ROLE: Full-time GoHighLevel Builder
RATE: $10/hr USD, $1,733/month, paid weekly via Wise
HOURS: 40/week, Mon to Fri, with 6 hours daily overlap to CET (3pm to 9pm Manila in summer, 2pm to 8pm Manila in winter)
START: Within 2 weeks of offer
TYPE: Independent contractor, long-term (12 months+ expected)

We're a small operator team running three connected businesses:

The Product Ladder: productised builds for expert-led service businesses globally
Retreat Founders: positioning and systems for retreat operators
Padel Stays: a padel travel and tech business with a SaaS product line launching this year

All three run on GoHighLevel. We deliver done-for-you funnels, automations, and full product ecosystems for our clients, and we're scaling.

THE ROLE

This is a pure build seat. You take wireframes, briefs, and Loom walkthroughs from us and turn them into finished, working systems inside GoHighLevel. You'll build for our clients and for our three internal brands, including the Padel Stays SaaS snapshot. You're the person who builds, day in and day out.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build landing pages, sales pages, and full websites in GHL from wireframes
• Create GHL automations, workflows, pipelines, and triggers
• Set up email sequences, SMS flows, and WhatsApp automations
• Build membership areas, courses, and community spaces inside GHL
• Build and refine the Padel Stays SaaS snapshot
• Publish blog posts inside GHL with on-page SEO
• Set up Stripe checkouts, calendar bookings, and form integrations
• Configure DNS, email deliverability, and domain auth (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Register A2P 10DLC for US clients
• QA your own work end to end before handover

YOU ARE A FIT IF

• You have at least 2 years building inside GoHighLevel as your primary platform
• You can show 3+ live GHL builds you personally shipped (live links, not screenshots)
• You have a strong visual eye. We expect builds that look clean and professional, not template-default
• You are comfortable with HTML and CSS tweaks inside GHL
• You can set up DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, A2P, and Stripe without hand-holding
• You write clear English and reply on Slack inside working hours
• You can read a Loom once and execute without 12 follow-up questions
• You can commit to 6 hours daily overlap with CET, every working day

YOU ARE NOT A FIT IF

• GHL is something you "are learning"
• You need to be told the same thing twice
• You are juggling three other full-time clients
• You want to move into ops or strategy in 6 months
• You can't commit to the 6-hour CET overlap window

WHAT WE OFFER

• $10/hr, $1,733/month, paid weekly via Wise every Friday
• 13th-month bonus paid in line with PH custom
• Performance review at month 6 with a raise of 5 to 10% for hitting KPIs
• 10 paid holidays per year plus PH public holidays
• All software licences provided (GHL agency seat, Loom Pro, Slack, ClickUp, 1Password, Notion)
• $300 equipment stipend after month 2 against receipts
• Long-term, stable role. We hire for 24 months, not 3

HOW TO APPLY (read carefully, we filter on this)

a) Links to 3 GHL builds you personally built. Live URLs, not screenshots. Tell us what you built and what was tricky.
b) The most complex automation you have ever shipped, in 4 sentences or fewer.
c) Your current other commitments and weekly hours available.
d) Your DISC result if you have one.

3. Attach a 90-second Loom of your face and screen, walking through ONE GHL funnel or automation you built. Unlisted is fine. Show the back-end, not just the live page.

4. End your message with the word PADEL so we know you read this.

Applications missing the Loom, missing the four answers, or missing the word PADEL will not be reviewed. No exceptions.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Filter pass leads to a 4-question availability check. Pass that, you get a paid 2-hour test brief ($20 USD via Wise on submission, regardless of outcome). Pass the test, we book a 30-minute video call. Offer same day if it's a yes.
