Business Automation Analyst

Confidential employer

Business Automation Analyst | US-Based MSP | 100% Remote | Full-Time If your first instinct when doing something manually is “this shouldn’t be manual” — keep reading. To apply please fill out the application form here: ---------- /bepartofourteam. About the Company We’re a family-owned business with all-local Philippines leadership and team. We’ve been 100% work-from-home since day one — not a pandemic pivot. We’ve grown by valuing our people, building long-term relationships, and doing great work for great clients. The Role You’re not here to maintain spreadsheets. You’re here to question why the spreadsheet exists — and build the system that makes it unnecessary. We’re looking for a Business Automation Analyst who sees manual work as a problem to be solved, not a process to be managed. You’ll analyze how work gets done across the business, identify what’s slow, repetitive, or error-prone, and build the systems that fix it permanently. Python, advanced Excel, AI-powered workflows, and smart automation tools are your toolkit. The outcome is a business that runs faster, reports more accurately, and depends less on manual effort over time. The Mindset We’re Looking For The best analysts we’ve worked with share a few traits: They see a manual process and immediately ask: “Why is someone doing this by hand — and what would it take to make sure no one ever has to again?” They take ownership. From the moment a process improvement is theirs, it’s theirs until it’s built, documented, and running without them. They think upstream. Instead of asking “how do I make this faster?” they ask “why does this exist, and should it?” They communicate clearly. Progress, blockers, and outcomes are shared openly — before being asked for. They keep learning. Twelve months from now, they know more than they do today — without anyone telling them to. Who Thrives Here People who are operationally sharp, intellectually curious, and genuinely excited by the idea of making a business run better. You don’t need someone to hand you a list of things to automate — you find them yourself. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful with tools, and you care more about outcomes than staying in your lane. We’re a growing MSP, which means not every process is optimized and not every workflow is documented yet. For the right person, that’s not a gap — it’s the whole point. What You’ll Do You’ll walk into a business that has real operational inefficiencies — manual reports, repetitive data work, processes that exist because “that’s how we’ve always done it.” Your job is to find them, understand them, and systematically eliminate them. That looks like: Mapping workflows that rely on human hands and asking which ones shouldn’t — then building the automations that replace them Building Python scripts, data pipelines, and AI-powered workflows that turn hours of manual work into something that runs itself Creating Excel models and dashboards that give leadership accurate, real-time visibility — not end-of-week summaries compiled by hand Digging into messy, multi-source datasets and producing clean, reliable outputs that people actually trust Documenting everything you build so clearly that someone else could maintain it, improve it, or build on top of it — without asking you a single question Sitting with teams, understanding how they actually work, and translating that into automation solutions that fit the way they operate — not the other way around Continuously looking for the next thing to improve, because the work is never finished — it just gets better What We’re Looking For Strong Python programming skills — you don’t just write scripts that work, you write scripts that others can read, maintain, and build on Advanced Excel expertise (required) — Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboards, data validation; you treat Excel as a serious tool, not a last resort Solid experience with SQL and database querying — you can get to the data you need without waiting for someone else to pull it Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms — you’ve actually built things with them, not just read about them Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools — you know when to code and when not to Strong diagnostic skills — you find the root cause of an operational problem, not just the most obvious fix Natural systems thinker — you look at a process and immediately see how it should be redesigned, not just optimized Self-directed once you understand the environment — but you ask smart questions early to get there Honest communicator — you say what’s happening clearly and on time, even when the update isn’t good news Long-term mindset — you want to build something, not just fill a role Nice to Have API integration experience Background in MSP, IT services, or operations-heavy environments How Onboarding Works (And How That Changes) We’re honest about how we work with new team members. In your first weeks and months, you’ll have real hands-on support from the team. We’ll work closely with you to understand how the business operates, our tools, our standards, and where the biggest opportunities are. We expect questions — and we’ll give you the time to learn. As you show what you can do — and you will — that involvement steps back quickly. Trust grows fast here. People who demonstrate ownership, judgment, and quality work earn autonomy quickly. People who consistently deliver end up with significant latitude to shape their systems, their tools, and how the business runs. We don’t want to over-direct people who don’t need it. But we also don’t believe in throwing someone in without context and calling it autonomy. We earn each other’s trust through real work — then we get out of the way. What Success Looks Like At 3 months: You’ve mapped the highest-impact manual processes in the business and have at least two automation solutions live and running Your documentation is already being used by others At 6 months: Reporting workflows that used to take hours run themselves Teams are spending less time on manual data work and more time on decisions You’ve identified the next wave of improvements without being asked At 12 months: The business operates measurably faster and more accurately than before you joined You’ve built systems that others rely on — and you’re already improving them again How We Work We trust our people to do great work and we give them the space to do it. There’s real work to be done — the business depends on it — but we understand that doing meaningful work means making decisions, and sometimes those decisions won’t be right on the first try. That’s how we find the right path. We don’t punish thoughtful mistakes. We learn from them and move forward. We’re a growing MSP, so not every system is perfect yet and not every process is documented. That’s part of why we need someone like you — to help us build the automations, processes, and systems that make us better as we grow. This Role Is Not for You If: You need a detailed task list to know what to work on You build something once and consider it done You document only when asked You’re more comfortable maintaining existing systems than questioning why they exist Your outside commitments regularly affect your availability and focus You’re looking for predictable, low-ambiguity work with clear daily instructions There’s no judgment in that list — it’s just not the environment. We’d rather be honest now than waste each other’s time. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience 100% remote — no corporate commute, ever Weekly pay via Wise direct deposit Tech and internet allowance Paid vacation leave HMO Access to the latest AI tools (Claude, Cursor, and more) to work smarter and automate more Career growth opportunities in a fast-moving, systems-focused environment

