Exciting Sales Closer + Ops Role for Busy Residential & Commercial Cleaning Company (US Based)

Confidential employer

Read every word. There's an instruction near the bottom that gets you hired. Miss it and you're out — that's test #1, and it starts now. We're Greater Phoenix Cleaning. We clean homes and businesses across Phoenix, Arizona, and we are on a tear — building this into a multi-seven-figure company with locations opening across the United States. Think of us like a championship sports team. Everyone here is a starter. Everyone is accountable. We train hard, we keep score, we celebrate the wins loudly, and we don't carry passengers. If you're used to hiding in the middle of a big org where nobody notices you coasting — you will hate it here, and we'll notice fast. We're hiring ONE leader. A Closer. Someone who can run the day-to-day of a busy cleaning company, close deals on the phone, take an angry customer and turn them into a raving fan, keep a crew of cleaners moving, and stay calm and sharp when the day goes sideways — because some days, it will. We hire leaders, not order-takers. If you need someone telling you what to do every hour, close this post — we'll both be happier. If you see a problem and just handle it, keep reading. THE ONE THING THAT'S NON-NEGOTIABLE We do not hire lazy. Not "a little lazy on Fridays." Not "lazy in the parts nobody sees." If you cut corners anywhere in your life, it shows up everywhere eventually — and it has no home on this team. We want the person who does it right when no one is watching, who finishes what they start, and who is a little annoyed by their own unfinished work. If that's not you, you already know, and this will save us both time. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO Close deals. Talk to people who want their space cleaned and turn them into paying customers. Negotiate, handle objections, win. Recurring customers and raving fans are the engine of this company. One-time cleans are not. Turning the customer into a fan and a long-term friend is the goal! Own escalations. When a customer is upset, you step in, take the heat, fix it, and save the relationship. People feel handled when they deal with you. Run the day. Keep jobs on track, connect customers and cleaners, put out the small fires before they become big ones. Lead the crew. Not babysit — lead. Set the standard, hold the line, help people win. Upgrade the machine. Spot what's slow or broken and build a better way. Solve a problem once so it never comes back. WHO YOU ARE Happy. Real energy. People feel better after talking to you. This matters more than you'd guess. Hungry. You want to grow, earn, and build something real. Coasting bores you. Humble. You take hard feedback like a pro and never think you're above the work. Sharp. Fast learner. You connect dots other people walk right past. A leader. You've led something — a team, a shift, a project — and you were good at it. People follow you without being told to. A self-development junkie. Books, courses, podcasts — nobody has to push you. You sharpen your craft on your own time because you actually enjoy it. Growth mindset. "I don't know how yet." Every setback is just data. WHY THIS BEATS A CORPORATE JOB No red tape. No politics. No pretending to look busy. We move fast, we have fun, we treat people like adults, and we keep score honestly. You'll work directly with the owner and have a real seat at the table as we scale nationwide. The people who join early and perform are the people who lead our future locations. We build leaders here — that's the entire point. THE HONEST PART This is demanding. Customers can be hard, days get chaotic, and you'll be trusted with a lot, fast. If you want easy and quiet, we are not it. If you want to be pushed, to grow, to earn, and to help build something that becomes a household name across America — welcome home. Cleaning, home-services, dispatch, or field-team experience is a real plus. But we'll take a phenomenal leader and teach them cleaning over someone who knows cleaning but can't lead. Both? Even better. HOW TO APPLY (this is the tryout — you're going to close us on camera) We're a sales team. So don't type us an essay — we won't read a wall of text, and neither will your future customers. Get on camera and close us. If you can't close us on hiring you, you can't close the people who pay us. It's that simple. Two things — that's the whole application: -Put the word DESERT in the first line of your message so we know you read this. No DESERT, no reply. (Test #1 — passed or failed before we even hit play.) -Record a 2–3 minute video of YOURSELF ON CAMERA — face visible. Not a voice-only clip. Not just your screen. You, talking to the lens like it's a customer who just said "let me think about it." Loom, YouTube unlisted, Google Drive — paste the link. In it, close us: 1. Who you are and why you're a leader, not an order-taker. Ten seconds. Don't ramble — tight is a skill. 2. One time you turned an angry customer or a bad situation completely around. Specifics. What you did, how it ended. 3. What you're doing right now to get better at your craft — the last book, course, or podcast you finished and the one thing you actually changed. 4. Then close. Ask us for the job. Handle the objection out loud: "Why you over everyone else applying?" Sell us. Don't be shy — that's the entire test. No cover letter. No essay. If the video isn't there — or it's a black screen with a voice — we skip it, no exceptions. The people who won't get on camera are exactly the people we don't want on the phone. We watch every video that comes in with DESERT. Show us the close. Let's go build something big. — The Greater Phoenix Cleaning Team

