Social Media VA — Facebook & Instagram Posting Tasks | Work From Home, Hourly + Bonus (Part-Time)

We're a Hong Kong-based telecom company expanding in the Philippines. We're looking for reliable, home-based social media partners for a simple, fully-guided posting task. We provide everything — the videos, the scripts, and step-by-step guidance.

Part-time, flexible, project-based. Paid hourly + performance bonuses.

>> What you'll do

• Post short videos on your own Facebook AND Instagram (we create the videos for you — featuring you, made with AI from your photos)
• Keep each post up for 7 days and reply to comments using our ready-made templates
• Send our prepared message to people who comment
• Submit a screenshot of your post insights after 7 days

Each round takes roughly 2–3 hours of actual work spread over 7 days. No content creation. No cold messaging. No selling to your friends and family.

• REQUIRED: Active Facebook + Instagram personal accounts (real accounts with genuine friends/followers and engagement)
• STRONG PLUS: TikTok
• BONUS: YouTube channel

>> Who we're looking for

• Reliable and consistent with simple tasks
• Comfortable appearing in short video clips made from your photos (full guidance given; written consent required)
• BIG PLUS: background in direct selling or online selling — you'll understand the audience and earn bonuses faster

>> Payment (via GCash)

• Base pay: US$[3]/hour (approx. 2–3 hours per round, paid per completed round)
• Signup bonus: PHP 15–30 per verified signup from your post (rate depends on lead quality)
• Conversion bonus: PHP 250–500 for each person who becomes a full member
• First round = paid trial
• Top performers get invited to a bigger long-term partnership with more rounds and a larger role