Senior IT Engineer

Confidential employer

Senior IT Engineer Prevent problems before they happen. Automate what shouldn’t be done twice. Do great work with great clients — and earn the autonomy to do it your way. The Role You’re not here to close tickets faster. You’re here to make sure the same problem doesn’t come back — and ideally, to catch it before it ever reaches a ticket queue. We’re looking for a Senior IT Engineer who thinks like an automator and operator first, a firefighter second. You’ll handle complex Tier 2/3 escalations when they arise, but your real work is building the systems, automations, and processes that prevent issues from happening in the first place. You’ll own client environments, lead from the front technically, and raise the standard of the team around you. The Mindset We’re Looking For The best engineers we’ve worked with share a few traits: They hate doing the same thing twice. If they fix something manually, their next thought is: “How do I make sure no one — including me — has to do this again?” They take ownership. From the ---------- nt a problem is theirs, it’s theirs until it’s fully resolved, documented, and won’t come back They think upstream. Instead of asking “how do I fix this faster?” they ask “why is this happening, and how do I prevent it?” They communicate clearly. Status, blockers, and resolutions are shared openly — before being asked for They keep learning. Twelve months from now, they know more than they do today — without anyone telling them to Who Thrives Here People who want to do genuinely good work, be trusted by their team, and build something that lasts. We move fast and hold a high bar — but we’ve also built an environment where people are respected, given real ownership, and invested in over time. Those things aren’t in conflict here. We’re a growing MSP, which means not every process is fully documented and not every system is perfect yet. For the right engineer, that’s not a problem — it’s the opportunity to shape how we operate, not just execute within it. What You’ll Do You’ll walk into a fast-moving MSP environment where clients depend on you and junior engineers look to you. Your job isn’t just to solve the problem in front of you — it’s to make sure the team and the environment are better because you were there. That looks like: Serving as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex issues across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and endpoint security — diagnosing root causes, not patching symptoms Proactively auditing client environments to catch risks, vulnerabilities, and inefficiencies before they become i ---------- Building monitoring, alerting, and automation that catches problems early — or eliminates them entirely Leading infrastructure projects end-to-end — cloud migrations, M365 deployments, network overhauls, security implementations — from scoping through delivery Writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts that turn repetitive manual tasks into automated, reliable processes Mentoring junior engineers so that when they come to you stuck, they leave sharper and more capable — not more dependent Communicating clearly with clients and vendors — technical enough to be credible, human enough to build trust Documenting everything you touch so clearly that others can build on it without asking you a single question What We’re Looking For 5+ years of IT experience, minimum 2 in an MSP or multi-client environment — you’ve seen enough environments to know what good looks like Deep proficiency in Windows Server (2016–2022), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) — you don’t need to look up the basics Strong networking fundamentals — routing, switching, VLANs, firewall management (SonicWall, Fortinet, or Meraki); you can trace a problem through the stack Solid Microsoft 365 and Azure experience (AZ-104 level or equivalent) — you know the platform well enough to administer, troubleshoot, and advise clients on it PowerShell scripting proficiency — you write scripts that work, that others can read, and that solve real operational problems Hands-on experience with RMM and PSA platforms (Datto, HaloPSA, NinjaRMM, or equivalent) — you know how to use your tools, not just log into them VOIP support experience (3CX or similar) — you can configure, troubleshoot, and advise without escalating Strong diagnostic skills — you find root causes, not just the closest available fix Natural mentor — you make the engineers around you better without making them dependent on you Self-directed once you understand the environment — but you ask smart questions early to get there Honest communicator — you say what’s happening clearly and on time, even when the update isn’t good news Long-term mindset — you want to grow with a company, not job-hop How Onboarding Works (And How That Changes) We’re honest about how we work with new tea ---------- mbers. In your first weeks and months, you’ll have real hands-on support from the team. We’ll work closely with you to understand client environments, our standards, our tools, and how we operate. We expect questions — and we’ll give you the time to learn. As you show what you can do — and you will — that involvement steps back quickly. Trust grows fast here. People who demonstrate ownership, judgment, and quality work earn autonomy quickly. People who consistently deliver end up with significant latitude to shape their work, their tools, and their clients’ environments. We don’t want to over-direct people who don’t need it. But we also don’t believe in throwing someone in without context and calling it autonomy. We earn each other’s trust through real work — then we get out of the way. What Success Looks Like At 3 months: You’ve taken full ownership of your client environments Escalations from junior engineers are getting cleaner answers — and fewer of them You know where the gaps are and you’ve already started closing them At 6 months: Recurring issues in your client environments are measurably down — because you automated them away, not just resolved them faster Your documentation and scripts are becoming what the team reaches for first At 12 months: Clients notice the quality difference The “this issue again?” ---------- nts have dropped significantly Junior engineers are visibly sharper from working with you You’ve shaped how we operate — and the business is investing in your next step How We Work We trust our people to do great work and we give them the space to do it. There’s real work to be done — clients depend on us — but we understand that doing meaningful work means making decisions, and sometimes those decisions won’t be right on the first try. This Role Is Not for You If: You need step-by-step direction to know what to do next You fix the symptom and move on without asking why You treat documentation as someone else’s responsibility You’re comfortable letting a ticket sit without following through Your outside commitments regularly affect your availability and focus You’re looking for a stable, low-pressure remote job with a predictable routine There’s no judgment in that list — it’s just not the environment.

