Audio Repair Specialist Needed: Fix Damaged Voice Recording (Paid Test)

I recorded some tutorial videos without realising my mic was set to my EarPods, so the voice sounds muffled, echoey, and compressed, almost like mumbling. I've already tried Adobe Podcast Enhance and Premiere Pro's DeReverb, and neither fixed it.

I need an audio editor who can make the voice clear and natural, good enough to publish on YouTube.
