Amazon FBA Product Research VA – Ungated Product Finder

I’m looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant with Amazon FBA/Online Arbitrage experience to help me find products that I am approved/eligible to sell on my Amazon Seller account.

This is a research-focused position. Your main job will be to find potential products, check the numbers, and most importantly verify that I am eligible to sell the product before recommending it.

Responsibilities

• Find profitable Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) products.
• Research products from Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Staples, Office Depot, and other reputable retailers.
• Check Amazon ASINs and verify seller eligibility.
• Use Amazon Seller Central to confirm whether I can sell each product.
• Analyze Amazon selling price, Buy Box, competition, FBA fees, estimated profit, and ROI.
• Look for products with good demand and reasonable competition.
• Avoid gated, restricted, hazmat, meltable, and other risky products unless specifically approved.
• Double-check every product before submitting it.
• Keep an organized spreadsheet of all product leads.

• Retail price
• Amazon selling price
• Estimated FBA fees
• Estimated profit
• ROI
• Number of competing sellers
• Eligibility/approval status
• Retail product link
• Screenshot of eligibility when necessary

Requirements

Must have:

• Previous Amazon FBA/Online Arbitrage product research experience.
• Experience using Amazon Seller Central.
• Understanding of ASINs, FBA fees, ROI, profit margins, Buy Box, and competition.
• Ability to verify product eligibility instead of guessing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good English communication.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently.

Preferred:

• Experience with Keepa.
• Experience with SellerAmp.
• Experience with Tactical Arbitrage.
• Experience with RevSeller or similar Amazon research tools.

Very Important

I do NOT want a VA who simply finds products that look profitable.

The product must be checked against my specific Amazon Seller Central account to make sure I am eligible to sell it.

The VA will identify potential profitable products and provide the ASINs for me to verify eligibility through my Amazon Seller Central account. Once I confirm eligibility, the VA will continue researching similar products and build an approved-product database.

Trial Task

Before hiring, I may provide a small research task to test your ability to:

1. Find potential products.
2. Check Amazon competition.
3. Calculate estimated profit and ROI.
4. Verify my seller eligibility.
5. Present the information clearly.
