We manage the online presence of a small group of content creators in Europe and the US. The public side of that is posts and profiles. The part almost nobody sees, and the part that actually pays the bills, is the direct messages. That is the job. What the job actually is: You run the inbox for the creators we work with. Hundreds of messages come in. You answer them as the creator, in her voice, using the character sheet and the guidelines we give you. The skill is not typing fast, although that helps. The skill is recognising who you are talking to. Some people want a quick exchange and nothing else. Some are lonely and want somebody to notice them. Some are testing whether there is a real human on the other end. Treating all three the same is the single most expensive mistake in this job, and it is the one nearly everybody makes at the start. You will also handle scheduled message campaigns, keep notes on regular followers, and flag anything that needs a manager. Everything is text. No calls, no video, no camera. What we need: 8 hour shifts, 6 to 7 days a week. We build the rotation together, but we need someone who shows up. Your own PC or laptop and stable internet. No phone work. English at C1 or better. Slang, tone and subtext, not just grammar. If somebody writes "sure, whatever" you should know that is not agreement. Willingness to take direct feedback. Every two to three days you get written notes with specific examples pulled from your own conversations. People who defend their mistakes do not last here. The creators we work with are not a family friendly brand and the material is not PG. Nothing you handle is illegal, and nothing involves you personally on camera, but if you need your work to be family friendly, skip this one. A plus, not a requirement: If you speak or read German, say so in your application and tell us your level. Some of the creators we manage serve the German market. We work with translation tools, so German is not required, but somebody who actually understands the language catches nuance the tools flatten out. We test this in a short conversation before we make anything of it, so please do not claim a level you cannot hold. If you studied at Goethe-Institut, at one of the German language schools in Cebu, Manila or Davao, through a DepEd German program at your high school, or while preparing for work abroad that did not end up happening, mention it. It matters to us. What we pay: $2/Hour + 2% commission starting salary $3/Hour + 3% commission after having good results with us On top of that there are performance bonuses tied to specific things we are trying to improve at any given time. Response speed is usually one of them. We pay on schedule. Every time. Ask our team. Where this goes: We are a small operation and we are growing. The people who train new hires, review conversations and run shifts came out of this exact position. We would rather promote someone who already knows how we work than hire a stranger into a senior role. If you are still here in a year and you are good, you will not be doing the same job. How to apply: Your name, your timezone, your typing speed, a picture of your work setup and whether you speak German. Applications that say "I am interested, please send details" get no reply.

PLEASE READ FIRST β do not apply through OnlineJobs.ph. Applications sent through this site are not reviewed. To be considered, you must apply through our own form here: ---------- tion.site/3b70d95da57c80ec9e3ff25ac24cd60a It takes about 10 minutes and includes a short voice recording. Hi, I'm Dr. Abrar Al-Shaer, PhD, RD, LDN: a registered dietitian nutritionist and herbalist in the United States. I run Precision Women's Care, an integrative practice where we help women get to the root of their health issues β PCOS, fertility, hormones, gut health, perimenopause β and feel like themselves again. We're a small, close team, fully remote, and we care a great deal about the women who come to us. Women find us, reach out, and genuinely want help β and then some of them quietly slip away because nobody followed up well enough. I'm looking for someone to own our front door: the leads, the phone, the follow-up, and the conversation that turns an interested woman into a patient. This is a sales role, and it's also the first voice a woman hears from our practice. Both have to be true at once. About the pay, before anything else. Your base is $7/hour, but this role is built so your income follows your results, not the clock. You earn a bonus on every patient and member you bring in, so $1,000+ a month is well within reach if you convert well. Do this properly and you should out-earn the hourly rate comfortably. What you'll do Follow up quickly with every woman who reaches out, and guide her toward booking Have the real conversation: what we offer, what it costs, and what's holding her back Turn interested women into patients and members Keep following up with the ones who say "let me think about it" β this is where most of the value lives Answer and return calls on our practice phone during US hours Schedule patient follow-ups and make sure nothing sits unanswered Who I'm looking for Near-native English comes first, and it isn't negotiable. You'll be on the phone with American women talking about deeply personal things. You need to sound warm, natural, and completely at