About the Role

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Manager who will play a key role in client communication, scheduling coordination, and service sales.

Requirements
1. High level of English (Upper-Intermediate and above).
2. Experience in sales will be an advantage.
3. Ability to work with CRM — we will train you if you don’t have experience.
4. Strong communication skills, responsibility, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handling incoming calls and communicating with clients
2. Active sales of cleaning services to American clients
3. Managing clients in CRM systems (booking, updates, statuses)
4. Supporting clients throughout all stages (from inquiry to payment)
5. Assisting with scheduling and coordinating work for cleaning teams
6. Preparing reports based on work performance

What We Offer
1. Fully remote position — work from anywhere in the world.
2. Flexible work format of your choice (allowing you to work from anywhere in the world): part-time (about 15 days per month), ¾ or 4/3 schedule, working hours from 9:00–7:00 AM (PT), or full-time from Monday to Friday, or any other 5 days during the week 9:00–7:00 AM (PT).
