watching to act, not to file a report and wait. Everything is browser-based on our systems. You need a reliable computer and a stable internet connection, nothing else. Your rate is reviewed after the first 3 months. HOW TO APPLY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Please do not send a generic CV or a cover letter written by AI. We can tell, and it is an instant no - partly because this job is about spotting AI output. Answer all 9 points below, in this order. Applications that skip any point will not be read. 1. Start your message with the words "human check" so we know you read this properly. 2. YOUR LAST RELEVANT JOB: where, how long, and what you actually did day to day. Please include how many customers or tickets you handled per day, and which tools you used (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Telegram , email , or none). If you have no support experience, say so plainly - willingness to learn is fine, but be honest. 3. TELL US ABOUT A REAL TIME YOU CAUGHT SOMEONE ELSE'S MISTAKE AT WORK - what it was, how you noticed, and what you did about it. One short paragraph. This is the closest thing to the actual job, so please give a real example, not a general statement. 4. READ THIS MESSAGE that an AI assistant sent to a real customer, and tell us what is wrong with it: "Hi! Good news, we're sending the login request to your phone again right now and our team is actively working on your account as we speak. You should see it come through in the next few minutes. We'll have this fully resolved for you today, guaranteed!" The truth at that moment: nothing was running, nobody was working on the account, and we had no idea when it would be resolved. In your own words: what is wrong here, and why does it matter? (3-4 sentences) 5. A customer messages: "this is taking forever, I want a refund." Our policy is that we do not give refunds - we fix the problem or replace the account. Write the exact message you would send back to this customer. 6. You notice our AI has sent the same customer almost the same message 8 times in one night. What do you do, and in what order? (2-3 sentences) 7. Confirm you can work about 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, in the 2:00pm - 11:00pm Philippine time window. Also tell us your expected hourly rate in USD. 8. YOUR WORK SETUP - please be specific, because we need you online for the whole shift: Your internet provider and your actual speed (a speed test screenshot is ideal) Your backup if the internet goes down (mobile data, pocket wifi, a second provider?) How often your area has brownouts, and what you do if the power goes out mid-shift (UPS, power bank, generator, a cafe nearby?) Your computer (make and rough age), and whether you have a quiet place to work Please be honest here. We would much rather know about a weekly brownout up front than discover it in week two. Having a backup plan matters more to us than having perfect conditions. 9. Your CV or OnlineJobs profile, plus one sentence on which part of it is most relevant to this specific job. Everyone who follows all 9 steps gets a reply. Shortlisted candidates get a short paid test task before any interview.

True Gear is a small Australian ecommerce business selling adventure gear. Have a look at what we sell at ---------- . It's a genuinely small operation, just the owner and one part-time sales rep, no layers of management and no corporate red tape. The role We're after someone based in the Philippines to be the main point of contact for our customers, and to help keep the operational and admin side of the store running. This isn't a script-reading support job, but you also don't need deep product knowledge to start. Anyone who's ready to buy or wants sales advice gets forwarded straight to our sales rep, that side stays separate. We'll grow your product knowledge over time as it becomes useful, and we may end up keeping sales and support fully separate long-term rather than expecting one person to do both. It's a genuinely small team: you, the owner, and one part-time sales rep. Most days you'll be working directly alongside the owner, not buried under layers of management. Customer service is the core of the role and where most of your week goes. Alongside it, there's some simple admin: tracking numbers and shipments, keeping the inbox organised, basic bookkeeping and invoicing, and other small ongoing tasks as they come up. Nothing here needs a specialist skillset, it's work that needs doing between customer conversations. What you'll actually be doing Answering customer enquiries by email , SMS and phone, first point of contact for everything post-purchase and for quick pre-purchase questions Forwarding anyone ready to buy, or after sales advice, straight to our sales rep, closing the sale isn't your job Managing tracking numbers and shipments: chasing couriers, keeping customers updated, sorting out delivery issues Investigating whatever a customer needs looked into (order status, stock, a supplier query) and getting the answer back to them yourself Handling the store's day-to-day inbox, keeping it organised and on top of things Basic bookkeeping and invoicing General admin as it comes up What we're looking for Three things matter most, everything else is a bonus: Takes feedback well. Because it's such a small team, you'll get honest, direct feedback fairly often, especially while you're learning the ropes