Short-Term Rental Operations Specialist (Guest Experience, Turnover, Finance & Maintenance)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills to join our short-term rental (STR) management team. This role supports daily STR operations, with a primary focus on maintenance coordination. Key responsibilities include bookkeeping, assigning and coordinating cleaners, managing guest communication, filing damage claims, overseeing quality checks, and ensuring all units are consistently guest-ready.

Schedule: 6 days per week, 6 hours per day between 8 AM and 5 PM CST
