Creative Operations Manager - E-commerce

Confidential employer

Want to run a creative department end to end? Join us as Creative Operations Manager: full ownership of the team, the dashboard, and the output of a fast-growing e-commerce brand. We're a fast-growing e-commerce company hiring a Creative Operations Manager to run our creative department: video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters. You are not here to make the creative. You are here to make the creative machine run. Capacity, output, deadlines, and people. This is a leadership role. You are trusted to own outcomes, not be micromanaged on tasks. If you prefer a task-only execution role, this is not for you. This role lives in the numbers. You'll own our creative dashboard entirely, and at any ---------- nt you'll know who has room for more work, who's overloaded, and what's at risk of slipping, before anyone asks. You don't manage from a distance. You catch problems early, confront underperformance head-on, and make tough people decisions with confidence. Full ownership is the goal. This role is measured by one thing: how efficiently you scale creative output without sacrificing quality. What You’ll Own: The Dashboard and Capacity Planning Own the creative ops dashboard: capacity, utilization, deadlines, and workload. Track output per editor and per project. Spot bottlenecks before they hit. Forecast production and hiring needs weekly and monthly. Bring leadership data-backed recommendations, not opinions. When a number drops, you find the leak and have a fix in place. The Team Directly manage the video editing team, with copywriters in scope when needed. Run interviews and assess talent well. Hiring is core to this role. Run one-on-ones and performance reviews. Hold people accountable. When someone underperforms, name the problem, set a clear path with a deadline, and if they don't hit it, make the call yourself. Process, Systems, and AI Audit and rebuild outdated workflows and SOPs across the creative pipeline. Every project has an owner, a deadline, and a status. You enforce all three. Use AI daily to multiply output: SOPs, data analysis, automation, reports, forecasting. Grow capacity without growing headcount. Strong with spreadsheets and automation tools. Keep individual contributors, managers, and leadership in sync so production never stops. Must-Haves: 3+ years in operations or team management, ideally overseeing creative or production teams. Highly analytical and obsessed with numbers. Capacity planning, utilization, and performance metrics are your comfort zone. Direct communicator who doesn’t avoid conflict. You address problems head-on and don’t let issues sit. Comfortable making difficult people decisions, including terminations, and experienced in doing so. Proven experience running structured interviews and hiring. Data fluent. Strong in spreadsheets, and you know when to use a median over an average. Technical enough to work with automation tools, scripts, and developers, and to pick up new software fast. Heavy, hands-on use of AI in daily ops work. You can name what you use and why. Extremely organized and process-oriented. Nothing sits, nothing waits, and you always know who’s stuck and on what. Strong written and spoken English. You’ll run meetings, hold people accountable, and write SOPs. Daily overlap from 1 PM to 10 PM Manila time (GMT+8), and reachable when urgent issues come up. Nice-to-Haves: Experience managing video editors, designers, or other creative production teams at scale. Experience building or owning a capacity or KPI dashboard. Strong experience inside ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, ---------- , or similar. Experience building AI workflows or automations. Basic understanding of video production workflows. You don’t need to edit, you need to know what “done” and “good” look like. How we hire is fast and respectful of your time 1. Fill out our quick form. Simple questions, ~5 minutes. 2. We reply to every single person who applies. No ghosting. 3. Pass the first round ? a short interview to ensure culture fit 4. Past the first interview ? a short technical interview. 4. Crush it ? we send you an offer. What you get when you go full-time (after a 1 to 2 month probation): We genuinely take care of our team. Salary raise above your starting pay 13th-month pay 18 days paid time off + holidays Every AI tool you need, paid by us Health insurance Annual training/learning budget A chance to fly out and meet the rest of the team (totally optional) We invest hard in our people. We're looking for someone who wants to build something long-term. Apply now. It takes 5 minutes. ---------- /jobs/ ---------- creative-operations-manager-e-commerce

Google Ads / GTM Conversion Tracking Specialist

Confidential employer

Looking for a person with Google Ads Certification" and "GA4" skills I run a small entertainment booking business and need someone experienced with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 to figure out why our conversion tracking isn't working. The problem: Our "Submit lead form" conversion action in Google Ads shows zero conversions for 30+ days. The GTM container is live and published, the tag appears correctly configured (correct Conversion ID, correct trigger — "Page URL contains thank-you/"), and the contact form itself works fine (we tested it manually — it submits, email s us, and shows the thank-you page). But Google Ads still isn't counting any conversions. What I need: Audit our GTM container, Google Ads conversion setup, and website to find the actual disconnect Fix whatever is broken Confirm whether Microsoft Clarity (session recording tool) is actually installed and collecting data, or needs to be set up Test using a real ad click (not a direct site visit) to confirm the fix works end-to-end Brief written explanation of what was wrong and what you changed, in plain language

