Night Shift Remote Warehouse Supervisor

We are hiring a Remote Warehouse Supervisor to help monitor and support daily operations inside our U.S.-based book processing warehouse.

This is a fully remote role where you’ll play a key part in keeping operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

If you are detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and enjoy tracking performance, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor warehouse activity through live camera feeds
• Track daily and hourly production numbers
• Update Google Sheets dashboards in real time
• Help ensure employees are following processes correctly
• Flag any issues (damaged items, delays, inconsistencies)
• Track productivity across teams (including forklift and processing)
• Support daily and weekly reporting
• Identify areas for improvement and help optimize workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using Google Sheets (basic formulas + tracking)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet and ability to stay focused during shifts
• Clear communication in English
• Able to work independently
• Willing to work with U.S. (Arizona) time overlap / Shift is 3:30AM - 12NN PH time