VIDEO EDITOR NEEDED — SPEAKER SIZZLE REEL + AI/GREEN SCREEN EXPERT

Confidential employer

VIDEO EDITOR NEEDED — SPEAKER SIZZLE REEL + AI/GREEN SCREEN EXPERT Please read the full post before applying. I’m looking for an experienced video editor who specializes in speaker sizzle reels, keynote/speaker videos, or similar high-energy promotional videos. I already have a professionally produced speaker sizzle reel that is under 3 minutes long, and I want to keep the majority of the existing edit intact. I need someone who can make a handful of additions and refinements while maintaining the quality, pacing, music, and energy of the existing reel. A Little About the Project I used to do a lot of speaking around the country, but I took some time away from speaking to focus on being a mom. I'm now getting back into speaking and want to update my existing reel so it reflects where I am today and gives me something strong to use as I start booking speaking engagements again. My current speaking reel can be viewed here: Current Speaker Reel — ---------- Please watch the reel before applying. I want someone who understands the style and level of production I’m going for. WHAT I NEED The existing reel has music and applause layered into the audio. I need to add several new clips without making the new footage feel like it was simply dropped into the existing video. The editor needs to be comfortable with: 1. AI Audio Separation / Audio Editing Some of the footage I need to add already has music and/or applause overlaid. I need someone who knows how to use AI audio separation tools or other professional techniques to isolate/remove existing music and applause, so that we can work with the underlying speech/audio. Then, once the clips are edited into the reel, you should be able to restore/reintegrate appropriate music and applause so the finished piece sounds cohesive. This is an important part of the job. I'm specifically looking for someone who has actually done this before — not someone who simply knows that AI audio tools exist. 2. Green Screen / Background Replacement Several of the new clips were shot on a green screen. You need to be very comfortable with professional green-screen keying and background replacement. In particular, I need someone who understands how to eliminate the green halo/spill around hair, clothing, and the edges of the subject so the final footage looks like I was genuinely filmed on a stage. You may use: Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro AI video tools Professional keying/rotoscoping techniques Other high-end tools you are experienced with The end result needs to look realistic — not like an obvious green-screen composite. 3. Realistic Stage Backgrounds You should know how to take a green-screen speaker clip and place it into a realistic stage environment, including getting the: Perspective Scale Lighting Color Shadows Edge treatment Background blur/depth Overall integration to look believable. THE TRIAL PROJECT Before hiring for the full project, I want to do a small paid trial/project. I will provide one of the clips that needs to be added to the reel. Your job will be to: Take that green-screen clip and place me into a realistic-looking stage environment so that it looks like I was actually speaking on that stage. That's it. If you already have the skills I'm looking for, this should be a relatively quick project. I'm NOT looking for someone to spend hours creating an elaborate new video for the trial. I want to see whether you can make the footage look professionally shot on a real stage. If the trial looks good, I will move forward with the editor to integrate the clips into the complete sizzle reel. WHO I'M LOOKING FOR I'm looking for someone who has actual experience editing speaker sizzle reels, keynote reels, event reels, promotional videos, or similar work. You should have an excellent eye for: Pacing Storytelling Music Timing Cutting on action Audience reactions Applause Speaker energy Professional presentation Making someone look compelling on stage Technical ability is important, but so is taste. I don't want someone who simply knows how to operate Premiere. I want someone who understands why a speaker reel works. REQUIRED: SHOW ME YOUR WORK Please include links to actual reels/videos you have edited. I am particularly interested in: Speaker sizzle reels Keynote speaker reels Corporate/event highlight reels Videos involving green-screen/background replacement Work involving AI audio separation or difficult audio cleanup Please don't just send me a portfolio website with 50 unrelated videos. I want to see the specific work YOU edited. If possible, briefly tell me what you personally did on each relevant project. BONUS — REFERRAL If you have worked on a speaker's reel and that speaker is willing to provide a referral/reference, please put "REFERRAL AVAILABLE" in the subject line of your application. That will immediately get my attention. ESTIMATED BUDGET / YOUR PRICE Please give me your ballpark estimate for completing this project based on the description above. I understand that you may need to see the actual footage before giving me a firm quote. Please provide either: Your estimated total project price, OR Your hourly rate + estimated number of hours and explain briefly what your estimate includes. POTENTIAL FOR ONGOING WORK This project could lead to significantly more work. If this goes well, I will likely be looking for a regular video editor for my social media content in the near future. That would be a more ongoing relationship involving short-form videos, social media content, clips, reels, and other video projects. So while this initial job is specifically focused on my speaker sizzle reel, I'm interested in finding someone who could potentially become my go-to editor. TO APPLY Please include: 1. Your name 2. Your hourly rate and/or project rate 3. Links to 2–5 relevant videos you personally edited 4. Your experience with speaker/keynote sizzle reels 5. Your experience with green-screen/background replacement 6. What AI tools you use for audio separation, video editing, or background replacement 7. Your estimated cost for this project 8. Your availability / turnaround time 9. If you have a speaker client who can provide a referral, put "REFERRAL AVAILABLE" in the subject line. IMPORTANT: Please watch my current speaker reel before applying: ---------- I am looking for someone who can preserve what is already working while making the new footage look like it was always part of the original production. If you have the technical skills AND the creative eye to do that, I'd love to see your work. Please put "Green Screen Pro" in the subject line so I know you read the whole post. Thank you!