Executive Recruiter/HR Specialist

Confidential employer

Executive Recruiter / HR Specialist | US-Based MSP | 100% Remote | Full-Time You're not just filling seats. You're protecting the standard every hire either raises or lowers. To apply please fill out the application form here: ---------- /bepartofourteam. About the Company We're a family-owned business with all-local Philippines leadership and team. We've been 100% work-from-home since day one — not a pandemic pivot. We've grown by valuing our people, building long-term relationships, and doing great work for great clients. The Role This is not a transactional recruiting role. We're looking for an Executive Recruiter who operates as both a strategic hiring partner and trusted advisor — to clients, to leadership, and to the candidates moving through the process. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for executive, leadership, technical, and specialized roles while supporting the HR operations that keep the internal team running well. You'll work directly with clients to understand their business and what a great hire looks like — then go build it. The judgment calls you make directly shape the teams clients trust us to build. We need someone who takes that seriously. The Mindset We're Looking For The best recruiters we've worked with share a few traits: They protect the bar. When a candidate is almost right, they don't talk themselves into a yes — they know a weak hire is never the safe option, just a delayed and more expensive problem. They're honest even when it costs them. If a role brief is unclear, they push back. If a candidate isn't the right fit, they say so — directly, kindly, and early. They're genuinely curious. They don't run the same interviewscript for every role — they study the business, ask questions other recruiters miss, and keep getting sharper at reading people over time. They build systems, not just pipelines. Every hiring cycle produces something better than the last — tighter screening, cleaner processes, sharper evaluation criteria. Who Thrives Here People who care deeply about quality — in who they hire, in how they advise clients, and in how they work. You find satisfaction in identifying the right person. You take it personally when a weak candidate slips through. You're organized, direct, and comfortable making judgment calls without needing consensus. We're a growing MSP — not every process is built yet. For the right person, that's the opportunity to build the systems that scale with the business, not just manage what already exists. What You'll Do You'll walk into an environment where clients need to hire well across multiple roles, industries, and seniority levels — and where the quality of every hire reflects directly on our company. That looks like: Managing full-cycle recruitment for executive, leadership, technical, and specialized roles — from intake through offer, owning every step Leading intake calls with clients — understanding their business, pushing back when a brief isn't clear enough to hire well against, and providing strategic hiring recommendations when needed Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and AI-powered tools — not waiting for applications Conducting structured interviews that assess mindset, ownership, communication, and cultural fit — not just credentials Presenting candidates with clear, honest hiring recommendations so clients make better decisions faster Writing and posting culture-fit job descriptions across all platforms that attract the right candidates and filter out the wrong ones Supporting HR operations — onboarding, contractor documentation, records management, and internal policy compliance Tracking recruitment metrics and pipeline health — surfacing what's working and what needs to change Building and improving recruitment SOPs, interview guides, scorecards, and onboarding checklists Using AI tools to accelerate sourcing, screening, and communication without cutting corners on quality What We're Looking For Excellent conversational English — clear, natural, and easy to listen to; clients and candidates always feel heard Strong full-cycle recruitment experience — executive, technical, and specialized roles across multiple clients or industries Proven client communication and stakeholder management skills — you run intake calls, push back on vague briefs, and advise with confidence Sharp interviewing and candidate assessment ability — you probe for specifics and can tell the difference between someone who sounds good and someone who actually is Active, confident use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, or equivalent) — daily use, not occasional Strong proactive sourcing and headhunting skills — you build pipelines, you don't wait for them Proficiency in ATS platforms and HR tools (Workable, ClickUp, or equivalent) High integrity and sound judgment — honest calls, confidential information handled without exceptions Self-directed once you understand the environment — but asks the right questions early Nice to Have Experience in executive search, agency recruitment, or outsourcing environments Background in MSP, IT services, or operations-heavy environments How Onboarding Works (And How That Changes) We're honest about how we work with new team members. In your first weeks and months, you'll have real hands-on support from the team. We'll work closely with you to understand how we hire, our clients, our tools, and how the business operates. We expect questions — and we'll give you the time to learn. As you show what you can do — that involvement steps back quickly. Trust grows fast here. People who demonstrate ownership, judgment, and quality work earn autonomy quickly — and significant latitude to shape how we hire and build the team. We earn each other's trust through real work — then we get out of the way. What Success Looks Like At three months: You've run multiple full-cycle searches end-to-end. Your candidate assessments are sharp, honest, and already what leadership and clients rely on. You know the business well enough to push back on a vague brief. At six months: Hiring is faster and more consistent. JDs are stronger. Screening is tighter. Onboarding is more structured. Recruitment metrics are visible and being used to improve the process. At twelve months: We hire better because of the systems you built. Weak candidates don't make it through. Strong ones move quickly. Clients trust your judgment — and we're investing in your continued growth. How We Work You won't be micromanaged. We trust our people to do great work and give them the space to do it. Meaningful work means making decisions — and sometimes those decisions won't be right on the first try. We don't punish thoughtful mistakes. We learn and move forward. We're a growing MSP — not every process is documented yet. That's part of why we need someone like you. This Role Is Not for You If: You treat hiring as a numbers game — more applications, faster fills You talk yourself into candidates who are almost right because the pipeline is thin You present candidates without a clear, honest recommendation behind them You need a fully built system handed to you You're uncomfortable pushing back on clients or leadership when the direction isn't right You've never seriously used AI tools in your daily work and don't intend to start There's no judgment in that list — it's just not the environment. We'd rather be honest now than waste each other's time. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience 100% remote — no corporate commute, ever Weekly pay via Wise direct deposit Tech and internet allowance Paid vacation leave HMO Access to the latest AI tools (Claude, Code, and more) to work smarter and automate more Career growth