in the first few weeks. We genuinely care how you're doing, it's not about catching you out, it's about helping you get better quickly. We're after someone who can take that feedback on board and keep moving forward with it. Strong work ethic. Able to work independently once you know the systems, without needing to be watched or chased. You'll be trained on our tools (Trello, Slack, Gmail, Shopify), but this isn't a role for someone who needs constant supervision. Great communication. Clear, well-spoken English is a big plus, you'll be talking to Australian customers directly. Natural over scripted. Calm and honest, if you don't know something, it's fine to say so and follow up. Nice to have, not required: Comfortable in Shopify, or a fast learner who's used similar platforms Knowledge about electricity and power Experience with freight or courier coordination You don't need to arrive already knowing the products. That's something you'll pick up on the job, not a day-one requirement. Why work with us It's a small business, not a corporation. There are guidelines and structure, but we're reasonable and friendly, and can accommodate things when they come up. This isn't a high-pressure or overly stressful role. You'll have an integrated Claude AI agent set up to help you work through tasks efficiently, and a Claude Pro subscription is included as part of the role. One paid day off per month, and unpaid leave can be accommodated when you need it. Hours and pay 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, Melbourne time (transitions between AEST and AEDT through the year), with a one-hour lunch break AUD $1,020 per month, paid fortnightly Commission structure available after the trial period: up to an extra $300 per month in bonuses, with standard commission around $100 per month tied to business and/or personal performancc Independent contractor role Hours are logged with time-tracking software for the whole shift, standard for this kind of role If you've read this far, start your application message with the word "Tracked". We get a lot of applications for roles like this, and it's the fastest way to tell us you've read the whole posting rather than just the title. Trial period and ongoing terms Three month trial period, either party can end the arrangement without cause during this time. After that, the agreement rolls monthly with one month's written notice either way. Contractor is responsible for their own tax and insurance, standard for an independent contractor arrangement. How to apply Send your application with a short cover message, and complete this short screening form as part of your application (about 15-20 minutes): ----------

I recorded some tutorial videos without realising my mic was set to my EarPods, so the voice sounds muffled, echoey, and compressed, almost like mumbling. I've already tried Adobe Podcast Enhance and Premiere Pro's DeReverb, and neither fixed it. I need an audio editor who can make the voice clear and natural, good enough to publish on YouTube. What you'll do: Restore a short test clip (about 30 seconds) as a trial If the result is good, move on to the full recordings 1.4 hrs To apply: Send 1–2 before/after samples. ----------

Creative Designer US-Based MSP | 100% Remote | Full-Time Great design is still a human skill. The best creatives today just have better tools — and know exactly when to use them. To apply please fill out the application form here: ---------- /bepartofourteam. About the Company We're a family-owned business with all-local Philippines leadership and team. We've been 100% work-from-home since day one — not a pandemic pivot. We've grown by valuing our people, building long-term relationships, and doing great work for great clients. The Role We're looking for a Creative Designer who understands that AI doesn't make great design — designers do. But the right tools, used well, make great designers faster, more prolific, and more creative than they'd be without them. You'll own full creative production across marketing, brand, and content — static, motion, and video. You'll use AI where it genuinely helps: ideation, exploration, iteration, and production acceleration. And you'll apply your own judgment, taste, and craft to make sure the final output is something a machine could never produce on its own. The Mindset We're Looking For The best creative professionals we've worked with share a few traits: They know that AI makes a great starting point, not a finished product. They use it to explore ideas faster, break through creative blocks, and accelerate production — then they take it the rest of the way themselves They have strong creative instincts that no tool can replicate. They know when something is off, when something isn't good enough, and what it would take to make it right They take ownership of quality. They don't ship work they're not proud of — regardless of how it was made They're curious about new tools and genuinely open to learning them — not because someone told them to, but because staying sharp matters to them They communicate clearly about creative decisions. They can explain why something works, take feedback without getting defensive, and push back when a direction isn't right Who Thrives Here People who are serious about the craft and smart about the tools. You believe a human designer will always make the work better — and you prove it in everything you ship. You're not