Dispatch Operations Specialist

Confidential employer

We’re hiring our first dedicated Dispatcher to support our growing operations, particularly on a network of autonomous vehicles and food-delivery robots across U.S. markets. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day dispatch including monitoring live fleet operations, coordinating with field teams, troubleshooting issues as they happen, and helping build dispatch workflows that will support the operation as it scales. You’ll be working across multiple systems and communication channels, keeping track of what’s happening across different markets and jumping in when something needs attention. You’ll work closely with field operators and internal teams, make quick calls when issues come up, and speak directly with customers when needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable making quick decisions, switching between different tools, and working with both internal teams and external customers. You’ll be working closely with U.S.-based field teams every shift, so previous experience supporting U.S. operations remotely is a strong plus. Since this function is still being built, you’ll also have a real opportunity to help shape the workflows, escalation paths, and processes that the team will use as it grows. What You'll Do Monitor fleet activity and alert channels across multiple platforms and markets, tracking robot and vehicle locations, battery levels, active tasks, and delivery status. Own operational issues through resolution by identifying and prioritizing issues as they arise, including stalled or immobilized robots, unsafe conditions, missed tasks, and deliveries that fall off schedule. Contact the assigned field operator to resolve the issue, and follow established escalation procedures when they do not respond within the required timeframe. Coordinate backup coverage when the assigned operator is unavailable so that fleet operations continue without interruption. Continuously triage incoming alerts, messages, and fleet data, determining what requires immediate action and what can be handled through normal workflows. Prioritize and coordinate field service activity across markets, including battery swaps, robot recoveries, fleet interventions, and other service stops. Handle calls from drivers and supervisors on active runs who are unable to locate a delivery address or reach a customer, and resolve the issue on their behalf. Contact customers directly to confirm delivery locations, obtain access instructions, or complete a drop off. Document each i ---------- , the actions taken, and any details relevant to future operations - such as gate codes, difficult access points, and recurring problem locations - and help pinpoint recurring patterns that can improve future workflows and customer technology. Contribute to the development of dispatch procedures, escalation paths, and operational documentation as the operation grows. Work across multiple customer platforms, dashboards, Slack channels, and internal tools, quickly building context even when information is spread across different systems. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, fleet operations, transportation, field operations, or another fast-moving operations environment. At least 1 year of experience working directly with a startup is highly preferred Experience supporting U.S.-based companies, customers, drivers, operators, or field teams, preferably in a remote or offshore setup. Hands-on experience coordinating drivers, field workers, technicians, couriers, vehicles, deliveries, or other moving resources. Strong real-time problem-solving skills. You can assess a situation quickly, figure out what needs to happen, and take action without waiting to be told every step. Comfortable handling multiple tasks, systems, and communication channels at the same time, as well as piecing together information across multiple tools when troubleshooting an issue. Confident in communicating with customers, drivers, operators, and internal teams, including people you may be interacting with for the first time. Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with unfamiliar customers, drivers, and operators in real time. Strong, natural English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly capture what happened, what was done, and what needs to happen next. Comfortable working with technology and learning unfamiliar platforms quickly. Able to stay calm, organized, and responsive when several time-sensitive issues happen at once. Comfortable working in a startup environment where processes and tools are still evolving. Available to work U.S.-aligned hours, including weekends or other coverage periods when needed. Reliable internet connection and a dependable work-from-home setup. Salary and Benefits: Base salary: 55,000 PHP per month Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays 100% Work From Home Application Instructions Please send your resume link using a publicly accessible PDF from Google Drive. Make sure it is a direct file link (not a folder or Google Doc). Links from Dropbox, OneDrive, OnlineJobs, or other similar platforms, as well as non-direct file links, may not be reviewed by our Talent Team. Please also include: A short explanation of why you're a good fit for the role Copy and paste this Job ID: recmo8reAKGvUZ3su and include it in your email subject line Include this message in your email body: "I'm excited to be applying to Job recmo8reAKGvUZ3su!"