AI Video Editor - Animated Storytelling & UGC Ads - German Cat Brand

Confidential employer

AI VIDEO EDITOR - ANIMATED STORYTELLING & UGC ADS - GERMAN MARKET CAT BRAND Remote | Part-time, growing | Start: ASAP | $5 per hour READ THIS FIRST This post is long and applying will take you 30 to 45 minutes. That is on purpose. We already have one AI video editor and a Creative Strategist. We now have more ads to build than one editor can produce, so I am hiring ONE more editor. I would rather get 5 serious applications than 200 copy-paste ones. You will not be inventing anything. You get a finished script, a visual brief, the product assets, reference ads, and every tool paid for by us. What you need is to already be good at this, to follow a brief to the letter, and to deliver on time. THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT You must already be able to do this work today. I am not hiring someone to learn AI video on my account and on my time. And you must apply with a PORTFOLIO: links to finished videos or ads you made yourself. No portfolio, no reply. Tutorials, test renders, course projects and agency reels where I cannot tell which part was yours do not count. ABOUT US We run a cat supplement brand on Shopify, selling to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We do six figures per month and scale with paid ads on Facebook and Instagram. Every ad we run is produced with AI - no film crew, no actors, no shipping products to creators. Our bottleneck is the number of finished ads, not the budget. Ads burn out within a few weeks, and the more good ads we can put out, the bigger this brand gets. That is why this role exists. HOW THE WORK REACHES YOU Our Creative Strategist writes every script and every brief. You never write copy and you never write German. Every job ("batch") gets its own Slack channel and a visual board: the script scene by scene, references, style and a deadline. You build the ad, check it against the brief, put the finished files into the job folder on Google Drive and post in the channel. The Creative Strategist reviews it. The goal is that it goes live without a single correction. WHAT YOU WILL PRODUCE (all vertical 9:16) Animated storytelling ads - 3D Pixar-style characters (cats and their owners) telling a story across several scenes, with voiceover and captions AI UGC ads - a generated person on camera talking about the product, with their cat VSL and advertorial cuts - longer sales videos cut to a script, with captions 1:1 rebuilds of winning ads - same structure, same pacing, exactly one variable changed (a new hook or a new actor). "Close enough" is not a delivery. The finish: burned-in German captions inside the safe zone, hook in the first two seconds, levelled audio, no dead air, exported to spec WHERE THIS JOB IS WON OR LOST We have been doing this for a while now, and almost no correction is about skill. They are about reading the brief. These are the exact things that have cost us revision rounds so far: 1. A brief element is missed - a title card after the opening scene, one line that had to be emphasized, a specific pause. Before you build, go through the brief scene by scene and tick off every instruction. Before you deliver, do it again. 2. A word is split across two caption lines. Never. Captions break only between words. 3. Captions cover the product. The product always stays visible. 4. B-roll or stock-looking footage inside a storytelling ad. If the ad is a story, every shot belongs to the story. Use what the brief asks for. 5. German retyped instead of copied. Every German word is copied character for character from the script - capital letters, umlauts (ä ö ü ß) and numbers exactly as written. If the voiceover and the captions do not match, you ask. You do not guess. 6. Fixing one note and breaking another. A pause that was too short should not become too long. After every revision, watch the whole ad again, not only the part you changed. If you read this list and think "that is obvious" - good. It is obvious. It still happens, and the person I hire is the one for whom it does not. THE GERMAN PART - AND WHY IT IS NOT A PROBLEM You do not need to speak a word of German. The Creative Strategist gives you the finished German script and approves the German on every ad. What I need is care with a language you do not speak: copy, never type, never "correct", and flag anything that looks off. ACCOUNTABILITY AND COMMUNICATION I do not need someone who never has a problem. People get sick, power goes out, typhoons happen, renders fail. Zero problem. What ends this job is silence on a deadline. Deadlines are set in German time (Manila is six hours ahead). If you need longer, post it in the job channel BEFORE the deadline with a new time, and the deadline moves. That is all. Missing a deadline without a word is the one thing I cannot work with, because our ad launches are planned around your delivery. Beyond that: You ask before you build when a brief is unclear - not after five wrong versions. You flag early if something in a script cannot be built the way it is written. You reply within your working day and you work independently, without being chased. You log your hours live in Clockify, and every entry says what you did and why. WHAT YOU MUST BRING (hard requirements - no exceptions) 1. A PORTFOLIO - links to 2-3 finished videos or ads you made yourself. Own work only. 2. 