ABA Scheduler

Buzz ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider serving children and families in the United States. We are looking for an exceptional ABA Scheduler to take ownership of scheduling for our home-based ABA services.

This is not a basic virtual assistant position. Scheduling in ABA is complex. You will be responsible for matching therapists with clients, managing frequent schedule changes, communicating professionally with families and clinical staff, identifying coverage gaps, and proactively solving problems before they affect services.

Prior experience working for an ABA therapy company is preferred.
