We’re looking for a LONG TERM A Player Virtual Assistant to become the first hire in a fast-growing luxury outdoor living marketing agency with plenty of opportunities to advance your skill set and salary.
This is a black hat role — meaning you’ll handle all the tasks the founder no longer has time for.

1. Managing client onboarding, setting up basic GHL forms, folders, and automations
2. Creating, Posting, editing, and refreshing Facebook & IG ads
3. Using Capcut to edit videos
4. Updating and organizing client dashboards & internal trackers (Google Sheets)
5. Following SOPs and helping build new ones
6. Doing whatever it takes to free up the founder’s time

• Requirements:

Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Great at following SOPs and taking initiative when none exist
Knows their way around Google Sheets/Drive/Docs, Slack, Go High Level, Meta Ads (basic)
Quick learner, fast executor — no hand-holding needed
Hungry to grow inside a fast-moving team
Experience with agencies or online businesses, a bonus