2+ years of short-form video editing, and at least the last year of it with AI-generated footage. 3. AI video shipped in production - for clients, a brand or your own offers. Not tutorials, not test renders. 4. Hands-on with serious AI video generation (for example Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Sora, Runway, Midjourney), and the judgment to redo a bad generation instead of shipping it. 5. Consistent characters - you can keep the same character looking the same across every scene of an ad. 6. CapCut or Premiere Pro for the cut, your pick. 7. Conversational English, written and spoken. 8. A computer that can actually handle video work, and reliable internet. 9. Willing to sign a freelance contract and an NDA before you get access to our assets. 10. Willing to do a short unpaid test (roughly one to two hours) before we get on a call. BONUS (not required, but it moves you to the top of my list) 3D / Pixar-style character animation or claymation made with AI Paid ads experience, not just organic content Pet niche - cats especially After Effects You have edited in a language you do not speak THE TOOLS - WE PAY FOR EVERYTHING Every tool, every subscription and every generation credit is paid by us. You never spend your own money on this job. Our generation and voiceover stack is already set up, and you get access on day one. Tell me in your application which tools you are fastest in. HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED 1. Revision rounds per job - the target is zero. Your first delivery should be ready to go live. 2. Deadlines - hit, or moved in time 3. German text exactly as in the script 4. Communication - we always know where you are WORKING HOURS 100% remote from anywhere in the Philippines, asynchronous. No shift, no fixed hours. You get a brief, you deliver by the agreed deadline, and how you organize your day is your business. Right now roughly 10 to 15 hours per week. Work is given per batch. As we scale, the hours grow. A short written update every Thursday, and one fixed 30-minute video call per week with me and the Creative Strategist, camera on. English is our working language. Slack for communication, Google Drive for files, Clockify for hours. COMPENSATION (all amounts in USD) $5 per hour, for the hours you actually work, tracked in Clockify. At 10 to 15 hours per week that is roughly $200 to $320 per month today, and it grows with volume. Paid every two weeks via Wise Every tool, subscription and generation credit paid by us Bonuses when the business does well Paid Philippine public holidays 13th month bonus after one full year Freelance contract and NDA 30-day trial, then long-term If you work with other clients, that is completely fine with me, as long as my deadlines are met. STOP. READ THIS PART CAREFULLY. The very first word of your application must be TUNA. Not in the middle. Not at the end. The first word, on its own line, before anything else. Like this: TUNA Hi Erik, ... If your message does not start with TUNA, I will not read it - no matter how good your portfolio is. Following an instruction exactly is the job. HOW TO APPLY Apply here through OnlineJobs.ph. Do not email me. Start your message with TUNA on its own line, then answer all 6 questions. Be specific - vague answers are the fastest way to get rejected. 1. YOUR PORTFOLIO. Links to 2-3 videos or ads YOU made. For each one: which tools you used, which parts were AI-generated, and what exactly your part was. If you have an animated or character-based piece, include it. 2. YOUR AI WORK. Pick one video you linked and walk me through how you made it - what you generated, what failed and what you had to redo. How do you keep a character looking the same across scenes? 3. YOUR CHECK BEFORE YOU DELIVER. You have just finished an ad from a detailed brief. Describe step by step what you check before you send it. Be concrete. 4. FOREIGN LANGUAGE. How do you make sure captions in a language you do not speak end up 100% correct on screen - no missing letters, no split words, no mismatch with the voiceover? Have you done this before? In which language? 5. YOUR SPEED AND YOUR SITUATION. How many finished 15-second vertical ads can you build in one working day, starting from a script? A real number, not "many". Which editing program and which computer do you use? When can you start, and how many hours per week can you commit? Are you okay with $5 per hour tracked in Clockify, and with a short unpaid test before we get on a call? 6. A 60-SECOND RECORDING OF YOURSELF SPEAKING ENGLISH. Loom, a voice message or an unlisted YouTube link. Introduce yourself and walk me

