VSL Video Editor FULL TIME

Job Overview

We're a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a full-time VSL (Video Sales Letter) Editor to join our creative team. You'll be editing high-converting VSLs and ad creatives for direct-response campaigns — this is a performance-driven role where your edits directly impact sales, so we're looking for someone who thinks like a marketer, not just an editor.

Responsibilities

Edit VSLs, hooks, and ad creatives for eCommerce direct-response campaigns
Work primarily in CapCut Desktop
Collaborate with the creative team on hooks, pacing, and messaging that convert
Turn around edits on a consistent schedule using a time tracker (Timedoctor)
Take feedback and iterate quickly based on performance data

Requirements

Proven experience editing VSLs or ad creatives for eCommerce brands (portfolio required)
Comfortable and experienced with CapCut Desktop
Own a computer that can handle video editing
Stable, fast internet connection
Strong written and spoken English
Based in the Philippines
Available full-time, Monday–Friday (open to Saturday availability)
Comfortable using a time tracking tool (e.g., Timedoctor) throughout the workday

Preferred Qualifications

Experience specifically with eCommerce VSLs (not just general video editing)
A track record of contributing to ads/campaigns that performed well, not just "looked good"