Online Fitness Coaching DM Setter

Confidential employer

FLEX METHOD · JOB AD · DM Setter · Inbound Leads & Lead Magnet Follow-Up DM SETTER · FLEX METHOD (REMOTE, AU) Part-time, around 40 hours a week · Retainer + commission · Work from anywhere Who we are Flex Method is an online coaching company. We help everyday people lose fat, build muscle and actually understand their training and nutrition, with individualised programs, real check-ins and honest coaching. No crash diets or 30-day miracles. Our content, ads and free resources bring in a steady stream of people who already want help. Your job is to be the first person they talk to. The role You will run our Instagram DMs. Ads and free guides (our lead magnets) bring people into the inbox every day. You reply fast, have a real conversation, work out whether we can genuinely help them, and book the good fits onto a call with our team. You are not selling in the DMs and you are never pushy. You are the friendly, switched-on first impression of a brand people already trust. Day to day that looks like: answering new leads quickly, following up everyone who downloads one of our guides, asking good questions about their goal and their situation, being upfront about what coaching involves and costs, booking calls, sending reminders so people actually show up, and keeping the lead sheet tidy. You need to know your stuff You do not need to be a qualified coach, but you must know training and nutrition basics well enough to hold a real conversation: what a calorie deficit is, why protein matters, what progressive overload means, why fat loss and muscle building are usually separate phases. If someone asks whether they can grow their glutes while losing fat, you should have a sensible, honest answer and know when to say that is exactly what the call is for. If you train and track your own food, you will feel at home here. We are looking for someone who Writes naturally and warmly, and sounds like a person, never a script Is organised and obsessive about follow-up, because speed and consistency win this role Can cover split shifts across the week including some evenings and weekend windows (AEST) Has setting, sales, customer service or coaching-adjacent experience (a plus, not a must) Is honest enough to tell someone we are not the right fit when we are not Pay Monthly retainer plus commission on every booked call that shows up, with tiered rates that climb when your volume and show rate are strong, plus a bonus for every client who signs from a call you booked. Realistic earnings are $2,000 to $4,500 AUD per month depending on performance. Full structure shared at interview. How to apply Send us a DM on ---------- with: (1) a message or voice memo on why this role suits you, (2) one or two lines on your own training or education within our niche industry, and (3) start a convo with us (we are going to respond as a potential client and your aim is to qualify us and move us toward a booked call)' We read every application. The reply to the test messages matters more than your resume. "Hey Koben! Thanks for reaching out. I would love to know motivated you to take action? (the ad, obviously. but why now?) If you could achieve one thing over the next 3 months with us what would it be? Hattie x" From that ---------- nt we are roleplaying as a potential client, and your job is to do exactly what this role does every day: have a real conversation, qualify us, and move us to a booked call. What we mean by qualify: by the end of the conversation you should genuinely know our goal, what's driving us to change now, what we're currently doing for training and food, what's been getting in the way, and whether we're actually ready to start and in a position to commit to coaching. If you can highlight some road blocks on the way this is also great, diagnosing without giving away too much as it will be the purpose of the sales call. That last one matters and it's the one most people fumble. Do not quote prices and do not ask us what we can afford. Your job is to work out whether the investment of money, time and effort is right for us and whether we're in a position to say yes, without ever making it feel like a wallet check. How you get there is up to you, and that's exactly what we're watching. The finish line: once you're confident we're a fit, book us in. Send a booking link with a line that makes us want to show up (any placeholder link is fine for this exercise, we're assessing the move, not the URL). the conversation matters more than your resume. If you can make two coaches who do this for a living feel understood and happy to book a call, you can do this job. If you apply without sending this message at the end it may be ignored IMPORTANT EDIT: We are not against the use of AI as a tool to help, however if you are unable to at least make it sound like youre not using AI you will not get the role. So far every response is 100% chat GPT, vague with no direction from the setter.