eCommerce Video Editor Application - Moon Nude

Confidential employer

About Moon Nude Moon Nude is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand selling beautifully designed, handmade products — makeup bags, hair tool bags, duffels, backpacks and more. Our primary market is the United States, alongside a growing international presence. We're building an in-house creative team and moving off agencies, and this role turns our creative concepts into the scroll-stopping video that drives our growth. The Role You turn raw footage and UGC into high-performing short-form video ads that sell. Working from a creative strategist's briefs inside a creative pod, you'll produce a high volume of paid-social video — primarily for Meta, plus TikTok and other channels — and iterate fast on what's winning. This is a performance role: we care about ads that scale, not just ads that look good. What You'll Do Edit ads end to end: cut UGC and raw footage into DR and brand video ads — hooks, pacing, captions/subtitles, sound design, and light motion. Iterate at volume: produce many variations and fresh iterations of winning concepts, quickly. Repurpose: resize and adapt creative across placements and aspect ratios. Move fast: turn briefs around quickly and fold in feedback from strategists and performance data. Stay organized: keep footage, assets, and project files tidy and easy to hand off. What We're Looking For Proven eCom/DTC ad editing: a portfolio of paid-social ads you've cut that actually performed. Fast and high-volume: you ship a lot without dropping quality. Hook & retention instinct: you understand what makes someone stop scrolling and buy — not just what looks nice. Tools: fluent in CapCut and/or Premiere Pro, plus After Effects for light motion. Performance mindset: comfortable being measured on results and iterating from data. Remote-ready: self-managing, reliable, with strong English. Nice to Have Motion graphics / animation. Experience sourcing or directing UGC creators. Comfort with AI editing and production tools. The Details Type: Full-time. Location: Fully remote. With reasonable overlap with US working hours (our primary market is the US). Compensation: performance-based — a base plus a bonus for every creative you produce that scales. Portfolio: required — please share past work, ideally ads that performed, not just a showreel. Apply here: ---------- We appreciate every application, but only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage of the hiring process. We look forward to learning more about you!

Confidential employer

B2B Cold Caller – Construction Bid List Outreach Remove It Pros is looking for a reliable, confident cold caller to make high-volume outbound calls to contractors and construction companies throughout Southwest Florida. We already have the leads. You do not need to find companies or build lists. We currently have approximately 19,000 businesses to contact, and this will be an ongoing position. Once we complete the list, we will work through it again. What You'll Do Your job is straightforward: Make outbound calls from our provided list. We're a demolition contractor here in Southwest Florida, and I was calling to see if we could get added to your bid list for upcoming demolition projects." If they say they're not the person who handles bidding: "No problem. Who would be the best person to speak with about getting an opportunity to bid on your next demolition project?" The goal is simple: Get Remove It Pros more opportunities to bid demolition projects. To Apply Please send: Your cold-calling experience. Your experience calling U.S. businesses. How many outbound calls you can realistically make during an 8-hour day. Your availability during Eastern Time business hours. A 30–60 second voice recording using the sample script above. CLAUDE AI MARKETING SPECIALIST FOR E-COMMERCE

