1. Strong Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects skills
2. Excellent English
3. Ability to edit 3 Reels per day
4. Strong motion graphics skills
5. Great eye for B-roll selection & storytelling
6. Ability to listen to and apply feedback
7. Fast communication & turnaround time
