About us
We're a fast-scaling DTC brand portfolio (health, wellness, supplements, apparel). We don't make "pretty" videos — we make direct-response ads that sell: VSLs, UGC, AI-animation, and localized ad videos that run on Facebook /Instagram & TikTok at scale. We ship many new creatives every week off a clear brief system.

What you'll do

Edit VSLs (60s–7 min) and short-form hooks for paid social.
Cut for retention — strong hooks, tight pacing, pattern-interrupts, zero dead air.
Add captions/subtitles (English + Hebrew text provided), b-roll, simple motion graphics, and on-screen text that carries the story sound-off.
Work from our briefs (script + reference + mechanism) and follow the DR structure: hook ? problem ? mechanism ? proof ? offer ? CTA.
Use AI tools to move faster (AI voiceover, AI-animation/lip-sync, auto silence-trim).
Deliver fast, take feedback, iterate.
You must have

A portfolio of direct-response / performance ad edits (not weddings/corporate) — ads meant to convert.
A real feel for hooks and retention.
Speed, reliability, and organization across many files/versions.
Strong English, reliable internet, and your own editing setup.
Bonus: AI-animation/CGI, supplement/health VSLs, motion graphics, multi-language localization.