Confidential employer

WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN A-PLAYER CLAUDE AI MARKETING SPECIALIST FOR E-COMMERCE We’re looking for someone who is extremely good with Claude and knows how to use AI effectively for e-commerce marketing. CLAUDE EXPERIENCE IS THE #1 REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE. You do NOT need to be a senior Creative Strategist or have 10 years of marketing experience. But you DO need to be highly skilled with Claude and understand enough about e-commerce marketing, direct response, customers, ads, and copy to use Claude effectively. We are looking for someone who uses Claude as a serious working tool - not someone who occasionally asks AI to "write ---------- Facebook ads." If you are constantly experimenting with Claude, building better prompts and workflows, feeding it research and context, and figuring out how to get significantly better outputs from AI, we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU’LL DO You will use Claude heavily for our e-commerce marketing operation. Your work will include: Using Claude for customer research Analyzing customer reviews, Reddit discussions, comments, and other research Finding customer pain points, desires, objections, and buying triggers Researching competitors and their advertising Using Claude to find patterns and insights in large amounts of information Developing ad angles and hooks Helping create direct response ad copy Creating creative briefs for our video and static ad creators Analyzing existing ads and finding new iteration opportunities Turning raw information into useful marketing insights Organizing research and context inside Claude Improving prompts, instructions, and AI workflows Building repeatable Claude workflows for our marketing team Finding new ways to use AI to make our marketing operation faster and better You will work together with other people in our marketing team. We want someone who understands that great AI output depends on great input, context, instructions, research, and workflows. You should know how to: Give Claude large amounts of useful context Structure information before asking for output Work with long documents and research Analyze large amounts of customer feedback Create strong prompts and reusable workflows Iterate on outputs instead of accepting the first answer Get Claude to follow specific marketing frameworks and instructions Use Claude for research, analysis, copy, ideation, and problem-solving Reduce generic "AI-sounding" output Build repeatable systems instead of starting from zero every time We are NOT looking for someone whose AI experience is limited to basic prompting. If your work helps us improve our marketing, find winning creatives, increase output, or build systems that save the team significant time, we are happy to pay additional performance-based bonuses on top of your hourly rate. The better you perform and the more value you bring to the business, the more you can earn. We are looking for someone who wants to work with us long term and grow together with the company. HOW TO APPLY Please send: A short introduction about yourself How long you have been using Claude How you currently use Claude in your daily work Your previous e-commerce or marketing experience Examples of Claude workflows, prompts, Projects, or systems you have built Which other AI tools you use Your weekly availability IMPORTANT - PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS 1. What makes you an advanced Claude user instead of an average Claude user? 2. Give us one real example of a workflow you have built or regularly use inside Claude. 3. Imagine we give you 1,000 customer reviews for an e-commerce product. Explain how you would use Claude to turn those reviews into useful marketing insights, hooks, and ad ideas. 4. What are your favorite Claude features for marketing work, and why? 5. How do you prevent Claude from producing generic AI-sounding marketing content? PLEASE NOTE Claude experience is more important to us than having a senior marketing background. If you are extremely good with Claude and have solid marketing fundamentals, we want to hear from you. If you have strong marketing experience but only basic Claude experience, this role is probably not the right fit. We are looking for a genuine Claude power user who wants to use AI every day to help grow e-commerce brands.