ease β able to hear hesitation in someone's voice and respond to it. Not scripted. Not stiff. You've actually sold something and closed it. Health, wellness, coaching, or memberships is a real plus You're comfortable with money. You can say a price out loud and then stay quiet You're warm, not pushy. Hard-closing will damage the trust our patients place in us You run yourself. You'll own the follow-up. Nobody will chase you You can work a consistent 4-hour block each weekday, on US Eastern time This role is open to women only. Our patients are women discussing fertility and hormones, and they've told us plainly that they're more comfortable speaking with another woman The details Pay: $7/hour base, plus a bonus on every patient and member you bring in. A strong month lands around $1,000+ per month Hours: 20 per week to start β the same 4-hour block each weekday, US Eastern Growth: 4-week paid fellowship ? 3 months part-time ? full-time based on performance We provide: our practice phone system, Notion, and Toggl How to apply 1. Application and voice recording: ---------- tion.site/3b70d95da57c80ec9e3ff25ac24cd60a. 2. Interview. A real conversation, with some role-play. 3. Fellowship. A paid 4 weeks working alongside us. Transaction Coordinator β Real Estate (Full-Time, US Hours) We're a US-based land investing company. We buy and sell vacant land. Once a deal is under contract, it becomes your file β and it stays your file until it funds. We're not looking for someone to wait for instructions. We're looking for the person who owns the process β who knows the status of every deal without being asked, chases whoever needs chasing, and closes the loop on everything. This role is deadline work. Contracts have dates. Escrow has dates. If a date is missed, the deal dies or we lose earnest money. What You Actually Do (Daily) -Open the file. Contract signed β send fully executed copy to title/escrow same day, open escrow, confirm EMD wired and receipted, log every key date in the CRM. -Build and run the date calendar. Inspection deadline, financing contingency, EMD hard date, closing date. Every deadline gets a reminder at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day. -Chase title. Order the title commitment, read it when it arrives, flag liens, back taxes, easements, access issues, and probate/heirship problems. Push the title company weekly until cleared. -Chase everyone else. Surveyors, county offices, notaries, lenders, the buyer's agent. You are the person who follows up, not the person who waits. -Manage documents. Deeds, addendums, assignments, W-9s, disclosures, closing statements. Correct version, correct signatures, correct place, on time. -Review the settlement statement before closing. Catch wrong numbers, wrong names, wrong parcel numbers, wrong wiring instructions. -Send a Monday pipeline report. Every open file, its status, its next deadline, and anything that is stuck and why. -Escalate fast. If a deal is at risk, I hear about it the same day β not the week it dies. Requirements -Full-time, 9AMβ6PM US Eastern, MondayβFriday. Non-negotiable. -Major city with fast, stable internet. Backup internet and power required. -Excellent written and spoken English. You'll be email ing and calling title companies and attorneys daily. -Obsessively organized. You track everything in writing. Nothing lives only in your head. -You follow up without being told. Silence from a title company is a task for you, not an excuse. -Laziness is not an option. This role is ownership, not order-taking. If you need to be chased, don't apply. Nice to Have -Prior transaction coordination, title, escrow, or real estate admin experience -GoHighLevel (GHL) experience β big plus -Familiarity with county GIS sites, recorder's offices, and title commitments -Experience with land specifically (not just houses) Pay $700 β $1,100/month, depending on experience Paid weekly or bi-weekly Do Not Apply If -You've never worked to a hard deadline someone else set -You need to be reminded to follow up -You're looking for a quiet, passive admin job -You can't work US Eastern hours How To Apply β Read Carefully Start your message with the word "CLOSING" and answer all four. Incomplete applications are deleted without review. 1. Build me a simple tracker. Make a Google Sheet that tracks these three deals and share the link (set to "anyone with the link can view"): 123 Oak Rd β closing Sept 30 β assigned and sold to an end buyer 45 Pine Ln β closing Oct 14 β received end buyers funds 7 Cedar Way β closing Sept 22 β Under Contract Needs to be assigned Set it up however you think it should look. There's no template β I want to see how your brain organizes information. 2. Write the actual message. You email ed the title company on Monday about a missing document. It's now Thursday and they haven't replied. Closing is in 10 days. Write the exact message you'd send them β the real words, not a description of what you'd do. 3. Tell me about a ball you dropped. Something you forgot, missed, or let slip at work. What happened, and what did you change afterward so it wouldn't happen again? 4. Record a 60-second voice message. Your name, your city, and tell me about a time you did something you weren't asked to do because you saw it needed to be done. Reply within 24 hours. How fast and how completely you respond is part of the evaluation.
