About the Role

EazePay is a funding business. We are the parent company, and underneath us we are building verticals — three are live today and we are heading to fifteen.
We are hiring one person to be the content and creative engine across all of them.
This is not a role where you make posts one at a time. It is a role where you build a production line: you take a topic, and using AI generation, brand templates and batching, you turn it into finished on-brand graphics, carousels, PDF guides and animated reels — for several different brands, in a single shift. The machine does the middle. You own the front (the brief, the brand rules, the prompts) and the back (d ---------- what is good enough to ship).
To be direct about the scale: we expect 12–15 graphics, 3–5 reels and 3+ PDF guides per shift, on brand and quality-checked. That is only possible if you batch, template and generate in parallel. If you hand-build each asset in Canva, this role will not work for you, and we would rather you know that now.
If you are the kind of creative who has already been quietly building your own prompt library, template system and workflow — this is a job where that is the actual work, not something you do on the side.

The Brands You'll Work Across
> AI Funding Solutions - our pre-qualifying system bundled with finance services. Serves three audiences at once — trades, coaches and consultants, and medical. Direct, commercial, outcomes-focused.
>MedPay
Funding for the medical field — practitioners, aesthetics clinics, dental and spas. Conservative and compliance-sensitive.
>Gig Academy - Our internal training infrastructure and fundraising partnerships, built around a human-centered, multichannel acquisition model. Two audiences rather than one — the people we train, and the partners we raise with. Mission-led and people-first, not product-led.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Take an assigned topic and produce a finished asset set across multiple brands — graphics, carousels, PDF guides and animated reels with voiceover.
  • Batch and template rather than hand-build. Run multiple generations in parallel; fill brand templates automatically instead of rebuilding each asset by hand.
  • Write and proofread captions in each brand's voice — including knowing what a finance brand can and cannot claim.
  • Produce short animated reels by combining AI voice, AI video generation and editing tools.
  • Build the system as you go — a prompt library, brand templates, a written quality checklist, an organized content database — so week four is faster than week one, and so vertical number ten costs less to launch than vertical number four.
  • Research angles, trends and competitors using AI tools, inside your shift.
  • Self-check every asset against a written standard before it ships: brand fidelity, thumbnail legibility, hook strength, message clarity, accuracy and compliance, craft, platform fit, voice, and caption plus call to action.

What You Need
1. Daily, hands-on use of AI creative tools — this is the requirement, not a bonus.
You should already be working with tools like ChatGPT or Claude, an AI image generator (Midjourney, Ideogram, Higgsfield or similar), AI video (Kling, Runway, Veo or similar) and AI voice (ElevenLabs or similar). We do not expect our exact stack. We do expect you to name yours and explain what each tool is for.
2. A portfolio. Applications without work samples will not be considered.
3. Real design skill in Canva — including Brand Kit, Brand Templates and Bulk Create — plus a strong eye for staying on brand across formats.
4. Excellent written English. You will write and proofread captions in three distinct brand voices. This one is not negotiable.
5. Video ability. Short-form editing, pacing and sound — enough to produce a voiced reel end to end.
6. The judgement to work unsupervised. You are the quality gate. Nobody is checking your work before it ships.
7. Full-time availability on AU-aligned hours (6:00am – 3:00pm Philippine time), with reliable internet and equipment.
What Makes You Stand Out
These are not required. But if you have them, say so early — they move you to the top of the pile:

  • Automation and AI workflows — Make, n8n, Zapier, or connecting AI tools to each other via MCP
  • You've built a system before — a prompt library, a template kit, an SOP, a content database in Notion or Airtable
  • Scheduling and publishing at scale — Metricool, Buffer, Publer, Later, Blotato
  • Video beyond the basics — motion, pacing, sound design

The Setup
Type: Full-time, remote
Hours: AU-aligned — 6:00am to 3:00pm Philippine time
Pay: $800 – $1,100 USD per month, based on demonstrated skill level

How to Apply:

Email your resume and portfolio to ---------- with the subject line:
AI Content Producer – [Your Name]
In the body of your email , answer these three questions. Applications that skip them will not be reviewed.
1. Which AI tools do you use, and what do you use each one for?
2. If we asked you for 12 variations of one graphic instead of one, would your process change shape — or would it just take 12 times longer? Tell us how you'd do it.
3. What is the most finished content you have ever produced in a single working day, and what made that possible?