Static Ads Designer (Graphic Designer) - Meta / Facebook Ads

Confidential employer

STATIC ADS DESIGNER (GRAPHIC DESIGNER) - META / FACEBOOK ADS Remote | Full-Time | $1,500-$2,000/mo + bonuses on every winning ad We're a new health and wellness supplement brand, built by a founder who has already scaled a brand to eight figures. We grow through Meta ads. Static ads are a big part of that, and we're hiring our first graphic designer: someone whose whole job is making them. You'll build 10-15 ad concepts a week from our creative strategist's briefs. Once those are done, you can make your own ads too. If they win, you get paid for them. ============================== WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT ============================== YOU GET PAID WHEN YOUR ADS WIN $250 for every winning ad from a brief. 1.5% of ad spend on your own winning ads, for as long as they run. YOU'LL GET BETTER FAST 40-60 of your ads go live every month with real spend data. You'll learn what actually sells in weeks, not years. YOU GET CREATIVE FREEDOM We like bold ideas. We're not a brand that says no to everything. WE TEACH YOU CREATIVE STRATEGY Prompts, training and paid courses, so your own ads win more often. YOUR OWN IDEAS GET LAUNCHED Most design jobs only let you build other people's ideas. Here, once your briefs are done, you can make your own ads and we'll run them with real budget. YOUR WINS GET NOTICED Small team, so good work doesn't get buried. ============================== WHAT YOU'LL DO ============================== — Build 10-15 static ad concepts a week from strategist briefs, on time — Get most concepts right in one round of revisions or less — Turn around ad hoc visuals (product page images, site graphics) within 48 hours — Make your own ads once your weekly briefs are done You'll report to our Creative Strategist. ============================== HOW WE MEASURE YOU ============================== Main goal: winning ads per month. We also track: — Concepts shipped per week — On-time delivery — Revision rounds per concept — Hit rate (how many of your ads become winners) ============================== GROWTH ============================== The next step is Senior Graphic Designer: hiring, training and managing other designers once the team grows. Leadership is optional. If you'd rather stay a specialist and just get really good at design, that's fine too. ============================== WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR ============================== MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE — 1+ year designing static ads for ecommerce brands (Meta or other paid social) — A portfolio of static ads you personally made. Brand or web work alone doesn't show you can make ads. — Strong in Photoshop, Figma or similar — Good spoken and written English. Briefs and feedback are written, and you'll be on calls with the team. — Reliable internet and your own computer MUST-HAVE TRAITS — You take feedback without ego and apply it the first time — You work fast without the quality dropping — You know what makes an ad stop the scroll: clear hierarchy, easy to read on a phone — You use AI image tools and keep up as they change — You communicate clearly: you confirm briefs, ask questions before starting, and flag problems the same day — You want to keep getting better at your craft ============================== WHAT WE DON'T CARE ABOUT ============================== — Motion or video editing — Pixel-perfect polish. Speed and testing beat perfection here. — A design degree — Being charismatic on calls ============================== THIS ISN'T FOR YOU IF ============================== — You want to keep other clients or freelance on the side. This is full-time with us only. — You can't be online 3-5pm LA (Pacific) time every weekday — You get defensive when your work gets feedback — You don't want to use AI tools ============================== HOW WE WORK ============================== — Post your daily priorities in a shared channel — Get direct feedback often, including from the founder — Give feedback upward too — Work from written briefs and ask questions async — Weekly calls with the creative team — Strategist briefs come first, then ad hoc requests, then your own ads — Flag a slipping deadline before it's missed, not after ============================== PAY ============================== — $1,500 - $2,000 USD per month, depending on experience — $250 for every winning ad from a strategist brief — 1.5% of ad spend on your own winning ads, for as long as they keep hitting our targets For example: 2 winning ads from briefs in a month is $500. One of your own ads spending $50k that month adds $750. That's $1,250 on top of base. This is an example, not a guarantee. ============================== BENEFITS ============================== — 20 days paid time off — Fully remote — Flexible hours outside the daily overlap — Paid courses that improve your design or ad-making — AI tools and software paid for ============================== HOURS ============================== — Full-time — Online 3-5pm LA (Pacific) time every weekday. That's early morning in Asia and afternoon in Latin America. Outside that, set your own schedule. We care about output, not hours logged. — Open to candidates anywhere in the world ============================== HOW TO APPLY ============================== 1) Fill out the application form: ---------- 2) Screening call 3) Work History Interview 4) Design assessment 5) Final interview 6) Reference calls Ready to get paid for every winning ad, see your work run with a real budget every week, and learn what actually makes ads sell? We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis and will close the role once it's filled. Apply now. ----------

Facebook Media Buyer for a Pet Supplies Store

Confidential employer

We sell dog beds, leashes and grooming products online, and Facebook is where nearly all our new customers come from. Our marketing lead has been running the ads alongside everything else on her plate and it's no longer working, so we want someone to take it over properly. A normal day would start with checking yesterday's results, moving budget away from ad sets that are slipping, and launching whatever new creative we have ready. You'd also keep an eye on whether Ads Manager numbers actually line up with orders in our store, since they often drift apart. We need someone who already knows Ads Manager and understands how purchase tracking works. Being comfortable in spreadsheets and writing clearly in English matters just as much. If you've run ads for a physical product before, that helps, but we're happy to train the right person on the rest. Most of our communication is written, with one call a week. We won't ever ask you to pay for anything as part of applying. To apply, send your CV to: corneliusgriffin1247 gmail com

Meta Advertising Specialist

Confidential employer

We're a small team that gets inquiries for roofers, plumbers and landscaping companies. Almost everything runs through Meta lead forms, and we need another person for about four hours a day. The work is repetitive in a good way. You'd build lead campaigns from our templates, check each ad carefully before it goes live, make sure new leads reach the client the same day, and keep comment sections clean. If you understand how lead forms work and you're the type who genuinely follows a checklist instead of skimming it, you'll do well. We run almost everything through Google Sheets. Your first couple of weeks are training with our account lead, so it's fine if parts of our process are new to you. To apply, send your CV to: corneliusgriffin1247 gmail com