resistant to AI, but you're not dependent on it either. You know the difference. We're a growing MSP with expanding creative needs across marketing, brand, and content. For the right person, that's the opportunity to shape a creative function that produces exceptional work — not just efficient work. What You'll Do You'll walk into a business with real creative output needs across marketing, brand, and content — and the expectation that everything that ships is something you're proud to put your name on. That looks like: Producing the full range of marketing and brand creative — social graphics, digital ads, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials — at a high standard, on time, every time Using AI tools for ideation, concept exploration, and production support — then applying your own judgment and craft to take the output where it needs to go Creating motion graphics, short-form video, and reels that drive real engagement — not just content that fills a calendar Generating and refining AI imagery and integrating it into polished, on-brand work where it makes the piece stronger, not just faster Maintaining brand consistency across every output — and flagging when guidelines need to evolve, not just following them blindly Building reusable templates, asset libraries, and brand components that make the creative process more consistent and scalable Collaborating with marketing and leadership to translate campaign objectives into creative that performs — not just looks good Staying current on both design craft and emerging tools — bringing the best of both into the work What We're Looking For A strong portfolio demonstrating range across static, motion, and video creative — this is the first and most important filter Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent) — your craft fundamentals are solid and don't depend on AI to cover gaps Openness to and working familiarity with AI creative tools (image generation, AI video, AI-assisted workflows) — you've explored them, you use them selectively, and you understand their limits Motion graphics and video production capability — concept, produce, and deliver independently Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding — every design decision serves a purpose Excellent conversational English — clear, natural, and easy to listen to; creative conversations and feedback feel easy, not formal High attention to detail — you catch what's off before anyone else does Self-directed — brief in, questions asked upfront, work delivered without hand-holding Honest communicator — if a direction isn't working, you say so and come with a better idea Nice to have: Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, or equivalent) used as part of a broader creative process UI/UX or web design experience Photography or videography skills Experience in a marketing team or agency environment How Onboarding Works (And How That Changes) We're honest about how we work with new tea ---------- mbers. In your first weeks and months, you'll have real hands-on support from the team. We'll work closely with you to understand our brand, our clients, our standards, and how we operate. We expect questions — and we'll give you the time to learn. As you show what you can do — that involvement steps back quickly. Trust grows fast here. People who demonstrate ownership and quality work earn autonomy quickly — and significant creative latitude to shape how the brand looks, feels, and moves. We earn each other's trust through real work — then we get out of the way. What Success Looks Like At three months: You're producing on-brand creative consistently and on time across static and motion formats. The work is clearly yours — AI may have helped, but the quality is unmistakably human. You've identified gaps in the creative library and started filling them. At six months: Marketing campaigns have stronger visual execution than before you joined. Motion and video content is a regular part of output. You've introduced tools or workflows that made the team faster without lowering the creative bar. At twelve months: The brand looks and feels measurably more polished. You've built systems and asset libraries that scale beyond your own output. How We Work We trust our people to do great work and give them the space to do it. Meaningful work means making decisions — and sometimes those won't be right on the first try. We don't punish thoughtful mistakes. We learn and move forward. We're a growing MSP — not every creative process is built yet. That's part of why we need someone who brings craft and structure to the work, not just waits for direction. This Role Is Not for You If: You rely on AI to do all the creative thinking for you You ship work that's technically complete but not something you're proud of You treat brand guidelines as optional Feedback makes you defensive rather than curious You're not interested in learning new tools or evolving how you work You separate craft from process — great output requires both There's no judgment in that list — it's just not the environment. We'd rather be honest now than waste each other's time. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience 100% remote — no corporate commute, ever Weekly pay via Wise direct deposit Tech and internet allowance Paid vacation leave HMO Access to the latest AI tools (Claude, Code, and more) to work smarter and automate more Career growth
